the lower part of the air cylinder (4) extends into the bottle body (1), the middle part of a rod body of the air cylinder (4) is provided with a seat body (41), the seat body (41) is in sealing fit with a bottle opening of the bottle body (1), the bottom end of the air cylinder (4) is provided with an air hole (42), and a one-way air outlet valve is arranged at the air hole; the bottle cap (2) is covered on the base body (41), a socket (21) is formed in the bottle cap (2), the spray pipe (3) is inserted into the inflator (4) through the socket (21), a water inlet hole (31) is formed in the side wall of the bottom end of the spray pipe (3), the bottom end of the spray pipe (3) is connected with the piston (5), a one-way air inlet structure is formed in the piston (5), the piston (5) moves in the inflator (4) along with the spray pipe (3), the water inlet hole (31) is located above the piston (5), a water spray hole (32) is formed in the top end of the spray pipe (3), and a water outlet channel (33) communicated with the water spray hole (32) and the water inlet hole (31) is formed in the spray pipe (3);
a cavity (22) is formed between the bottle cap (2) and the base body (41) and used for accommodating the pressure reducing valve assembly (7), the pressure reducing valve assembly (7) comprises a valve rod (71), a shunt valve (72) and a driving part (73), the shunt valve (72) is provided with a water inlet connector (721) and a water outlet connector (722), the base body (41) is provided with an insertion hole (43), the water inlet connector (721) is inserted into the insertion hole (43) and then connected with the water inlet hose (6), the water inlet hose (6) is suspended in the bottle body (1), the outer wall of the top end of the inflator (4) is provided with a through hole (44), the water outlet connector (722) is connected to the through hole (44), and when the spray pipe (3) is lifted to the top end of the inflator (4), the water inlet hole (31), the through hole (44) and the water outlet connector (722) are communicated; the stem of the valve stem (71) is arranged in the shunt valve (72), the tail end of the valve stem (71) is sealed between the water inlet connector (721) and the water outlet connector (722), the head end of the valve stem (71) extends out of the shunt valve (72) and is abutted against the driving piece (73), the driving piece (73) drives the valve stem (71) to elastically stretch in the shunt valve (72), and after the valve stem (71) stretches and moves, the tail end of the valve stem (721) enables the water outlet connector (722) to be communicated with the water inlet connector (721) and is cut off.

The feminine wash bottle of claim 1, wherein: the air cylinder (4) is connected with an air plug (45) covering the air hole (42) at a position corresponding to the air hole (42), the air plug (45) is made of a deformation material, an air outlet channel (46) is arranged between the opposite surfaces of the air hole (42) and the air plug (45), the air plug (45) forms a warping edge (47) at the outer edge of the opposite surface, and the warping edge (47) is in sealing butt joint with the bottom end face of the air cylinder (4).
