The matching structure of the inserting plate 39 and the inserting groove 38 is simple in structure and relatively easy to realize in the overall view, the requirement on the sealing performance is not high for the seed cotton distribution assembly, and the matching use of the inserting plate 39 and the inserting groove 38 can completely meet the requirement on seed cotton distribution.
As symmetrically arranged components, the first adjusting baffle is respectively provided with one piece at the two transverse ends of the primary adjusting part. Similarly, other components needing to be provided with the air supplementing opening can be arranged in a left-right symmetrical mode.
The distribution assembly comprises the distribution component and a dispersing and collecting part; specifically, the dispensing assembly further comprises:
the distributing pipes 7 correspond to the adapter pipes one to one, the cross sections of the distributing pipes are third rectangles, the length-width ratio of the third rectangles is gradually increased in the discharging direction, and the distributing pipes 7 can be directly selected from seed cotton distributing pipes disclosed in the Chinese patent document CN108103588A as described above.
The distribution assembly further comprises a receiving pipe 8, namely a component for butting the distribution assembly with lower-level cotton processing equipment, and the feeding ends of the receiving pipe 8 are sequentially arranged and matched with the discharging ends of the distribution pipes; accordingly, the cross-section of the outlet pipe 8 is a fourth rectangle having an aspect ratio of not less than 8, thereby having a better lateral distribution capability.
For the adapter tube, the adapter tube at least comprises a flower outlet bent tube 4 and a connecting bent tube 6 positioned on the side of the distribution tube 7, so that the seed cotton is guided to be attached to the panel corresponding to the long side of the third rectangle for discharging. The bent pipe is mainly used for changing the direction of the seed cotton flow, but also occupies a larger space, the path of the seed cotton flow is also lengthened, and the length of the whole adapter pipe is shortened as much as possible under the condition of meeting the requirement of changing the direction, so that the structure shown in figure 1 further comprises a straight pipe 5, and the straight pipe 5 is used for connecting the flower outlet bent pipe 4 and the connecting bent pipe 6.

Claims (12)

1. A dispensing assembly, comprising:
a primary regulating part, the cross section of which is a first rectangle with the length-width ratio not less than 2, and the long side of the first rectangle is gradually shortened from the inlet end to the outlet end of the primary regulating part; a first adjusting baffle is arranged in the primary adjusting part, and the flow direction of the seed cotton is adjusted by changing the longitudinal included angle between the first adjusting baffle and the primary adjusting part;
the secondary regulating part is connected with the outlet end of the primary regulating part, the cross section of the main body of the secondary regulating part is a second rectangle with the length-width ratio not less than 2, and the long side of the second rectangle is gradually lengthened from the inlet end to the outlet end of the secondary regulating part; the outlet end of the secondary regulating part is sealed by a sealing plate, and the sealing plate is provided with at least two flower outlet ports;
one end of the adapter tube is connected with the flower outlet interface, and the other end of the adapter tube is connected with a lower-level component of the distribution assembly.
2. The dispensing assembly of claim 1, wherein there are 2-4 said outlet ports;
the shrouding is the folded plate, and the crease divides into the shrouding unit with the shrouding, and the quantity of shrouding unit corresponds with the interface one-to-one that appears flowers.
3. The dispensing assembly of claim 2, wherein the sealing plate unit is a flat plate, and the sealing plate is folded to form an arch structure with a high middle and low ends;
wherein the direction in which the arch is arched is the longitudinal end of the secondary adjustment portion.
4. The dispensing assembly of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the adaptor tube comprises a knurled elbow, the centripetal side of the knurled elbow being laterally inward of the secondary regulator.
5. The distribution assembly of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second regulating portion housing plate corresponding to the second rectangular short side is a side plate, and a first air supply opening with adjustable opening degree is formed on the side plate.
6. The dispensing assembly of claim 5, wherein the adjustable structure of the first air supply opening is:
slots are formed in two opposite sides of the first air supply opening;
and providing an inserting plate inserted in the slot, and adjusting the opening degree of the first air supplement opening based on the measurement that the inserting plate covers the first air supplement opening.
7. The dispensing assembly of claim 1, wherein the first regulating baffle is provided with one at each of both lateral ends of the primary regulating portion.
8. The distribution assembly of claim 1, wherein the primary regulating part is provided with a flower inlet elbow at the front stage so as to guide the incoming seed cotton to be vertical or form an angle of not less than 60 degrees with the vertical direction and feed the incoming seed cotton to the primary regulating part.
9. The dispensing assembly of claim 8, wherein the cross-section of the flower inlet elbow is rectangular with an aspect ratio of not less than 2.
10. A dispensing assembly, wherein the dispensing assembly is provided with a dispensing element according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the dispensing assembly further comprises:
the distribution pipes correspond to the adapter pipes one to one, the cross sections of the distribution pipes are third rectangles, and the length-width ratio of the third rectangles is gradually increased in the discharging direction;
the material inlet end of the material outlet pipe is sequentially arranged and matched with the material outlet end of the distribution pipe; accordingly, the cross section of the outlet pipe is a fourth rectangle having an aspect ratio of not less than 8.
11. The dispensing assembly of claim 10, wherein the dispensing tube is provided with a second adjustable baffle, and the flow direction of the seed cotton is adjusted by changing an included angle between the second adjustable baffle and the longitudinal direction of the dispensing tube;
and a second air supply opening with adjustable opening degree is formed in the distribution pipe shell plate corresponding to the short side of the third rectangle.
12. The dispensing assembly of claim 10, wherein the adapter tube comprises at least one of a flower outlet bend and a connecting bend at the side of the dispensing tube for guiding seed cotton to discharge onto the panel corresponding to the long side of the third rectangle.
