Regarding the preparation process, because the process requirements of the common hot melt adhesive are low, only simple physical mixing is performed, no reaction process exists, and the main emphasis in the preparation process of the invention is as follows:
1. the feeding sequence is strictly controlled, particularly the softening point of the poly alpha-methyl styrene resin is higher, the melting is needed to be added in advance, and if the poly alpha-methyl styrene resin is added later, the condition that the temperature in the kettle is too low to be melted can be caused;
2. the polymer is added into the kettle earlier than the styrene-butadiene rubber, because the styrene-butadiene rubber is easy to melt, if the styrene-butadiene rubber is added simultaneously, the structure of the styrene-butadiene rubber is damaged due to overlong stirring time, so that the performance of the product is affected.
The following are specific examples of the present invention, in which raw materials, equipment, etc. used are available in a purchase manner except for specific limitations.

the softening point of the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin with high softening point is 110-130 ℃; the softening point of the high softening point hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin is 110-130 ℃;
the hot melt adhesive of comparative example 1 was different in formulation in that styrene-butadiene rubber and poly-alpha-methylstyrene resin were not added and in that the rubber polymer was selected differently.
The hot melt adhesive preparation method of the above examples 1 to 5 comprises the following steps:
s1: confirming that a bottom valve of the reaction kettle is closed, opening steam heating, starting a stirring paddle, and adding a plasticizer, poly alpha-methyl styrene resin and an antioxidant;
s2: raising the temperature of the reaction kettle in the step S1 to 150-165 ℃, and adding the high diblock polymer with the formula amount; stirring for 15 minutes after the addition of the high diblock polymer is completed, adding styrene-butadiene rubber, scraping the tank wall of the reaction kettle and the high diblock polymer and the styrene-butadiene rubber on the stirring paddle by using a scraper after the addition is completed and waiting for no more material expansion, continuing stirring for 45 minutes, sampling to completely melt or not, continuing stirring if particles exist, and recording and prolonging the stirring time until the high diblock polymer and the styrene-butadiene rubber are melted;

Effect evaluation and Performance detection
The hot melt adhesives of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were tested for properties, test items and results, see Table 2.
1. Viscosity test method
Viscosity was measured using a model DV2TRVT viscometer and a model 27 spindle from Bowler-Nordheim corporation, U.S. Pat. No. 2, according to GB/T2794 specifications. Results are reported in centipoise (cps).
2. Softening point test method
Softening points were tested using an SD-0606T automatic softening point tester, a institute of Shanghai Deuteri instruments, according to GB/T15332 specifications. Results are recorded in degrees celsius (°c).
3.180 DEG peel strength and annular primary adhesion test method
180℃peel strength was tested according to the specifications of the national standard GB/T2792-2014 and loop tack was tested according to the specifications of the national standard GB/T31125-2014. Coating the prepared hot melt adhesive on the surface of a high-transparency PET film with the thickness of 30 micrometers by using a film coater, attaching a release film, standing for 24 hours at room temperature, and testing 180-degree peel strength and annular primary adhesion; the results are recorded in N/inch.
4. Repeated pasting performance test method
After the 180-degree peel strength and the annular primary adhesion are tested for the first time, the second, third, fourth and fifth tests are carried out; the results are recorded in N/inch.
Method for testing holding time at 5.40 DEG C
A sample is coated by hot melt adhesive with the width of 25mm and the length of 140mm in a longitudinal direction, the sample is stuck on a substrate such as CPP, BOPP, PET, a 1kg weight is hung on the compounded sample, and then the sample is hung in a baking oven at the temperature of 40 ℃ to start timing.
The test results of the above test items are shown in table 2:
table 2 summary of test data table
Figure BDA0003141752410000111
/>
Figure BDA0003141752410000121
As shown in the table above, the peel strength of the left and right hot melt adhesive prepared by the invention is more than 30N/inch, the annular initial adhesion is more than 30N/inch, and the adhesive holding time at 40 ℃ is more than 30min, so that the adhesive has excellent peel, initial adhesion and adhesive holding performance.
As shown in the above table, example 5 is the best example in the present invention, the peel strength and the annular initial tack performance of the high-performance left-right hot melt adhesive prepared in example 5 are optimal, the function of repeated adhesion can be realized, and the decrease of the peel strength and the annular initial tack performance is small with the increase of the number of repeated adhesion. As proved by repeated experiments, the styrene-butadiene rubber selected in the formula can endow the hot melt adhesive with stronger initial adhesion performance and good wettability to a base material, the styrene-butadiene rubber is helpful to repeated adhesion performance after being added, and when the styrene-butadiene rubber is used in excessive amount, the cohesion of the hot melt adhesive is reduced, so that the adhesion retention performance is reduced; the research shows that when the using amount of the styrene-butadiene rubber is 5% of the using amount of the formula, the effect of improving the repeated pasting performance is optimal.
In example 4, the amount of styrene-butadiene rubber used was 2 times that of example 5, and the peel strength and the loop tack performance of the prepared hot melt adhesive were slightly inferior to those of example 5, especially the tack time in the environment of 40 ℃ was greatly reduced, further indicating that when the amount of styrene-butadiene rubber used was too much, the cohesive force of the hot melt adhesive was reduced, thereby reducing the tack performance.
Comparative example 1 has a large difference from the hot melt adhesives prepared in examples 1 to 5 in peel strength, loop-type initial adhesion property and repeated adhesion property since styrene-butadiene rubber and poly-alpha-methylstyrene resin are not added, and the duration of adhesion in an environment of 40 c is only 40% of the duration of adhesion in the best embodiment of the present invention, example 5. The formula design of the hot melt adhesive is more reasonable, and the prepared hot melt adhesive has excellent mechanical properties.
The high-performance left and right hot melt adhesive prepared by the invention can be applied to the fields of paper diaper magic buckles, paper diaper PP (Polypropylene) patches, sticking buckles and the like, and can realize the function of repeatedly sticking the left and right hot melt adhesive. In particular, in the manufacturing of the adult diaper with high manufacturing cost, the core body is replaced, so that the excellent repeated pasting function of the adult diaper greatly reduces the production and use cost of the adult diaper.
The manufacturer information of the components used in the above examples and comparative examples is shown in Table 3:
table 3: table of manufacturer of each component

The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
