As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a wet film laminating machine 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. Specifically, the wet film laminator 10 includes an unwinding roll 20, a coating mechanism 30, a laminating mechanism 40, and a winding roll 50, which are sequentially disposed, and the film 11 flows from one end of the unwinding roll 20 to the winding roll 50. The winding roller 50 is connected with a speed change structure 60, and the speed change structure 60 comprises a motor 61, a worm 62 and a worm wheel 63; the worm 62 is disposed on the transmission shaft 611 of the motor 61, and the worm wheel 63 is coaxially disposed at the end of the wind-up roll 50. And the gear of the worm wheel 63 is clamped with the gear of the worm, so that when the motor 61 operates, the worm 62 rotates along with the transmission shaft, the worm wheel 63 is driven to rotate, and the winding roller 50 coaxially rotates along with the worm wheel 63.
According to the wet film laminating machine 10 provided by the invention, the rotating speed of the motor 61 is switched by controlling the operating power of the motor, so that the winding speed of the winding roller 50 is controlled, and when the wet film laminating machine 10 provided by the invention is used for laminating different types of film materials, the rotating speed of the winding roller 50 is changed to aim at different tensions caused by different materials during the laminating process of the different film materials, so that the problem that the film 11 is torn or the winding efficiency is low due to the mismatch between the tension of the film 11 and the winding speed is solved, and the wet film laminating machine 10 can be widely applied to the laminating of the films made of multiple materials.
It will be appreciated that the film 11 is fully bonded to the other materials 12 by applying a drying process after the lamination process has been performed and the lamination process has been performed after the lamination process has been performed. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the right end of the composite mechanism 40 is provided with a drying mechanism 70, specifically, the drying mechanism 70 is an oven, the left and right sides of the oven are provided with openings for circulating the film 11, which are respectively an inlet and an outlet (not shown), the inlet and the outlet are kept in the same horizontal line with the film 11, and the edges of the inlet and the outlet leave a gap with the film 11, so as to avoid the film 11 from being torn due to hanging on the film 11.
Further, a plurality of drying guns 71 are arranged in the drying mechanism 70 at equal intervals from left to right, and the drying guns 71 are symmetrically arranged at the upper and lower ends of the film 11. So that in the drying process, the upper surface and the lower surface of the film 11 are uniformly heated, and the hot melting effect is optimized.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation power of the drying gun 71 is sequentially decreased from left to right, so that the temperature at the outlet end of the drying mechanism 70 is lower than the temperature at the inlet end, and the film 11 can be cooled and solidified faster after coming out of the drying mechanism 70, thereby saving the electric power cost and reducing the cooling period of the film 11 while ensuring the hot melting effect.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a thermal insulation material, specifically, a layer of tinfoil paper, is attached to an inner wall of the oven to achieve the purpose of saving heat in the oven.
In the present embodiment, the composite mechanism 40 includes a first conveying roller 41, a second conveying roller 42, and a pressing assembly 43; the first transmission roller 41 and the second transmission roller 42 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the film, the pressing assembly 43 comprises a tension adjusting rod 431, a pressing belt 432 and two bearings 433, inner rings 4331 of the two bearings 433 are respectively sleeved at the ends of the first transmission roller 41 and the second transmission roller 42, the pressing belt 432 is wound on an outer ring 4332 of the two bearings 433, and the tension adjusting rod 431 is abutted against the pressing belt 432 and can apply transverse acting force to the pressing belt 432.
The first conveying roller 41 and the second conveying roller 42 are horizontally fixed to the frame of the wet laminating machine 10, and when the tension adjusting rod 431 is moved in the vertical direction to move in the horizontal direction, the pressing belt 432 is tensioned or loosened by a force applied thereto, so that the first conveying roller 41 and the second conveying roller 42 are correspondingly pressed or loosened. The purpose of adjusting the pressure of the compound mechanism 40 against the film 11 arranged between the first transfer roller 41 and the second transfer roller 42 is thus achieved. The wet film laminating machine 10 can not only adjust the winding rate with the change of the film material, but also adjust the pressing force in the laminating process through the laminating mechanism 40.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing belt 432 is made of a rubber belt, and by using the rubber belt, the pressing belt 432 has good durability and a large deformation control area, which facilitates control and adjustment of the pressing force.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coating mechanism 30 includes a coating roller 31, a press roller 32, and a coating tank 33, the press roller 32 and the coating roller 31 are symmetrically disposed at the upper and lower ends of the film 11, the coating roller 31 is partially immersed in the coating tank 33, the press roller 32 presses the upper end of the film 11 so that the film 11 is always in contact with the coating roller 31 and the lower end of the coating roller is immersed in the coating tank 33 when the coating roller 31 moves with the film 11, so that the coating roller can always adhere to the coating material to perform a coating process on the film.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, a layer of isolation film 331 is laid on the upper surface of the coating tank 33, and the isolation film 331 is disposed on the left side of the coating roller 31, so as to prevent the coating roller 31 from being contaminated by the coating and then throwing the coating out of the coating tank 33 during the rotation process, thereby avoiding the contamination caused by the throwing.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a control system for controlling the wet film laminator 10. Specifically, the system comprises a variable frequency control module and a heat treatment control module. Wherein:
the frequency conversion control module is used for controlling the rotating speed of the motor. To select different rotation speeds for different film materials.
The heat treatment module is used for controlling the output power of the drying gun so as to control and adjust the current optimal drying temperature.
In summary, the wet-type film laminating machine 10 provided by the present invention overcomes the problem that the film 11 is torn or the winding efficiency is low when the tension of the film 11 is not matched with the winding speed by changing the rotation speed of the winding roller 50 to solve the problem that the tension of different film materials is different due to different materials during the laminating process; the operation power of the drying gun 71 of the drying mechanism 70 is sequentially decreased from left to right, so that the film 11 can be cooled and solidified more quickly after coming out of the drying mechanism 70; the cooling efficiency is optimized; the pressing force can be adjusted through the tension adjusting rod 431 by the arranged composite mechanism 40; compared with the prior art, the wet film laminating machine 10 can be compatible with various types of film materials for laminating processing. The applicability of the film wet laminating machine 10 is improved.
