To sum up, through the setting of bar breach 311, cutting ferrule 300 is under the effect of external force to conveniently make the internal diameter of cutting ferrule 300 expand, and then make the outside that locking cover 200 was located to the cover portion 310 cover, second folded portion 320 and locking cover 200's one end looks butt, third folded portion 330 and locking cover 200's other end looks butt, it is thus clear that cutting ferrule 300 assembles more conveniently.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the socket 310 has a first end 312 and a second end 313 along a circumferential direction thereof, and a strip-shaped notch 311 is formed between the first end 312 and the second end 313. A first connection portion 340 extending toward the second end portion 313 is integrally connected to the first end portion 312 and is in contact with the second end portion 313, a second connection portion 350 extending toward the first end portion 312 is integrally connected to the second end portion 313 and is in contact with the first end portion 312, and the first connection portion 340 and the second connection portion 350 are stacked in the axial direction of the socket portion 310; meanwhile, the first connecting portion 340 is provided with a first positioning hole 341 along the axial direction thereof, the first positioning hole 341 penetrates through the end portion of the first connecting portion 340 close to the second connecting portion 350, the second connecting portion 350 is provided with a second positioning hole 351 along the axial direction thereof, and the second positioning hole 351 penetrates through two end portions of the second connecting portion 350 and is arranged opposite to the first positioning hole 341. The water meter further comprises a positioning shaft 400, the positioning shaft 400 penetrates through the second positioning hole 351, and one end of the positioning shaft 400 is inserted into the first positioning hole 341, so that the positioning between the first end 312 and the second end 313 is realized, and the sleeve portion 310 is stably sleeved outside the locking sleeve 200.
Further, the first end portion 312 is provided with a first positioning protrusion 3121, the side wall of the second connecting portion 350 is provided with a first positioning groove 352, and the first positioning protrusion 3121 is in embedded fit with the first positioning groove 352, so that the positioning of the second connecting portion 350 is realized; similarly, the second end portion 313 is provided with a second positioning protrusion 3131, the side wall of the first connection portion 340 is provided with a second positioning groove 342, and the second positioning protrusion 3131 is engaged with the second positioning groove 342, so as to position the first connection portion 340. As can be seen from the above, the first positioning protrusion 3121 is engaged with the first positioning groove 352, and the second positioning protrusion 3131 is engaged with the second positioning groove 342, so as to achieve the relative positioning between the first connecting portion 340 and the second connecting portion 350, and thus the first positioning hole 341 is disposed opposite to the second positioning hole 351.
In some embodiments, the first end portion 312 has a third connecting portion 360 extending toward the body 110 and extending from the strip-shaped notch 311 to a position right below the second end portion 313, the end portion of the second end portion 313 has a fourth connecting portion 370 extending toward the body 110, and a portion of the fourth connecting portion 370 and a portion of the third connecting portion 360 are stacked in a radial direction of the socket portion 310; meanwhile, the third connecting portion 360 is provided with a third positioning hole 361 along the radial direction of the socket portion 310, the fourth connecting portion 370 is provided with a fourth positioning hole 371 along the radial direction of the socket portion 310, and the third positioning hole 361 and the fourth positioning hole 371 are oppositely arranged. In some embodiments, the watch cover 500 is provided with a fourth folded part 520, the fourth folded part 520 is disposed at the upper port of the second observation hole 510 and is folded inwards along the radial direction of the second observation hole 510, and the fourth folded part 520 is connected with the end of the ferrule 300 far away from the body 110 in an abutting manner; at this time, the ferrule 300 performs the axial direction limitation of the watch cover 500 through the fourth folded portion 520, and the abutting surface of the first abutting portion 314 and the abutting surface of the second abutting portion 550 are just located on the same plane, so as to ensure that the first abutting portion 314 and the second abutting portion 550 are stably abutted.
Further, the fourth folded part 520 is provided with a first inserting hole 521 along the axial direction of the second observation hole 510, and the first inserting hole 521 penetrates through two side walls of the fourth folded part 520; meanwhile, the outer wall of the ferrule 300 is provided with a third abutting portion 315 and a fourth abutting portion 316 at intervals along the circumferential direction, a second insertion hole 317 is formed between the third abutting portion 315 and the fourth abutting portion 316 and is arranged along the axial direction of the ferrule 300, and the second insertion hole 317 is arranged opposite to the first insertion hole 521. The water meter further comprises a bolt 600, and the bolt 600 penetrates through the first inserting hole 521 and the second inserting hole 317; thus, under the action of the plug 600, the watch cover 500 is circumferentially fixed to the ferrule 300, so that the first abutting portion 314 and the second abutting portion 550 cannot be separated from each other, and the watch cover 500 is stably mounted.
In some embodiments, the lower end of the watch case 500 extends to the body 110 to form a fifth connecting portion 540, the latch 600 has a sixth connecting portion 630 extending to the body 110, and the fifth connecting portion 540 and the sixth connecting portion 630 are stacked in a radial direction of the ferrule 300. Meanwhile, the fifth connecting portion 540 is provided with a fifth connecting hole 541 along the radial direction of the ferrule 300, the sixth connecting portion 630 is provided with a sixth positioning hole 631 along the radial direction of the ferrule 300, and the fifth connecting hole 541 and the sixth positioning hole 631 are disposed opposite to each other. The water meter further includes a second lead sealing component, and the second lead sealing component is connected to the fifth connecting hole 541 and the sixth positioning hole 631, so as to realize the fixed connection between the fifth connecting portion 540 and the sixth connecting portion 630. Through the setting of second lead sealing subassembly to realize the fixed connection between bolt 600 and the table cover 500, and then can't realize the dismantlement of bolt 600, and then can't realize the dismantlement of table cover 500. When someone else needs to remove the watch case 500, the second lead seal assembly must be broken to remove the plug 600 and thus the watch case 500.
It should be noted that the third abutting portion 315 and the fourth abutting portion 316 position the plug 600 along the circumferential direction of the ferrule 300, so that the fifth connection hole 541 is aligned with the sixth positioning hole 631.
In some embodiments, the side of the latch 600 has a convex arc 620, and the arc 620 is disposed toward the body 110, so that when the latch 600 slides through the first mating hole 521 and the second mating hole 317, the arc 620 has a guiding function, thereby correcting the position of the latch 600 and rapidly sliding into the first mating hole 521 and the second mating hole 317.
In some embodiments, the side of the plug 600 has a boss 610, and the boss 610 is disposed toward the body 110, so that the boss 610 abuts against a side of the third abutting portion 315 away from the body 110, thereby preventing the plug 600 from sliding away from the lower port of the second observation hole 510. Meanwhile, the boss 610 abuts against and is connected to the third abutting portion 315, so that the plug 600 is positioned in the axial direction, and the fifth connecting hole 541 is aligned with the sixth positioning hole 631.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
