The lower side of the positive pressure plate is provided with a positive pressure elastic sheet, the middle of the positive pressure elastic sheet is connected with the positive pressure plate in a vertically sliding fit manner through a guide square block, two ends of the positive pressure elastic sheet are respectively installed on the lower side of the positive pressure plate in a sliding manner through a first installation guide block, and two ends of the positive pressure elastic sheet are respectively hinged with two first installation guide blocks; the lower sides of the two side pressure plates are respectively provided with a side pressure elastic sheet, one end of each side pressure elastic sheet is fixedly arranged on the lower side surface of one end of each side pressure plate, the other end of each side pressure elastic sheet is respectively arranged on the lower side surfaces of the two side pressure plates in a sliding mode through a second installation guide block, and the two side pressure elastic sheets are hinged to the two second installation guide blocks.
The outer ends of the two side pressure plates are symmetrically provided with two pressing and cutting mechanisms, the installation swing rod is installed on the rear side of the positive pressure plate in a swinging mode, the two ends of the installation swing rod are symmetrically provided with two dragging and pressing mechanisms, and the two dragging and pressing mechanisms and the two pressing and cutting mechanisms are distributed in an inner-outer staggered mode.

The pressing and cutting mechanism and the dragging and pressing mechanism are completely the same in structure, a transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate is provided with a cutting groove, and the upper pressing plate is provided with a cutting blade matched with the cutting groove.
The pressing anti-drop mechanism is completely the same as the dragging and pressing mechanism.
As a further improvement of the technology, the installation rod is provided with an adhesive tape installation rod, and the adhesive tape is detachably installed on the adhesive tape installation rod.

The middle of the positive pressure elastic sheet 16 is slidably mounted on the lower side of the positive pressure plate 11 through the guide block 45, and the sliding fit between the guide block 45 and the positive pressure plate 11 can ensure that when the adhesive tape 14 is stuck, the center of the positive pressure elastic sheet 16 is always positioned on the positive lower side of the positive pressure plate 11 and the expansion amplitude of the two sides of the positive pressure elastic sheet 16 is equal in the process that the positive pressure elastic sheet 16 for pressing the adhesive tape 14 is expanded towards the two sides relative to the positive pressure plate 11 under the upward thrust of the carton 5.

In the invention, the two cutting mechanisms 10 arranged on the two side pressing plates 8 and the mounting rod 13 for mounting the adhesive tape 14 also move downwards and swing along with the downward movement and the downward swinging of the two side pressing plates 8; when the positive pressure plate 11 moves downwards, the positive pressure plate 11 can drive the swing mounting rod 13 to move downwards, the swing mounting rod 13 moves downwards to swing two dragging and pressing mechanisms 9 arranged on the swing mounting rod 13 to move downwards, meanwhile, the positive pressure plate 11 moves downwards to drive the mounting slide block 38 arranged on the swing mounting rod to move downwards, the mounting slide block 38 drives the mounting slide rod 41 to move downwards, the mounting rod 13 moves downwards to drive the pressing and anti-falling mechanism 12 to move downwards, namely, in the process that the lifting mounting rod 2 drives the packaging mechanism 4 to move downwards, the pressing and cutting mechanism 10, the dragging mechanism and the pressing and anti-falling mechanism 12 which have the clamping and connecting effects with the adhesive tape 14 move downwards together, and the normal adhesion of the adhesive tape 14 cannot be influenced; in the process that the positive pressure elastic piece 16 is expanded towards two sides under force, the connecting sliding block 39 matched with the positive pressure elastic piece 16 through the trapezoid guide block and the trapezoid guide groove can slide on the positive pressure elastic piece 16 along with the expansion of the positive pressure elastic piece 16 to adapt to the expansion of the positive pressure elastic piece 16, the mounting sliding rod 41 slides up and down on the mounting sliding block 38 in the process, and the third spring 42 stretches and contracts to adapt to the expansion of the positive pressure elastic piece 16.

The second spring 37 functions to provide a restoring force to the mounting slider 38.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, one of the two side pressing plates 8 is fixedly provided with a mounting rod 13, the adhesive tape 14 is detachably mounted on the mounting rod 13, and a plurality of sensors are uniformly mounted between the mounting sleeve of the adhesive tape 14 and the mounting rod 13 in the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the dragging and pressing mechanism 9 includes a pressing bottom plate 20, a pneumatic push rod 21, an upper pressing plate 22, a first spring 23, and a pressing push plate 24, wherein as shown in fig. 9, the pressing bottom plate 20 is L-shaped, an installation groove 27 is formed in a vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, and a through guide sliding groove 53 is formed in the upper side of the installation groove 27; the upper pressing plate is L-shaped, the upper end surface of the transverse plate of the upper pressing plate is provided with a triggering gap 30, the transverse plate of the upper pressing plate is slidably arranged on the pressing bottom plate 20 through close sliding fit with the guide sliding groove 53, and the width of the triggering gap 30 is equal to that of the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20; a pneumatic push rod 21 is arranged between the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20 and the vertical plate of the tightening pressing plate, and one end of the pneumatic push rod 21 connected with the vertical plate of the tightening pressing plate is slidably arranged on the vertical plate of the tightening pressing plate; the pressing push plate 24 is slidably mounted in the mounting groove 27, as shown in fig. 8, a first spring 23 is mounted between the pressing push plate 24 and the inner end surface of the mounting groove 27, and the first spring 23 is a compression spring and has pre-pressure.
In the invention, the control pneumatic push rod 21 can drive the tightening press plate to slide along the guide sliding groove 53 relative to the pressing bottom plate 20 under the matching of the first guide slide block 25 and the first guide sliding groove 32, if the adhesive tape 14 is positioned on the transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, when the transverse plate of the tightening press plate slides along the sliding groove, the tightening press plate can gradually move to the transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, so that the adhesive tape 14 is positioned between the tightening press plate and the pressing bottom plate 20, in the moving process, after the triggering gap 30 on the tightening press plate moves to be matched with the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, the avoiding guide groove 31 on the pressing slide plate just moves to the position matched with the first guide slide block 25, at this time, under the action of the first spring 23, the pressing push plate 24 can push the tightening press plate, so that the triggering gap 30 of the tightening press plate is clamped on the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, and the transverse plate of the tightening press plate is tightly attached to the transverse plate 20, compressing the tape 14. According to the invention, the pneumatic push rod 21 is slidably mounted on the vertical plate of the upper tightening press plate through the matching of the third guide sliding groove 29 and the third guide sliding block 33, so that the design can ensure that when the transverse plate on the upper tightening press plate is tightly attached to the transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20 under the action of the first spring 23, the pneumatic push rod 21 cannot influence the vertical sliding of the tightening press plate.

As shown in fig. 11, the pressing and cutting mechanism 10 is identical to the pulling and pressing mechanism 9 in structure except that a cutting groove 34 is formed in a transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, and a cutting blade 36 matched with the cutting groove 34 is mounted on the upper pressing plate. In the invention, when the pneumatic push rod 21 in the controlled press-cutting mechanism 10 drives the upper pressing plate to slide along the guide sliding groove 53 relative to the pressing base plate 20 under the matching of the first guide slide block 25 and the first guide sliding groove 32, the cutting blade 36 arranged on the upper pressing plate is matched with the cutting groove 34 on the pressing base plate 20 to cut the adhesive tape 14 between the pressing base plate 20 and the upper pressing plate, and the blade 35 on the cutting blade 36 is used for facilitating the cutting of the adhesive tape 14; after the trigger gap 30 on the upper pressing plate moves to be matched with the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, under the action of the first spring 23, the pressing push plate 24 can push the upper pressing plate, so that the trigger gap 30 of the upper pressing plate is clamped on the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, the transverse plate of the upper pressing plate is attached to the transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, the cutting blade 36 is completely matched with the cutting blade, and the adhesive tape 14 is completely cut off.
The cutting directions of the two pressing and cutting mechanisms 10 designed by the invention are both directions close to the pulling and pressing mechanism 9 at the corresponding side.
The pressing anti-dropping mechanism 12 is identical to the dragging and pressing mechanism 9.
According to the invention, when the adhesive tape 14 is adhered, the sensor on the mounting rod 13 receives a stress signal under the stress of the adhesive tape 14, after the adhesive tape 14 is used, the stress signal of the sensor on the mounting rod 13 disappears, the sensor transmits the stress disappeared signal to the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12, after the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12 receives the signal, the pneumatic push rod 21 in the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12 can quickly push the upper pressing plate 22 to enable the trigger notch 30 on the upper pressing plate to move to be matched with the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, and under the action of the first spring 23, the horizontal plate of the upper pressing plate is tightly attached to the horizontal plate of the pressing bottom plate 20 to press the adhesive tape 14; at this time, when the installation swing rod 17 continues to drive the two dragging and pressing mechanisms 9 to swing, the pressing anti-dropping mechanism 12 drives the installation slide block 38 to slide on the positive pressure plate 11 through the installation slide rod 41, and the second spring 37 is compressed; after the swing of the installation swing link 17 is completed, the section of adhesive tape 14 is adhered to the carton 5, so that waste of the remaining adhesive tape 14 which is not used for one time can be prevented, the adhesive tape 14 for which the pressing anti-dropping mechanism 12 aims needs to have a certain length, and if the length is too short, the second spring 37 cannot be used due to insufficient compression amount.

As shown in fig. 6, two ends of the mounting swing link 17 are provided with two mounting supports 19 for mounting two dragging and pressing mechanisms 9, and the pressing bottom plates 20 of the two dragging and pressing mechanisms 9 are fixedly mounted on the two mounting supports 19.

As shown in fig. 9, a third guide sliding groove 29 is formed in the vertical plate of the tightening plate, a third guide sliding block 33 is fixedly mounted at one end of the pneumatic push rod 21, and one end of the pneumatic push rod 21 is mounted on the vertical plate of the tightening plate through the sliding fit of the third guide sliding block 33 and the third guide sliding groove 29.

As shown in fig. 16, the positive pressure plate 11 has a guiding square hole 50 matching with the guiding square 45.
As shown in fig. 16, two second mounting guide grooves 51 for slidably mounting the two first mounting guide blocks 46 are symmetrically formed on the lower side of the positive pressure plate 11, and one first mounting guide groove 49 for slidably mounting the corresponding second mounting guide block 48 is formed on the lower side of each of the two side pressure plates 8.
The packaging equipment designed by the invention is suitable for the carton 5 with the upper end surface symmetrically folded in half.
In the normal sticking process, after the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12 is in contact with the carton 5, the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12 can support the adhesive tape 14 nearby, so that the pressing of the adhesive tape 14 is influenced to a certain extent, the volume of the pressing anti-falling mechanism 12 is reduced as much as possible when the pressing anti-falling mechanism is designed, and the influence of the pressing anti-falling mechanism on the adhesive tape 14 is reduced.
The specific working process is as follows: when the device designed by the invention is used, before the device is used, firstly, the adhesive tape 14 is installed on the adhesive tape installing rod 18, then, the adhesive tape 14 is manually pulled out and placed on the dragging and pressing mechanism 9 close to one side of the adhesive tape 14, so that the adhesive tape 14 is positioned on the pressing bottom plate 20 of the dragging and pressing mechanism 9, then, the corresponding pneumatic push rod 21 is controlled to drive the upper pressing plate of the dragging and pressing mechanism 9 to slide along the guide sliding groove 53 relative to the pressing bottom plate 20 under the matching of the first guide sliding block 25 and the first guide sliding groove 32, when the transverse plate of the upper pressing plate slides along the sliding groove, the upper pressing plate gradually moves to the transverse plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, so that the adhesive tape 14 is positioned between the upper pressing plate and the pressing bottom plate 20, and in the moving process, after the trigger notch 30 on the upper pressing plate moves to be matched with the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, the avoiding guide groove 31 on the pressing sliding plate just moves to be matched with the first guide sliding block 25, at this time, under the action of the first spring 23, the pressing push plate 24 will push the upper pressing plate, so that the triggering gap 30 of the upper pressing plate is clamped on the vertical plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, and the horizontal plate of the upper pressing plate is tightly attached to the horizontal plate of the pressing bottom plate 20, thereby pressing the adhesive tape 14. After the operation is finished, the electric push rod 1 controls the packaging mechanism 4 to move upwards and restore to the initial state, the two pressing and cutting mechanisms 10 are controlled to be opened, the pulling end of the adhesive tape 14 is pressed by the pulling and pressing mechanism 9 close to the adhesive tape 14, and the adhesive tape is not required to be pulled out manually and clamped when being used next time.
In the invention, the installation swing rod 17, the electric push rod 1 and each pneumatic push rod 21 are respectively provided with a sensing piece, and the swing of the installation swing rod 17 and the work of the electric push rod 1 and the pneumatic push rod 21 are controlled to operate the installation swing rod 17 and the electric push rod 1 after receiving sensing signals of the sensing pieces.
