In order to effectively ensure the anti-aging performance of the prepared adhesive, p-phenylenediamine is used as an anti-aging agent; in order to enable the diluent to have the advantages of low boiling point, low toxicity, easiness in drying and good solubility, the quality of the prepared adhesive is improved, and ethyl acetate is used as the diluent.
Referring to fig. 4, the invention further provides a method for preparing a double-sided PET film-coated plate, which is to ensure that the steps for preparing the double-sided PET film-coated plate are simple and reasonable, the working strength of workers can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the injury to the workers in the preparation process is effectively reduced, the preparation efficiency is high, so that a PET film can be firmly fixed on the double sides of a substrate 1, and the PET film is not easy to fall off under the action of composite forces such as stretching, bending and stamping on the substrate 1, thereby ensuring the production quality of the double-sided PET film-coated plate, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: surface treatment: carrying out acid washing by using an automatic etching machine to passivate the surface of the substrate 1, placing the substrate 1 on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic etching machine through a feeding port of the automatic etching machine, and then starting the automatic etching machine to operate, wherein the automatic etching machine has a double-sided spraying function;
in order to ensure the passivation effect of the surface of the substrate 1 and prevent the surface of the substrate 1 from being corroded by acid liquor, the pH value of the acid liquor adopted by the automatic etching machine is 6.1, the temperature is 30 ℃, the transmission speed of a transmission wheel inside the automatic etching machine is 5m/min, and the spraying pressure of a nozzle inside the automatic etching machine is 0.05 Mpa;
in order to ensure that the surface of the substrate 1 is not corroded by the acid solution, the acid solution is prepared by the following method: mixing oxalic acid and phosphoric acid according to a volume ratio of 1: 2, uniformly mixing to form mixed acid liquor, and then adjusting the pH value of the mixed acid liquor to 6.1 by adopting pure water;
step 2: cleaning and blow-drying: cleaning the substrate 1 subjected to surface treatment in the step 1 by using an automatic cleaning machine, placing the substrate 1 on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic cleaning machine through a feeding port of the automatic cleaning machine, and then starting the automatic cleaning machine to operate, wherein the automatic cleaning machine has a double-sided spraying function, a double-sided drying air knife is installed inside the automatic cleaning machine, and the air speed of the double-sided drying air knife is 12m/s;
in order to ensure the cleaning effect on the surface of the substrate 1 and facilitate the smooth implementation of the subsequent gluing process, the temperature of pure water adopted by the automatic cleaning machine is 25 ℃, the corresponding conductivity is less than or equal to 6 mu s/cm, the transmission speed of a transmission wheel inside the automatic cleaning machine is 8m/min, and the spraying pressure of a nozzle inside the automatic cleaning machine is 0.15 Mpa.
And step 3: gluing: adding the prepared adhesive into a spray head type gluing machine, and uniformly spraying the adhesive on the front and back surfaces of the substrate 1 cleaned and dried in the step 2 by adopting the spray head type gluing machine to form adhesive layers with the thickness of 2 um;
and 4, step 4: baking: baking the front and back adhesive layers of the substrate 1 coated with the adhesive in the step 3 by using a baking oven to evaporate the diluent in the adhesive layers, wherein the temperature of the baking oven is 80 ℃, and the baking time is 40 min;
and 5: film covering: carrying out double-sided film coating on the substrate 1 baked in the step 4 by adopting a double-sided film coating machine to form a PET film layer, mounting a coiled PET film on the double-sided film coating machine, pulling out the free end of the PET film through a gap between a heating roller and a pressing roller, then adjusting the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller, setting the heating temperature of the heating roller, setting the transmission speed of the double-sided film coating machine, and then placing the substrate 1 between two layers of PET films in the gap, thus carrying out film coating operation;
in order to heat and soften the PET film by using the heating roller so that the PET film can be firmly adhered to the adhesive layer 3, and simultaneously press the PET film on the front surface and the back surface of the substrate 1 by using the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller, the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller of the double-sided laminating machine is set to be 0.18mm, the heating temperature of the heating roller is 330 ℃, and the conveying speed of the double-sided laminating machine is set to be 3m/min in order to ensure not only the laminating efficiency but also the laminating quality;
step 6: trimming: trimming and cutting off the redundant PET film at the edge of the substrate 1 coated with the film in the step 5, so as to finish the double-sided PET film coating work of the substrate 1, and preparing to obtain the double-sided PET film coated plate.
Example 2
This example differs from example 1 in that the viscose was prepared as follows:
s1: weighing the raw material components of the viscose agent: 25 parts of polyethylene, 20 parts of acrylic resin, 15 parts of polyurethane, 35 parts of epoxy resin, 40 parts of phenolic resin, 20 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 10 parts of titanium dioxide powder, 7 parts of anti-aging agent and 300 parts of diluent;
s2: adding polyethylene, acrylic resin, polyurethane, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, calcium carbonate powder and titanium dioxide powder into a ball mill for grinding until the particle diameter of the material is not more than 20 mu m, thereby preparing a mixed powder material;
s3: and (3) adding 7 parts of the anti-aging agent and 300 parts of the diluent in the step (S1) and the mixed powder material prepared in the step (S2) into a reaction kettle, stirring for 50min, wherein the stirring speed of the reaction kettle is set to 900r/min, the temperature of the reaction kettle is set to 90 ℃, and when the internal temperature of the reaction kettle is reduced to 45 ℃ after the reaction kettle is stopped, filtering out the liquid in the reaction kettle by using a 100-mesh stainless steel filter screen to obtain filtrate, namely the prepared adhesive.
Example 3
This example differs from example 1 in that the viscose was prepared as follows:
s1: weighing the raw material components of the viscose agent: 30 parts of polyethylene, 26 parts of acrylic resin, 18 parts of polyurethane, 40 parts of epoxy resin, 45 parts of phenolic resin, 25 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 12 parts of titanium dioxide powder, 8 parts of anti-aging agent and 380 parts of diluent;
s2: adding polyethylene, acrylic resin, polyurethane, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, calcium carbonate powder and titanium dioxide powder into a ball mill for grinding until the particle diameter of the material is not more than 20 mu m, thereby preparing a mixed powder material;
s3: and (3) adding 8 parts of the anti-aging agent and 380 parts of the diluent in the step S1 and the mixed powder material prepared in the step S2 into a reaction kettle, stirring for 60min, setting the stirring speed of the reaction kettle to be 1000r/min and the temperature to be 100 ℃, and filtering out liquid in the reaction kettle by using a 100-mesh stainless steel filter screen when the internal temperature of the reaction kettle is reduced to 50 ℃ after the reaction kettle is stopped, wherein the obtained filtrate is the prepared adhesive.
It should be noted that: the reduction range of the internal temperature of the reaction vessel after the shutdown in examples 1 to 3 was 40 to 50 ℃.
Example 4
The preparation method of the double-sided PET film-coated plate provided by the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:
preparing a double-sided PET film laminated plate by adopting a substrate 1 with the thickness of 0.4 mm:
step 1: surface treatment: carrying out acid washing by using an automatic etching machine to passivate the surface of the substrate 1, placing the substrate 1 on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic etching machine through a feeding port of the automatic etching machine, and then starting the automatic etching machine to operate, wherein the automatic etching machine has a double-sided spraying function;
in order to ensure the passivation effect of the surface of the substrate 1 and prevent the surface of the substrate 1 from being corroded by acid liquor, the pH value of the acid liquor adopted by the automatic etching machine is 6.5, the temperature is 40 ℃, the transmission speed of an internal transmission wheel of the automatic etching machine is 10m/min, and the spraying pressure of an internal nozzle of the automatic etching machine is 0.1 Mpa;
in order to ensure that the surface of the substrate 1 is not corroded by the acid solution, the acid solution is prepared by the following method: mixing oxalic acid and phosphoric acid according to a volume ratio of 1: 2, uniformly mixing to form mixed acid liquor, and then adjusting the pH value of the mixed acid liquor to 6.5 by adopting pure water;
step 2: cleaning and blow-drying: cleaning the substrate 1 subjected to surface treatment in the step 1 by using an automatic cleaning machine, placing the substrate 1 on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic cleaning machine through a feeding port of the automatic cleaning machine, and then starting the automatic cleaning machine to operate, wherein the automatic cleaning machine has a double-sided spraying function, a double-sided drying air knife is installed inside the automatic cleaning machine, and the air speed of the double-sided drying air knife is 18m/s;
in order to ensure the cleaning effect on the surface of the substrate 1 and facilitate the smooth implementation of the subsequent gluing process, the temperature of pure water adopted by the automatic cleaning machine is 35 ℃, the corresponding conductivity is 5 mu s/cm, the transmission speed of a transmission wheel inside the automatic cleaning machine is 12m/min, and the spraying pressure of a nozzle inside the automatic cleaning machine is 0.3 Mpa.
And step 3: gluing: adding the prepared adhesive into a spray head type gluing machine, and uniformly spraying the adhesive on the front and back surfaces of the substrate 1 cleaned and dried in the step 2 by adopting the spray head type gluing machine to form adhesive layers with the thickness of 4 microns;
and 4, step 4: baking: baking the front and back adhesive layers of the substrate 1 coated with the adhesive in the step 3 by using a baking oven to evaporate the diluent in the adhesive layers, wherein the temperature of the baking oven is 100 ℃, and the baking time is 60 min;
and 5: film covering: carrying out double-sided film coating on the substrate 1 baked in the step 4 by adopting a double-sided film coating machine to form a PET film layer, mounting a coiled PET film on the double-sided film coating machine, pulling out the free end of the PET film through a gap between a heating roller and a pressing roller, then adjusting the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller, setting the heating temperature of the heating roller, setting the transmission speed of the double-sided film coating machine, and then placing the substrate 1 between two layers of PET films in the gap, thus carrying out film coating operation;
in order to heat and soften the PET film by using the heating roller so that the PET film can be firmly adhered to the adhesive layer 3, and meanwhile, the PET film is pressed on the front surface and the back surface of the substrate 1 by using the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller, the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller of the double-sided laminating machine is set to be 0.38mm, the heating temperature of the heating roller is 360 ℃, and the conveying speed of the double-sided laminating machine is set to be 5m/min in order to ensure not only laminating efficiency but also laminating quality;
step 6: trimming: trimming and cutting off the redundant PET film at the edge of the substrate 1 coated with the film in the step 5, so as to finish the double-sided PET film coating work of the substrate 1, and preparing to obtain the double-sided PET film coated plate.
The adhesive in example 4 is the adhesive prepared in examples 1 to 3, and the performance of the double-sided PET film coated board prepared in examples 1 to 3 is tested, and the test results are as follows:

From the above table, it is known that the double-sided PET film coated plate prepared in the present invention has a large peel strength, and is not easy to yellow, and especially, the double-sided PET film coated plate prepared in example 2 has the best performance, and it can be considered that example 2 is the most preferable example.
To sum up:
1. compared with a single-sided PET film-coated plate in the prior art, the double-sided PET film-coated plate has the advantages that the service life is longer, the corrosion resistance is better, the yellowing resistance is better, and the high-temperature resistance is better;
2. the preparation method of the double-sided PET film-coated plate provided by the invention has simple and reasonable steps, can effectively reduce the working strength of workers, simultaneously effectively reduces the damage of various chemicals to the workers in the preparation process, has high preparation efficiency, enables the PET film to be firmly fixed on the double sides of the substrate 1, and ensures the production quality of the double-sided PET film-coated plate because the PET film is not easy to fall off under the action of composite forces such as stretching, bending and stamping on the substrate 1.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. 5. A two-sided PET film covered sheet according to claim 4, wherein: the viscose is prepared by the following method:
s1: the adhesive of claim 4, comprising the following raw materials: 20-30 parts of polyethylene, 15-26 parts of acrylic resin, 12-18 parts of polyurethane, 30-40 parts of epoxy resin, 30-45 parts of phenolic resin, 18-25 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 8-12 parts of titanium dioxide powder, 5-8 parts of anti-aging agent and 380 parts of diluent 200-;
s2: adding polyethylene, acrylic resin, polyurethane, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, calcium carbonate powder and titanium dioxide powder into a ball mill for grinding until the particle diameter of the material is not more than 20 mu m, thereby preparing a mixed powder material;
s3: and (3) adding 5-8 parts of the anti-aging agent in the step S1, 380 parts of the diluent 200-380 and the mixed powder material prepared in the step S2 into a reaction kettle, stirring for 40-60min, wherein the stirring speed of the reaction kettle is set to be 800-1000r/min, the temperature is set to be 80-100 ℃, and when the internal temperature of the reaction kettle is reduced to 40-50 ℃ after the reaction kettle is stopped, a 100-mesh stainless steel filter screen is adopted to filter the liquid in the reaction kettle to obtain a filtrate, namely the prepared adhesive.
6. A double-sided PET film covered sheet according to claim 5, wherein: the anti-aging agent is p-phenylenediamine, and the diluent is ethyl acetate.
7. A method for preparing a double-sided PET film-coated plate according to claim 5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: surface treatment: carrying out acid washing by using an automatic etching machine to passivate the surface of the substrate (1), placing the substrate (1) on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic etching machine through a feeding port of the automatic etching machine, and then starting the automatic etching machine to operate, wherein the automatic etching machine has a double-sided spraying function;
step 2: cleaning and blow-drying: cleaning the substrate (1) subjected to surface treatment in the step (1) by using an automatic cleaning machine, placing the substrate (1) on the upper part of a transmission wheel inside the automatic cleaning machine through a feeding port of the automatic cleaning machine, and then starting the automatic cleaning machine to operate, wherein the automatic cleaning machine has a double-sided spraying function, a double-sided drying air knife is installed inside the automatic cleaning machine, and the air speed of the double-sided drying air knife is 12-18m/s;
and step 3: gluing: adding the adhesive prepared in the claim 5 into a nozzle type gluing machine, and uniformly spraying the adhesive on the front surface and the back surface of the substrate (1) cleaned and dried in the step 2 by using the nozzle type gluing machine to form adhesive layers with the thickness of 2-4 um;
and 4, step 4: baking: baking the adhesive layers on the front side and the back side of the substrate (1) coated with the adhesive in the step (3) by using a baking oven to evaporate a diluent in the adhesive layers, wherein the temperature of the baking oven is 80-100 ℃, and the baking time is 40-60 min;
and 5: film covering: carrying out double-sided coating on the substrate (1) baked in the step (4) by adopting a double-sided film covering machine to form a PET film layer, mounting a coiled PET film on the double-sided film covering machine, pulling out the free end of the PET film through a gap between a heating roller and a pressing roller, then adjusting the gap between the heating roller and the pressing roller, setting the heating temperature of the heating roller, setting the transmission speed of the double-sided film covering machine, and then placing the substrate (1) between two layers of PET films in the gap, thus carrying out film covering operation;
step 6: trimming: trimming off the redundant PET film at the edge of the substrate (1) coated with the film in the step 5, so as to finish the double-sided PET film coating work of the substrate (1), and preparing to obtain the double-sided PET film coated plate.

The method for preparing a double-sided PET film-coated plate according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the pH value of the acid liquor adopted by the automatic etching machine is 6.1-6.5, the temperature is 30-40 ℃, the transmission speed of a transmission wheel inside the automatic etching machine is 5-10m/min, and the spraying pressure of a spray head inside the automatic etching machine is 0.05-0.1 MPa.
