The quality control sheet recording apparatus 500 includes: an identification unit 501, a determination unit 502, and an entry unit 503; the identifying unit 501 is configured to identify a barcode and a mark area in a table area of a quality inspection list, where the barcode is used to indicate a vehicle identifier of a target vehicle corresponding to the quality inspection list, when the determining unit 502 determines the table area; the determining unit 502 is configured to determine a problem component and a problem point of the target vehicle according to a position of each marked area in a preset rank information mapping table if the identifying unit 501 identifies at least one marked area; the entry unit 503 is configured to enter a vehicle identifier of the target vehicle, the problem component, and the problem point; the preset row and column information mapping table comprises a vehicle component list and a problem point list corresponding to each vehicle component.
Optionally, the identifying unit 501 is specifically configured to identify a serial number and first position information of the barcode; the determining unit 502 is specifically configured to determine the vehicle identifier according to the serial number, and determine the display direction of the table area according to the first position information; the identifying unit 501 is further configured to identify second position information of each mark area in the table area when the display direction of the table area is the target display direction.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 further includes an output unit 504; the identifying unit 501 is further configured to identify the number of the bar codes in the table area; an output unit 504, configured to output first warning information when the number of the barcodes is not equal to a preset number; the identifying unit 501 is specifically configured to identify a serial number and first position information of the barcode when the number of the barcodes is equal to a preset number.
Optionally, the identifying unit 501 is further configured to identify M to-be-confirmed mark areas in the table area before identifying the second position information of each mark area in the table area; the determining unit 502 is further configured to sequentially perform a first operation on each to-be-confirmed mark area in the M to-be-confirmed mark areas to obtain N mark areas; wherein the first operation comprises: determining the area and the aspect ratio of the target mark region; and when the area of the target marking region is in a first range and the aspect ratio of the target marking region is in a second range, determining the target marking region as a marking region, wherein the target marking region is any one of the M marking regions to be confirmed, M, N is a positive integer, and M is greater than or equal to N.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 further includes an obtaining unit 505, where the obtaining unit 505 is configured to obtain a target image obtained by scanning the quality inspection sheet and extract the contour of the quality inspection information from the target image through binarization processing to obtain a plurality of contour regions before the identifying unit 501 identifies the barcode and the mark region in the table region. The determining unit 502 is further configured to select a target contour region with a largest area from the plurality of contour regions, and determine an aspect ratio of the target contour region; determining the target contour area as a table area of the quality control sheet when the aspect ratio of the target contour area is in a third range; and when the aspect ratio of the target contour area is not in the third range, adjusting the display direction of the target contour area, and determining the adjusted target contour area as the table area of the quality control sheet.
Optionally, the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine a proportion of each logged problem point in the total number of logged vehicles. The output unit 504 is further configured to output second warning information when the proportion of one problem point is greater than or equal to a preset threshold corresponding to the one problem point.
Optionally, the entry unit 503 is further configured to enter the vehicle identifier and add the vehicle qualification information of the target vehicle if the identification unit 501 does not identify any marked area.
Of course, the quality control list entry device 500 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above units.
The quality control list entry device provided by the embodiment of the invention can identify the bar code, so that the vehicle identification corresponding to the quality control list can be determined according to the indication of the bar code, and under the condition that the mark areas are identified, the problem component and the problem point of the target vehicle can be determined according to the position of each mark area in the preset row and column information mapping table, so that the vehicle identification, the problem component and the problem point of the target vehicle can be entered. So, effective information on the quality control list can be automatically identified, and quick and convenient execution information input is realized, so that the personnel cost is reduced, the time spent on inputting the quality control list is shortened, and errors caused by human factors can be avoided.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a quality control list entry device as shown in fig. 6, where the quality control list entry device includes a processor 11, a memory 12, a communication interface 13, and a bus 14. The processor 11, the memory 12 and the communication interface 13 may be connected by a bus 14.
The processor 11 is a control center of the quality control sheet recording apparatus, and may be a single processor or a collective term for a plurality of processing elements. For example, the processor 11 may be a general-purpose Central Processing Unit (CPU), or may be another general-purpose processor. Wherein a general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like.
For one embodiment, processor 11 may include one or more CPUs, such as CPU 0 and CPU 1 shown in FIG. 6.
The memory 12 may be, but is not limited to, a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that may store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that may store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a magnetic disk storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
In a possible implementation, the memory 12 may be present separately from the processor 11, and the memory 12 may be connected to the processor 11 via a bus 14 for storing instructions or program code. The deployment method of the service function chain provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented when the processor 11 calls and executes the instructions or program codes stored in the memory 12.
In another possible implementation, the memory 12 may also be integrated with the processor 11.
And a communication interface 13 for connecting with other devices through a communication network. The communication network may be an ethernet network, a radio access network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), or the like. The communication interface 13 may comprise a receiving unit for receiving data and a transmitting unit for transmitting data.
The bus 14 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 6, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 6 does not constitute a limitation of the quality control sheet entry device. In addition to the components shown in fig. 6, the quality control unit entry device may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, which includes computer-executable instructions. When the computer executes the instructions to run on the computer, the computer executes the steps executed by the quality control sheet entering device in the quality control sheet entering method provided by the embodiment.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, which can be directly loaded into the memory and contains software codes, and after the computer program product is loaded and executed by the computer, the method for entering the quality control list provided by the embodiment can be implemented to execute each step executed by the quality control list entering device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for causing a terminal to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A quality control list entry method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the case of determining a table area of a quality inspection list, identifying a bar code and a marking area in the table area, wherein the bar code is used for indicating a vehicle identification of a target vehicle corresponding to the quality inspection list;
if at least one marking area is identified, determining a problem component and a problem point of the target vehicle according to the position of each marking area in a preset row and column information mapping table, and recording a vehicle identifier of the target vehicle, the problem component and the problem point;
the preset row and column information mapping table comprises a vehicle component list and a problem point list corresponding to each vehicle component.
2. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 1, wherein said identifying a bar code and a label area in the form area comprises:
identifying a serial number and first location information of the barcode;
determining the vehicle identifier according to the serial number, and determining the display direction of the table area according to the first position information;
and identifying second position information of each marking area in the table area when the display direction of the table area is a target display direction.
3. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
identifying a number of barcodes in the table region;
under the condition that the number of the bar codes is not equal to the preset number, outputting first alarm information;
the identifying the serial number and the first location information of the barcode includes:
and identifying the serial number and the first position information of the bar code under the condition that the number of the bar codes is equal to the preset number.
4. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 2, wherein prior to identifying the second location information for each tagged region in the form region, the method further comprises:
identifying M mark areas to be confirmed in the table area;
sequentially executing a first operation on each mark area to be confirmed in the M mark areas to be confirmed to obtain N mark areas;
wherein the first operation comprises: determining the area and the aspect ratio of the target mark region; and when the area of the target marking region is in a first range and the aspect ratio of the target marking region is in a second range, determining the target marking region as a marking region, wherein the target marking region is any one of the M marking regions to be confirmed, M, N is a positive integer, and M is greater than or equal to N.
5. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 1, wherein prior to identifying the barcode and label area in the form area, the method further comprises:
acquiring a target image obtained by scanning the quality inspection sheet, and extracting the contour of quality inspection information from the target image through binarization processing to obtain a plurality of contour areas;
selecting a target contour region with the largest area from the plurality of contour regions, and determining the aspect ratio of the target contour region;
determining the target contour area as a table area of the quality control sheet when the aspect ratio of the target contour area is in a third range;
and when the aspect ratio of the target contour area is not in the third range, adjusting the display direction of the target contour area, and determining the adjusted target contour area as the table area of the quality control sheet.
6. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
determining the proportion of each logged problem point in the total number of logged vehicles;
and outputting second alarm information under the condition that the proportion of one problem point is greater than or equal to a preset threshold corresponding to the one problem point.
7. The quality control sheet entry method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: and if no marking area is identified, the vehicle identification is input, and vehicle qualified information of the target vehicle is added.
8. A quality control sheet recording device is characterized by comprising: the device comprises an identification unit, a determination unit and an entry unit;
the identification unit is used for identifying a bar code and a marking area in a table area of a quality control bill under the condition that the determination unit determines the table area, wherein the bar code is used for indicating the vehicle identification of the target vehicle corresponding to the quality control bill;
the determining unit is used for determining a problem component and a problem point of the target vehicle according to the position of each marked area in a preset row and column information mapping table if the identifying unit identifies at least one marked area;
the entry unit is used for entering a vehicle identification of the target vehicle, the problem component and the problem point;
the preset row and column information mapping table comprises a vehicle component list and a problem point list corresponding to each vehicle component.
9. A quality control list input device is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor; the memory is used for storing computer execution instructions, and the processor is connected with the memory through a bus;
when the quality control sheet entry device is running, the processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to cause the quality control sheet entry device to perform the quality control sheet entry method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the quality manifest entry method of any one of claims 1-7.
