The invention relates to a method for detecting adhesion of main contact points of a high-voltage relay of a direct-current charging pile, which comprises the steps of closing two switch relays on an auxiliary power supply and conducting the auxiliary power supply after the direct-current charging pile is adjusted to a standby non-charging state, judging whether a voltage difference value corresponding to two rear-end detection points of the high-voltage relay and the duration of the voltage difference value once the voltage difference value between the two rear-end detection points is equal to an output power value of the auxiliary power supply and the voltage difference value reaches a preset duration, and judging that a main contactor K1 of the high-voltage relay is in an adhesion state at the moment, so that accurate detection of the adhesion state of a main contactor K1 of the lost high-voltage relay can be achieved by fully utilizing existing hardware on the basis of not additionally adding hardware, the detection cost is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The direct current charging pile has become an important product form in the field of charging piles. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the existing direct-current charging pile comprises an off-board charger controller MCU2, a bleeder resistor RX, an FU fuse, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a resistor R4, a resistor R5, a switch S, a high-voltage relay main contactor K1 (or called a high-voltage relay main contact point K1), a high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 (or called a high-voltage relay auxiliary contact point K2), a low-voltage auxiliary power supply, a contactor K3, a contactor K4, a charging loop contactor K5 and a charging loop contactor K6. The off-board charger controller MCU2 is located on the off-board charger 1, the off-board charger 1 is provided with an equipment ground terminal (or called a vehicle pile ground) PE2, the off-board charger 1 is connected with the vehicle 3 to be charged through a vehicle interface 2, the vehicle 3 to be charged is provided with a battery pack B1 and a vehicle controller MCU1, the vehicle controller MCU1 is integrated in a battery management system of the vehicle 3 to be charged, and the vehicle controller MCU1 is further connected with a vehicle ground terminal PE 1. The switch S is an internal normally closed switch of the vehicle plug, and is closed after the vehicle plug is completely connected with the vehicle socket. In the whole charging process of a vehicle, the off-board charger controller can monitor a high-voltage relay main contactor K1, a high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2, a contactor K3 and a contactor K4; the vehicle controller can monitor the status of charge circuit contactor K5 and charge circuit contactor K6 and control the turn-on and turn-off of charge circuit contactors K5 and K6. Wherein UP represents a 220V auxiliary power supply, CCU represents a charging controller main control unit, and XT represents a charging interface.
When the direct current charging pile is normally started, firstly, an auxiliary power supply is closed to supply power, normal communication with a vehicle controller is realized, a high-voltage relay main contactor K1 and a high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 are closed, an AC/DC-DC/DC charging module of an off-board charger is controlled to start, voltage and current are output according to the requirement of a vehicle, and insulation detection is carried out; after the insulation detection is finished, the high-voltage relay main contactor K1 and the high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 are disconnected, at the moment, the vehicle closes the charging circuit contactor K5 and the charging circuit contactor K6, and the pre-charging stage is started. In the pre-charging stage, firstly, starting an AC/DC-DC/DC charging module of the off-board charger, and when voltages on two sides of a high-voltage relay main contactor K1 and a high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 meet a closing condition, closing the high-voltage relay main contactor K1 and the high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 and entering the charging stage; in the shutdown stage, the AC/DC-DC/DC charging module of the off-board charger is firstly closed, and when the current flowing through the high-voltage relay main contactor K1 and the high-voltage relay auxiliary contactor K2 is zero, the main contactor K1 and the auxiliary contactor K2 of the high-voltage relay are disconnected.
In the process of detecting the fault of the high-voltage relay of the direct-current charging pile, whether the fault of the high-voltage relay is rejected or mistakenly operated can be detected and judged only according to the state returned by an auxiliary contactor of the high-voltage relay. However, it is impossible to accurately detect whether the main contactor K1 of the high-voltage relay is stuck.
