Claims (6)

1. An acid pickling treatment device for glass fiber production is characterized by comprising an acid pickling tank (1); an unreeling pickling mechanism (2) is arranged in the pickling tank (1); the unwinding and pickling mechanism (2) comprises a wire unwinding mechanism (3) and a wire winding mechanism (4) which are arranged at the bottom of the pickling tank (1); a wire winding tension detection mechanism (5) is arranged between the wire unwinding mechanism (3) and the wire winding mechanism (4); a wire arrangement mechanism (6) matched with the wire collection mechanism (4) is arranged in the pickling tank (1); a heating mechanism (7) and a stirring mechanism (8) are arranged in the pickling tank (1), and a shielding turnover cover (9) is arranged at the top of the pickling tank (1);
when the glass fiber is pickled, a wire barrel with the glass fiber is placed on a wire releasing mechanism, then the end part of the glass fiber penetrates through a wire receiving tension detection mechanism and is fixed with the wire barrel fixed on a wire receiving mechanism after passing through a wire arrangement mechanism, then the wire is released through the wire releasing mechanism, the wire is received by using the wire receiving mechanism, the pressure of the wire receiving is detected by a wire receiving pressure detection mechanism in the process of releasing and pickling the glass fiber, and when the detected wire receiving pressure is too high, the wire releasing mechanism releases the wire for a period of time;
the wire releasing mechanism (3) comprises a first rotating seat (10) arranged in the pickling tank (1), and a first wire barrel positioning mechanism (11) is arranged on the first rotating seat (10); the first wire barrel positioning mechanism (11) comprises a positioning rod (12) arranged on a first rotating seat (10), the top of the positioning rod (12) is hinged with a plurality of expansion rods (13), the top ends of the expansion rods (13) are hinged with the top end of the positioning rod (12), and a clamping spring (14) is arranged between the lower end of each expansion rod (13) and the positioning rod (12); the top of the positioning rod (12) is provided with a screw rod (15); a top cover (16) is arranged on the screw rod (15), the upper end of the screw rod (15) is in threaded connection with a fastening block (17), the top cover (16) and the first rotating seat (10) are matched to clamp the wire barrel, and a first driving motor (18) in transmission connection with the first rotating seat (10) is arranged at the bottom of the pickling tank (1);
the wire collecting mechanism (4) comprises a second rotating seat (19) arranged in the pickling tank (1), and a second wire barrel positioning mechanism (20) is arranged on the second rotating seat (19); the second wire barrel positioning mechanism (20) is the same as the first wire barrel positioning mechanism (11), and a second driving motor (21) in transmission connection with a second rotating seat (19) is arranged at the bottom of the pickling tank (1);
the wire arranging mechanism (6) comprises a reciprocating screw rod (32) which is arranged in the pickling tank (1) through a position fixing frame (31) and is vertically arranged, a thread cylinder (33) which moves along the reciprocating screw rod (32) is arranged on the reciprocating screw rod (32), a wire arranging block (34) is fixed on the thread cylinder (33), the wire arranging block moves up and down along the position fixing frame (31), a wire arranging hole (35) for glass fiber to pass through is formed in the wire arranging block (34), and the port of the wire arranging hole (35) is horn-shaped; an anti-abrasion layer (30) is arranged on the inner wall of the wire arrangement hole (35); and a third driving motor (42) is arranged at the top of the position-fixing frame (31).
2. The pickling treatment device for producing glass fibers according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism (8) comprises stirring fins provided on the first rotary base (10) and the second rotary base (19).

The acid pickling device for producing the glass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the wire collecting tension detecting mechanism (5) is vertically arranged on a limit slide rod (23) in the acid pickling tank (1) through a positioning frame (22), and a limit slide block (24) sliding along the limit slide rod (23) is arranged on the limit slide rod (23); and a bistable pressure monitoring mechanism (25) is arranged between the limiting slide rod (23) and the limiting slide block (24).

The pickling treatment device for producing glass fibers according to claim 3, wherein the bistable pressure monitoring mechanism (25) comprises a first pressure sensor (26) arranged on the limit slide bar (23) and above the limit slide block (24), and a second pressure sensor (27) arranged on the limit slide bar (23) and below the limit slide block (24); a first pressing spring (28) is arranged between the first pressure sensor (26) and the limiting sliding block (24), and a second pressing spring (41) is arranged between the limiting sliding block (24) and the second pressure sensor (27); the limiting sliding block (24) is provided with a wire guide hole (29) for glass fiber to pass through, and the port of the wire guide hole (29) is horn-shaped; and an anti-abrasion layer (30) is arranged on the inner wall of the wire hole (29).
5. The pickling treatment device for producing glass fibers as recited in claim 4, wherein the wear-resistant layer (30) is a polytetrafluoroethylene layer.

The pickling treatment device for producing the glass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the shielding turnover cover (9) comprises a first turnover cover (36) hinged to one side of the pickling tank (1), the end of the first turnover cover (36) is hinged to a second turnover cover (37), a pair of limiting guide rails (38) are arranged on the side wall of the pickling tank (1), a sliding plate (39) sliding along the limiting guide rails (38) is arranged between the limiting guide rails (38), and the sliding plate (39) is hinged to the end of the second turnover cover (37); a telescopic cylinder (40) is hinged between the first turnover cover (36) and the outer wall of the pickling tank (1).
