Abstract
The invention discloses a slidable supporting device, which comprises a base, a supporting seat cover, a baffle, balls, a tetrafluoro plate and an ear plate, wherein the base is provided with a plurality of grooves; the base is fixed on a building, the support cover is slidably arranged on the middle part of the base, the lug plate is fixed on the support cover and is used for connecting a supporting rod of an accessory structure; the baffles are fixed at two ends of the base and used for limiting excessive sliding of the support cover; the base is provided with a T-shaped protruding block on the plane facing the support cover, and the T-shaped protruding block is provided with a plurality of rows and columns of track strips which are used as guide rails for the assembly and sliding of the support cover; balls are arranged in gaps between adjacent track strips along the length direction of the track strips; and the tetrafluoro plates are arranged in gaps between adjacent track strips in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the track strips. The invention can effectively reduce the secondary internal force generated by the forced displacement load of the short rod through the connection design of the supporting part of the short rod, improve the stress performance of the rigid member in the hyperstatic structure and improve the adaptability of the auxiliary structure to the deformation load.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, in particular to a slidable supporting device.
Background
In recent years, in order to expand the space and functions of the building, more and more channel-type auxiliary structures, such as building corridors, multiple under-bridge hanging structures and the like, are developed, and these structures are used for connecting two or more building bodies, so as to improve the convenience and smoothness of pedestrian flow. However, in some cases, the two main structures cannot cooperatively deform due to differences in sedimentation, temperature and other external loads, and a certain secondary internal force is generated in the hyperstatic auxiliary structure. In particular, for members of shorter length, the secondary internal force cannot be adjusted by deformation of the rod itself, with less adverse effects. Therefore, the short bar connection design is important.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the secondary internal force effect of the short rod of the connecting structure, the invention provides a slidable supporting device, which comprises the following specific technical scheme:
a slidable support device comprising a base, a seat cover, a baffle, balls, a tetrafluoro plate and an ear plate;
the base is fixed on a building, the support cover is slidably arranged on the middle part of the base, and the lug plate is fixed on the support cover and used for connecting a supporting rod of an accessory structure; the baffles are fixed at two ends of the base and used for limiting the support cover from excessively sliding;
the base is provided with a T-shaped protruding block on a plane facing the support cover, and the T-shaped protruding block is provided with a plurality of rows and columns of track strips which are used as guide rails for the support cover during assembly and sliding; the balls are arranged in gaps between adjacent track strips along the length direction of the track strips; and the tetrafluoro plates are arranged in gaps between adjacent track strips in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the track strips.
Further, a track groove for positioning and mounting the track bar and rolling the ball is formed in the mounting surface of the support cover facing the base.
Further, the support cover is C-shaped, and the inner surface of the support cover is coated with the T-shaped protruding blocks, so that a sliding installation surface is formed.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the slidable supporting device reduces the secondary internal force of the short rod caused by forced displacement load through the connection design of the supporting part of the short rod, improves the stress performance of the rigid member in the hyperstatic structure, and improves the flexibility of the channel type auxiliary structure.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a T-shaped protruding block 1-1 is provided on a plane of the base 1 facing the seat cover 2, and a plurality of rows and columns of track bars 1-2 are designed on the T-shaped protruding block 1-1 for serving as a guide rail when the seat cover 2 is assembled and slid. Along the length direction of the track bars 1-2, balls 4 are arranged at the gaps between two adjacent rows of track bars 1-2; the tetrafluoro plates 5 are arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the track bars 1-2, and the gaps between two adjacent rows of track bars 1-2.
As shown in fig. 5, a track groove 2-1 for positioning and mounting the track bar 1-2 and rolling the ball 4 is provided on the surface of the holder cover 2 facing the base 1.
It should be noted that, the installation orientation of the slidable supporting device in this embodiment is only one case, and the orientation of the base 1 can be adjusted according to the spatial positions of the building and the supporting rod in actual use.
