A wastewater pretreatment system, which comprises a sieve filter tank, a wastewater adjusting tank, sludge treatment equipment and post-treatment equipment, it is characterized in that the liquid outlet of the sieve filter is connected with the liquid inlet of the wastewater adjusting tank through a pipeline, the slag outlet of the sieve filter is connected with a sieve material processing device through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of the wastewater adjusting tank is connected with a wastewater concentration adjusting tank through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of the wastewater concentration adjusting tank is connected with a primary sedimentation tank through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of the primary sedimentation tank is connected with a secondary sedimentation tank through a pipeline, the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank are both provided with a sludge outlet, the sludge outlet of the primary sedimentation tank and the sludge outlet of the secondary sedimentation tank are both connected with the input end of sludge treatment equipment through pipelines, the liquid outlet of the secondary sedimentation tank is connected with a neutralization tank through a pipeline, and the liquid outlet of the neutralization tank is connected with the liquid inlet of the post-treatment equipment through a pipeline.

The wastewater pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein a grid mechanism is arranged inside the screen pool, a stirring mechanism and an aeration mechanism are arranged inside the wastewater adjusting pool, and a flocculation mechanism is arranged inside each of the primary sedimentation pool and the secondary sedimentation pool.
3. The wastewater pretreatment system of claim 2, wherein said neutralization pond comprises an acidic wastewater neutralization pond and an alkaline wastewater neutralization pond.
4. A method of treating a wastewater pretreatment system according to any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1: primarily filtering the wastewater by using a grid mechanism in a screening pool, introducing the wastewater into a wastewater adjusting pool, and collecting the screened impurities by using screened material treatment equipment;
s2: accelerating the oxidation of the reducing substances by using a stirring mechanism and an aeration mechanism in the wastewater adjusting tank;
s3: the wastewater concentration adjusting tank is used for mixing the wastewater which enters and exits from the front and the back, so that the stability of the whole concentration of the wastewater is ensured;
s4: the method comprises the following steps of performing primary sedimentation on wastewater by using a flocculation mechanism in a primary sedimentation tank, performing secondary sedimentation on the wastewater by using a secondary sedimentation tank, and guiding the precipitated sludge into sludge treatment equipment by using a sludge pump for filter pressing recovery;
s5: and respectively introducing the treated wastewater into an acidic wastewater neutralization tank and an alkaline wastewater neutralization tank for neutralization treatment according to different pH values, and introducing the treated wastewater into post-treatment equipment for subsequent treatment.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the grating mechanism in the step S1 is an arc grating with a curved surface and a gap of 50-100mm, and the device for processing the filtered material cleans the residue by crushing.

The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wastewater conditioning tank in step S2 has a specification of 5 x 5M, the rotation speed of the stirring motor of the stirring mechanism is 200r/min, the aeration mechanism employs mechanical aeration, and the aeration rate interval of the mechanical aeration is 100-150L/min.

The method of claim 4, wherein the wastewater treatment system further comprises a first wastewater treatment unit, the screened material processing device in the step S1 comprises a mounting plate (4) arranged on the main body (1) of the grating mechanism, a servo motor (10) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate (4) through a bolt, an output shaft of the servo motor (10) is fixed with a rotating disc (3) through a bolt, the outer wall of one side of the rotating disc (3) is rotatably connected with a rocker (5) through a rotating shaft, the outer wall of the rocker (5) is rotationally connected with a bracket (9), the outer wall of the inclined plane of the grating mechanism main body (1) is fixed with a mounting block (6) through a bolt, a push rod (8) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the bracket (9) through a bolt, and the outer wall of the circumference of the push rod (8) is connected to the inner wall of the mounting block (6) in a sliding manner, and a processing assembly is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the push rod (8) through a bolt.
