Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, the integrated cooker comprises a cabinet body 1, a functional electric appliance 2, a bellows assembly 3, a cooker 4 and a smoke collection cavity 5. Integrated in a modular manner between them.
The cabinet body 1 is used as a supporting component, and other components are all arranged on the cabinet body 1 or in the cabinet body 1. The functional electric appliance 2 is detachably disposed at a front position inside the cabinet 1. The functional electric appliance 2 can be one of a disinfection cabinet, a storage cabinet and a steaming and baking machine. The bellows assembly 3 is also arranged in the cabinet body 1 and is positioned at the rear side of the functional electric appliance 2. The smoke collecting cavity 5 is arranged on the cabinet body 1. The air box assembly 3 is communicated with the smoke collecting cavity 5. The stove 4 is placed on the cabinet body 1 and is positioned with the cabinet body 1 through a positioning pin and a positioning hole.
Referring to fig. 3, the bellows assembly 3 includes a bellows 31, a volute 32, and an impeller 33. The air box 31 has an air collecting opening 311 and an air outlet 312, wherein the air collecting opening 311 is communicated with the smoke collecting cavity 5 (see fig. 1 and 2). A volute 32 is provided inside the wind box 31. The volute 32 has an air inlet end 321 and an air outlet end 322. The air inlet end 321 is communicated with the air collecting opening 311, and the air outlet end 322 is communicated with the air outlet 312. An impeller 33 is provided in the volute 32. The impeller 33 is driven to rotate by a motor 34 (see fig. 4). The impeller 33 rotates to form a negative pressure, so that the oil smoke in the air box 31 is sucked into the volute 32 and discharged from the air outlet 312/air outlet 322.
As shown in fig. 3, an opening 313 is opened on the front side of the bellows 31. An opening door 314 is provided on the opening 313, and the opening door 314 can open and close the opening 313. In this example, as shown in fig. 4, the functional electric appliance 2 and the electric appliance box 6 are removed to expose the opening door 314. The impeller 33 is located at the rear side of the opening door 314. The impeller 33 can be wiped clean by opening the opening door 314. Opening 313 can be as small as a human hand can reach in. The opening 313 in this example is large enough to allow the impeller 33 to be removed through the opening 313 and the impeller 33 to be cleaned, repaired or replaced. As shown in fig. 4, the motor 34 of this embodiment is located at the rear side of the impeller 33 (left side in fig. 4; the right side in fig. 4 is a user standing position, and is called front side, and therefore the left side is called rear side), and the impeller 33 is closer to the opening door 314 and is easily wiped or taken out from the scroll casing 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the opening door 314 includes a profile frame 3142 and a flat plate 3143, and the structure is stable. The flat plate 3143 in this example is a transparent plate, and the material of the flat plate 3143 is not particularly limited, and may be a plastic plate or a glass plate. As shown in fig. 3, the plate 3143 of this example is entirely transparent, i.e., transparent portion 3141, so that the impeller 33 can be viewed without opening the opening door 314. A sealing ring is arranged between the opening door 314 and the opening 313, so that the air tightness in the air box 31 is ensured. An illuminating lamp can be arranged on the inner side of the opening door 314, so that the condition of the impeller 33 can be observed conveniently. The opening door 314 in this example is circular to match the shape of the impeller 33 to facilitate removal of the impeller 33. In addition, since the opening 313 is circular, the front side plate of the wind box 31 has high strength and is not easily deformed as compared with a square shape or the like. Although the opening door 314 and the corresponding opening 313 in this example are circular, the shape of the opening door 314 is not particularly limited, and any shape of the opening door 314 is within the scope of the present invention.
One side of the opening door 314 is rotatably connected to the panel of the bellows 31 by a hinge, and the other side of the opening door 314 is detachably connected to the panel of the bellows 31 by a fastener. The fastener in this example is a latch mechanism 315, and in other embodiments, the fastener may be other conventional fasteners. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, at least a portion of the opening door 314 is inserted into the panel of the bellows 31 when the opening door 314 is closed, that is, at least a portion of the opening door 314 is inserted into the opening 313, which not only makes the opening door 314 not easily swing, but also makes the opening door 314 not easily affect the placement of the front-side functional electric appliance 2.
In this example, the air box 31 is opened so that the opening 313 and the opening door 314 are provided on the front panel of the air box 31 (i.e., the right panel close to the functional electric device 2 in fig. 4), and the impeller 33 is wiped clean, or the impeller 33 is taken out and cleaned, repaired, or replaced. In other embodiments, the front panel of the air box 31 (i.e. the right panel close to the functional electric appliance 2 in fig. 4) can be detachably arranged, in which case, the front panel of the air box 31 corresponds to the opening door 314 of this example, and the opening formed after the front panel is opened corresponds to the opening 313 of this example, which is also a possible solution based on the concept of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the functional electric device 2 is provided with a roller 21. The roller 21 can be retracted upward. When the functional electric appliance 2 is placed in the cabinet 1, the roller 21 is retracted. When the functional electric appliance 2 is taken out, the roller 21 is unfolded downward, and it is convenient to move the functional electric appliance 2.
The electrical box 6 of the present embodiment is also provided in a split type, and the electrical box 6 is electrically connected with the functional electrical appliance 2, the bellows assembly 3 and the cooker 4 in a separable manner, so that the electrical box 6 can be detached separately. Since the electrical box 6 is a fragile part, when damaged, only the electrical box 6 can be repaired or replaced, and the integrated cooker as a whole does not need to be sent back to a manufacturer for repair.
As shown in FIG. 5, the present embodiment is further provided with a smoke exhaust pipe 7. The smoke exhaust pipe 7 extends from the air outlet 312 down to the ground and then extends far back. In addition, the supporting legs 8 avoid the smoke exhaust pipe 7 in the embodiment, so that the smoke exhaust pipe 7 can penetrate out from the side bottom. The smoke exhaust pipe 7 of this example can extend below the skirting line so that no modification of the surrounding cabinet by punching is required.
As described above, in this embodiment, the opening 313 and the opening door 314 are provided on the front side panel of the air box 31, so that the opening door 314 can be opened to wipe and clean the impeller 33 after removing the functional electric appliance 2 and the electric appliance case 6, or the impeller 33 can be taken out to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced. This enables the impeller 33 to be degreased very thoroughly, making maintenance of the impeller 33 easier. This example provides a compact, efficient, and economical way to clean the impeller 33, relative to the prior art methods of spraying steam or cleaning solution onto the impeller 33. In addition, in the prior art, after the impeller 33 is damaged, the whole machine needs to be dismantled, and the impeller 33 needs to be repaired or replaced, which is very inconvenient. In this embodiment, the impeller 33 can be taken out for maintenance or replacement only by taking out the functional electric appliance 2 and the electric appliance box 6 and opening the opening door 314, which is very convenient.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
