the gloves 14110 are put into a dialysis paper bag and sealed in a heat sealing way, and the schematic diagram of the dialysis paper bag is shown in figure 6;
placing the suture needle wire 1470 in the cutting sleeve and folding;
placing the drainage catheter 1410, the guide wire 1420, the drainage irrigator 1430, the puncture trocar 1440, the positioner 1450, the scalpel 1460, the suture needle wire 1470, the adhesive tape 1480, the gauze lamination 1490, the pad 14100, the gloves 14110 and the forceps 14120 in a clamping position of the inner positioning disc, covering the outer positioning disc on the inner positioning disc, and sealing the outer positioning disc by using a Tyvek cover material 1059B; the inner positioning plate and the outer positioning plate are composite films made of PET/PETG, and tyvek 1059B is a Tyvek cover material. The positioning plate is schematically shown in figures 1 and 2;
sterilizing and resolving, and then putting the positioning plate with the product into a middle packaging box;
packaging each 30 packages in a transport packaging box, and placing 6 boxes in each layer for a total of five layers; the transport package is schematically shown in FIG. 5. The transport package box is generally made of corrugated paper boxes, and has good cost and transport performance.
The packaging device of the pleuroperitoneal cavity puncture drainage system comprises the following components in the opening and using process:
opening the package and tearing off the Tyvek cover material. Turning over the positioning plate, enabling the surface with the Tyvek cover material to face downwards, and removing the outer positioning plate;
removing and wearing the glove 14110;
aligning the operating window of the drape 14100 to the affected area;
puncturing the expected puncture site with the positioner 1450, slowly pulling the core rod, and observing whether the effusion is drawn out, thereby confirming the puncture site;
the puncture site cortex is opened by the scalpel 1460, and the puncture trocar 1440 is placed;
pouring heparinized normal saline into the coil pipe, taking out the guide wire 1420 after being fully soaked in the saline, placing the guide wire 1420 into a drainage position in the pleuroperitoneal cavity along the needle tube of the puncture trocar 1440, and withdrawing the puncture needle and the trocar in sequence carefully;
the drainage catheter 1410 is inserted over the guidewire and slowly advanced to the tapping position. Completely withdrawing the guidewire, securing the drainage catheter to the patient's epidermis with the suture 1470 and assisting in the securement with the tape 1480;
the tapping flusher 1430 is connected to the drainage catheter 1410 with a tight interface. And (4) controlling the flow rate by the adjusted catheter adjuster, and performing drainage.
During the above procedure, the gauze pack 1490 can be grasped by the forceps 14120 at any time to draw the body fluid of the patient to keep the affected part dry.
The embodiments of the present invention are disclosed as the preferred embodiments, but not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can easily understand the spirit of the present invention and make various extensions and changes without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. Pleuroperitoneal cavity puncture drainage system packing plant, packing plant include puncture drainage packing positioning disk (1000), its characterized in that:
the puncture drainage packaging positioning disc (1000) comprises an outer positioning disc (1100), an inner positioning disc (1200) and a Tyvek cover material (1300) which are arranged in sequence and used for positioning and packaging a thoracoabdominal cavity puncture drainage tool (1400);
the outer positioning plate (1100) covers the inner positioning plate (1200) and is sealed through a Tyvek cover material (1300);
the inner positioning plate (1200) is provided with a joint positioning structure (1210) of the pleuroperitoneal cavity puncture drainage tool (1400);
the Tyvek cover material (1300) is tightly sealed and pressed with the outer positioning disc (1100) and the inner positioning disc (1200) and is used for a sterilizer to puncture for sterilization;
the packaging device further comprises a middle packaging box (2000);
the middle packaging box (2000) is made of white cardboard and is used for a puncture drainage packaging positioning plate (1000) after the secondary packaging sterilization instrument is sterilized.
2. The packaging device of claim 1, wherein: the outer positioning plate (1100) and the inner positioning plate (1200) are made of composite films made of PET/PETG.
3. The packaging device of claim 2, wherein: the outer positioning plate (1100) is provided with a fitting positioning structure matched with the fitting positioning structure (1210) of the inner positioning plate (1200).
4. A packaging device as recited in claim 3, wherein: the packaging pleuroperitoneal cavity puncture drainage tool (1400) comprises a drainage catheter (1410), a guide wire (1420), a drainage flusher (1430), a puncture trocar (1440), a positioner (1450), a scalpel (1460), a suture needle line (1470), an adhesive tape (1480), a gauze lamination (1490), a cushion sheet (14100), gloves (14110) and forceps (14120).
5. The packaging device of claim 4, wherein: the drainage catheter (1410), the puncture trocar (1440) and the guide wire (1420) are placed in the coil pipe (1500) and then placed in the attaching and positioning structure (1210);
when the guide wire (1420) is taken out, heparinized normal saline is poured into the tube of the plate (1500), the guide wire (1420) is taken out from the coil after being fully soaked, the guide wire is placed into a liquid discharging position in the pleuroperitoneal cavity along the needle tube of the puncture trocar, and then the puncture needle and the trocar are withdrawn in sequence carefully.
6. The packaging device of claim 5, wherein: the coil pipe (1500) is made of medical polypropylene, and is in the shape of a hollow long pipe coiled by three to four circles along the same circle center, and the circles are fixed through glue or welding or clips.
7. The packaging device of claim 4, wherein: the gauze lamination (1490), the pad sheet (14100) and the gloves (14110) are respectively placed into a dialysis paper bag (1600) for packaging.
8. The packaging device of claim 4, wherein: the suture needle line (1470) is arranged in the protective sleeve (1600).
9. The packaging device of claim 2, wherein: the middle packing box (2000) is formed by 10-30 packages into a transport packing box (3000), and each layer of the transport packing box (3000) is placed with 2-6 layers of the middle packing box (2000).
10. A packaging device according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that: and a fixing clamp is arranged at the position of the attaching and positioning structure (1210) of the inner positioning plate (1200) corresponding to the packaging pleuroperitoneal cavity puncture drainage appliance (1400).
