and step 3: the cut and part of the overlapping edge 3 of the underlying waterproofing membrane 2 are covered with a self-adhesive cover strip 7.
In this embodiment, upper waterproofing membrane 1 is provided with two, and two upper waterproofing membrane 1 one end downside that are close to each other are provided with lower floor's waterproofing membrane 2, and two 1 upper surfaces of upper waterproofing membrane are provided with the third bond line.
In this embodiment, lower floor's waterproofing membrane 2 includes lower floor's waterproofing membrane body and overlap edge 3, and overlap edge 3 sets up in the both sides of lower floor's waterproofing membrane body, and two overlap edges 3 weld through double weld mutually with two upper waterproofing membrane 1 respectively.
In this embodiment, in step 3, the cuts of the two upper waterproofing sheets 1, the partial overlapping edges 3 on both sides of the lower waterproofing sheet 2, and the lower waterproofing sheet body are covered with the self-adhesive cover strip 7.
In this embodiment the self-adhesive cover strip 7 is provided with a fourth layer of adhesive on its upper surface.
In this embodiment, the upper waterproof roll 1 and the lower waterproof roll 2 are both high-density polyethylene waterproof rolls.
In summary, in the construction of the sealing method for the overlapping edge of the waterproof roll in the pre-laying reverse adhesion construction in this embodiment, two pieces of upper waterproof rolls 1 are butted and sealed with the overlapping edge 3 of the lower waterproof roll 2 as an example:
firstly, cutting off a process throwing edge 5, and after welding the waterproof coiled material to form a double welding seam, completely cutting off the process throwing edge 5 along the edge of the welding seam 4 by using a wallpaper knife or other cutters to expose the lower waterproof coiled material 2;
then trimming is carried out to prevent other structural layers from being attached to the waterproof roll due to the thickness of the waterproof roll, and the notch of the process throwing edge 5 is trimmed by using a cutter to enable the notch to exist in the form of an inclined surface 6;
and finally, sticking a self-adhesive cover strip 7, wherein the overlap edge 3 of the lower waterproof roll 2 is not completely covered by double welding lines, the exposed part of the overlap edge 3 after the edge 5 is thrown by the cutting process has no bonding layer for anti-adhesion, and the pre-laid anti-adhesion waterproof system cannot be formed with post-poured concrete, so that after the part is finished with the above procedures, the self-adhesive cover strip 7 which is matched with the self-adhesive cover strip 7 and has a fourth bonding layer for anti-adhesion is adopted to cover and bond two notches, the part of the overlap edge 3 of the lower waterproof roll 2 and the lower waterproof roll body.

Claims (10)

1. The utility model provides a sealing treatment method of waterproofing membrane overlap joint limit in construction of anti-sticking method of pre-paving, wherein, waterproofing membrane includes upper waterproofing membrane and lower floor's waterproofing membrane, the overlap joint limit of upper waterproofing membrane with lower floor's waterproofing membrane welds mutually, its characterized in that, this method includes:
step 1: cutting off the technical throwing edge of the upper waterproof coiled material along a welding line, and exposing partial lapping edge of the lower waterproof coiled material;
step 2: trimming the cut of the upper waterproof roll to form an inclined plane;
and step 3: and covering the cut and the partial overlapping edge of the lower waterproof roll by using a self-adhesive cover opening strip.

The sealing treatment method for the overlapping edge of the waterproof roll in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first adhesive layer is arranged on the upper surface of the upper waterproof roll, the lower waterproof roll comprises a lower waterproof roll body and the overlapping edge, and a second adhesive layer is arranged on the upper surface of the lower waterproof roll body.

The sealing treatment method for the overlapped edges of the waterproof rolls in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method according to claim 2, wherein the overlapped edges of the upper waterproof roll and the lower waterproof roll are welded by double welding seams, and a cavity is formed between the two welding seams.

The sealing treatment method for the overlapped edges of the waterproof coiled materials in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method according to claim 1, characterized in that in the step 1, all the process edge throwing of the upper waterproof coiled material is cut off along the welding seam by a cutter.
5. The sealing treatment method of the overlapping edge of the waterproof coiled material in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method according to claim 1, wherein the step 3 further comprises the following steps: bonding said self-adhesive cover strip to said cut and said partially overlapped edge of said underlying waterproofing membrane.

The method for sealing the overlapped edges of the waterproof rolls in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper waterproof roll is provided with two pieces, the lower waterproof roll is provided at the lower side of the end of the two pieces close to each other, and the upper surface of the two pieces of upper waterproof roll is provided with a third adhesive layer.

The sealing treatment method for the overlapping edge of the waterproof coiled material in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method according to claim 6, wherein the lower waterproof coiled material comprises a lower waterproof coiled material body and the overlapping edge, the overlapping edge is arranged on two sides of the lower waterproof coiled material body, and the two overlapping edges are respectively welded with the two upper waterproof coiled materials through double welding lines.

The method for sealing the overlapped edges of waterproof rolls in the construction of pre-laying reverse adhesion method according to claim 7, wherein in the step 3, the cut-outs of the two waterproof rolls at the upper layer, the partial overlapped edges at both sides of the waterproof roll at the lower layer and the waterproof roll body at the lower layer are covered with the self-adhesive cover strip.
9. The method for sealing the overlapped edge of the waterproof coiled material in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fourth adhesive layer is arranged on the upper surface of the self-adhesive cover opening strip.
10. The method for sealing the overlapping edge of the waterproof roll in the construction of the pre-paving reverse adhesion method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper waterproof roll and the lower waterproof roll are both high-density polyethylene waterproof rolls.
