Description

Fingerprint information processing method and related equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electronic technologies, and in particular, to a fingerprint information processing method and related device.
Background
The biometric identification technology is to closely combine a computer with high-tech means such as optics, acoustics, biosensors and the principle of biometrics, and identify the identity of a person by utilizing the inherent physiological characteristics (such as fingerprints, face images, irises and the like) and behavior characteristics (such as handwriting, voice, gait and the like) of the human body. With the popularization of terminal devices, fingerprint identification technology is currently used as one of the ways for terminal devices to identify users.
In the prior art, a terminal device carries a fixed matching threshold in factory settings, and when a subsequent terminal device uses a fingerprint identification technology, the terminal device matches a pre-stored fingerprint template with a currently acquired fingerprint to be identified to obtain a matching score, wherein when the matching score is higher than the matching threshold, the two fingerprints are considered to be matched, otherwise, the two fingerprints are considered to be unmatched.
However, because the fingerprint information to be identified currently acquired by the terminal is an index with individual feature difference, and is strongly related to individual factors such as fingerprint definition, pressing strength, pressing time and the like of the current user, setting a fixed matching threshold value can cause different users with different individual factors to have different probabilities of unlocking the same terminal device, so that the user experience is low.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a fingerprint information processing method and related equipment, which are used for dynamically adjusting the security level of fingerprint unlocking according to individual characteristic differences of users and improving user experience.
With the popularization of terminal devices, a fingerprint identification technology is currently used more widely as one of the ways of authenticating a user by the terminal device, that is, a user can perform unlocking authentication on the terminal device through the application of the fingerprint identification technology, and it should be noted that in the embodiments and subsequent embodiments of the present application, unlocking a fingerprint of the terminal device is not limited to unlocking a screen locking mode of the terminal device, but may also be applied to other ways of unlocking a user identity by the terminal device for authenticating the user, such as unlocking of the terminal device by fingerprint password payment, fingerprint identity authentication, and the like. In addition, the terminal device may be a device with a fingerprint identification function, such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, an intelligent door lock, an intelligent watch, a tablet computer, or other terminal devices, and the embodiments and subsequent embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
For terminal equipment applied to the fingerprint identification technology, the terminal equipment carries a fixed matching threshold value in factory settings, when subsequent terminal equipment uses the fingerprint identification technology, the terminal equipment matches a pre-stored fingerprint template with a currently acquired fingerprint to be identified to obtain a matching score, wherein when the matching score is higher than the matching threshold value, the two fingerprints are considered to be matched, otherwise, the two fingerprints are considered to be unmatched. Referring to fig. 1, a specific fingerprint unlocking flow diagram is shown, wherein,
step 101, starting;
102, pressing a finger;
103, matching with a template (prestored in the terminal equipment);
step 104, judging whether the matching is successful, if so, entering step 105, and if not, entering step 106;
105, successfully unlocking;
step 106, unlocking failure;
and step 107, ending.
However, the fingerprint information to be recognized, which is currently acquired by the terminal, is an index with individual characteristic difference, and is strongly related to individual factors such as fingerprint definition, pressing strength, pressing time and the like of the current user, and is also related to a protective film attached to a mobile phone of the user, unlocking environment brightness and the like, even if the same terminal device is used, the unlocking success rate experience is different in different hands of different users, that is, the probability that different users with different individual factors unlock the same terminal device is different due to the fact that a fixed matching threshold is set, so that the user experience is low. Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a fingerprint information processing method and related equipment, which are used for dynamically adjusting the security level of fingerprint unlocking according to the individual feature difference of a user and improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing fingerprint information, including:
201. the terminal equipment collects fingerprint unlocking records;
in this embodiment, when a user uses the terminal device to unlock the device, the terminal device may collect a fingerprint unlocking record, where the fingerprint unlocking record may include a fingerprint unlocking success record and/or a fingerprint unlocking failure record.
Specifically, the fingerprint unlocking record may include an unlocking accumulated number of times within a preset time period, an unlocking accumulated success number of times within the preset time period, and an unlocking accumulated failure number of times within the preset time period, may also be an unlocking success rate, an unlocking failure rate, and the like within a preset time period or within a preset number of times, and may also be other expression forms for indicating the fingerprint unlocking record collected by the terminal device, which is not limited herein.
202. The terminal equipment determines the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record;
in this embodiment, the terminal device may determine the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record according to the fingerprint unlocking record.
Specifically, the terminal device determines the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record in multiple ways, for example, the terminal device may obtain the unlocking success rate through its own storage record, may also determine the unlocking success rate through a background server, and may also determine the unlocking success rate through other ways, which is not limited herein. The following two ways of determining by the terminal device itself and obtaining to the background server are exemplified:
firstly, the terminal equipment determines the unlocking success rate;
wherein, this fingerprint unblock record can also include record duration, and this terminal equipment confirms that the unblock success rate that this fingerprint unblock record corresponds includes: when the recording duration reaches a first time threshold, the terminal device triggers and executes step 202, namely, the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record is determined; and/or the fingerprint unlocking record can further comprise recording times, and the terminal device determines the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record to comprise: when the number of times of recording reaches the first threshold, the terminal device triggers and executes step 202, that is, determines the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record. The recording number may be the number of unlocking times calculated from the last adjustment of the security level, and may be a configurable constant value, or the number of unlocking times calculated from the factory shipment of the device, and this value is a step value, or the recording number may be determined by other means, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, specifically, the terminal device may locally determine the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record in multiple manners, for example, the unlocking success rate corresponding to the terminal device within the recording duration may be determined by the recording duration in the fingerprint unlocking record, the unlocking success rate corresponding to the terminal device within the recording duration may also be determined by the recording times in the fingerprint unlocking record, and the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record may also be determined in other manners, which is not limited herein.
Secondly, the terminal equipment determines the unlocking success rate through a server;
wherein, the determining, by the terminal device in step 202, the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record includes: the terminal equipment sends the fingerprint unlocking record to a server; the terminal device receives the unlocking success rate from the server.
In this embodiment, specifically, the terminal device may further implement the determination of the unlocking success rate through a server background, where the terminal device sends the fingerprint unlocking record to the server, and the server performs statistics to determine the unlocking success rate of the fingerprint unlocking record (corresponding to a preset time period and/or a preset number of times and/or other preset conditions), and thereafter, the terminal device may further optimize a local storage space of the terminal device by receiving the unlocking success rate from the server, and implement background control of the terminal device by the server.
203. And the terminal equipment updates the security level of fingerprint unlocking according to the unlocking success rate.
In this embodiment, the terminal device updates the security level of fingerprint unlocking previously set by the terminal device according to the unlocking success rate obtained in step 202.
The security level of the fingerprint unlocking can be embodied by various parameters, for example, the security level can be specifically realized by a matching threshold value of the fingerprint unlocking and/or an FAR of the fingerprint unlocking and/or an FRR of the fingerprint unlocking, so that different terminal devices of different fingerprint matching algorithms can dynamically adjust the security level of the fingerprint unlocking according to the individual feature difference of the user. Wherein, the false recognition rate (FAR) is the proportion of misjudging fingerprints which do not belong to the same finger into the same finger fingerprint, and the False Recognition Rate (FRR) is the proportion of misjudging fingerprints which belong to the same finger into different finger fingerprints. When the false recognition rate (FAR) is too high, the user experience is poor if the false recognition rate (FAR) is too high, and the property loss of the user is caused if the false recognition rate (FAR) is too high; the rejection rate (FRR) is too high, resulting in a degraded user unlocking experience. Specifically, the false positive rate (FAR) and the false negative rate (FRR) are a pair of contradictory indicators, and the relationship between them can be characterized by a Receiver Operator characterization Curve (ROC) Curve, as shown in fig. 3. Automatic fingerprint identification systems usually make a trade-off between FRR (unlocking experience) and FAR (security), and particularly, the implementation of automatic fingerprint identification systems usually adjusts the balance relationship between the FRR and FAR by means of the security level of the fingerprint. For example, in forensic applications, safety is generally a concern, and the FAR correspondence is required to be high; due to the improvement of the requirement for the unlocking experience, in civil, commercial and high-security access applications, the FRR corresponding values are required to be sequentially increased, and in the curve, when the Equal Error Rate (EER) is a certain specified value, the FAR is Equal to the FRR, the FAR or FRR value is Equal to the FRR. Due to the fact that the individual characteristic difference of the user can be reflected to a certain extent through the difference of the unlocking success rate corresponding to the fingerprint unlocking record, the fingerprint unlocking safety level (the fingerprint unlocking matching threshold value and/or the fingerprint unlocking FAR and/or the fingerprint unlocking FRR) can be dynamically adjusted according to the individual characteristic difference of the user, user experience is improved, fingerprint unlocking safety is improved, and using convenience is not sacrificed.
Specifically, in the implementation process of the scheme, the terminal device may include a configuration file, where the configuration file includes a security level of the fingerprint unlocking, and thus the process in step 203 may specifically include: and when the terminal equipment is restarted, the terminal equipment updates the security level of fingerprint unlocking according to the unlocking success rate in the configuration file. Because the security level of the fingerprint unlocking of the terminal equipment is borne in the configuration file, the configuration file is generally integrated in a fingerprint matching algorithm of a manufacturer, and the terminal needs to load and use related parameters in the configuration file when using the fingerprint matching algorithm, the configuration file in the terminal equipment can be processed in a security space storage and/or encrypted storage and/or access authority management mode and the like, so that the terminal equipment can enable the updated security level of the fingerprint unlocking to take effect by reloading the configuration file when restarting, and the configuration file and a transmission channel thereof cannot be modified by hackers or ports, thereby further improving the security of scheme implementation. In step 203, the specific implementation process can refer to fig. 4:
step 401, start;
step 402, restarting the mobile phone;
step 403, judging whether the security level needs to be modified, if so, executing step 404, and if not, executing step 405;
step 404, reloading the configuration (configuration file);
step 405, restarting successfully;
and step 406, ending.
In addition, there are multiple implementation manners in the implementation process of updating, by the terminal device, the security level of the fingerprint unlocking according to the unlocking success rate in step 203, where the number of the security levels is at least two, for example, the terminal device may perform an adjustment for improving unlocking security for a high unlocking success rate, or may perform an adjustment for improving unlocking convenience for a low unlocking success rate, and the two implementation processes are described in detail below:
1) when the success rate of the fingerprint unlocking is greater than a first threshold value, the security level of the fingerprint unlocking is increased by the terminal equipment, wherein the higher the security level of the fingerprint unlocking of the terminal equipment is, the harsher the matching condition of the terminal equipment for the fingerprint unlocking is, namely, the greater the difficulty of the fingerprint unlocking of the terminal equipment is.
In this embodiment, when the success rate of unlocking the fingerprint is greater than the first threshold, the terminal device increases the security level of unlocking the fingerprint, where the success rate level of unlocking the terminal device is greater than the first threshold, and indicates that the user uses the fingerprint to unlock the fingerprint in the record of unlocking the fingerprint, and the success rate of unlocking the fingerprint is higher than the unlocking level corresponding to the first threshold.
2) When the success rate of the fingerprint unlocking is smaller than the second threshold value, the security level of the fingerprint unlocking is reduced by the terminal device, and similarly, the lower the security level of the fingerprint unlocking of the terminal device is, the more simplified the matching condition of the terminal device through the fingerprint unlocking is, namely, the smaller the difficulty of the fingerprint unlocking of the terminal device is.
In this embodiment, when the success rate of unlocking the fingerprint is smaller than a second threshold, the terminal device increases the security level of unlocking the fingerprint, where the level of the success rate of unlocking the fingerprint is smaller than the second threshold, which indicates that the user uses the fingerprint to unlock the fingerprint in the record of unlocking the fingerprint, and the success rate of unlocking the fingerprint is lower than the unlocking level corresponding to the second threshold.
The above method embodiment will be further described by a specific embodiment, wherein the determination condition in step 202 is that the recording time number M (M is an integer greater than 0), the security level is embodied by the parameter FAR security level being level 1 or level 0, the first threshold value is N1, the second threshold value is N2(1> -N1 > -N2 > -0), and the following description refers to fig. 5 for example, where:
step 501, start;
step 502, pressing a finger;
step 503, matching with a template;
step 504, judging whether the matching is successful, if so, entering step 505, and if not, entering step 506;
505, unlocking successfully;
step 506, unlocking fails;
step 507, counting the unlocking times and the success rate;
step 508, judging whether the unlocking times are greater than M, if so, executing step 509, otherwise, executing step 517;
step 509, determining whether the unlocking success rate is greater than N1, if so, executing step 510, and if not, executing step 511;
step 510, judging whether the FAR security level is level 1, if so, executing step 512, otherwise, executing step 513;
step 511, determining whether the unlocking success rate is less than N2, if so, executing step 514, and if not, executing step 517;
step 512, keeping the FAR security level unchanged at level 1;
step 513, raising the FAR security level to level 1, so as to raise the unlocking security under the condition that the unlocking experience degradation perception is not obvious, illustratively, when the FAR security level is level 0, the false recognition rate is about 1/50K, and when the FAR security level is level 1, the false recognition rate is about 1/100K, where K is a constant; that is to say, the FAR security level is improved from 0 level to 1 level, the false recognition rate is improved by 1 time, and the unlocking rate is reduced by 3 to 4 percent;
step 514, judging whether the FAR security level is level 1, if so, executing step 515, otherwise, executing step 516;
step 515, reducing the FAR security level to level 0, thereby dynamically adjusting the security level according to the current FAR security level;
step 516, keeping the FAR security level at 0 level;
step 517, modify (update) the security level configuration file.
