Abstract
The invention discloses a hook connection type pierceable room wall occluder system conveyed by a catheter, which comprises an occluder and a conveying device for conveying the occluder, wherein the occluder comprises a left atrium side disk and a right atrium side disk, the left atrium side disk and the right atrium side disk are connected through a connecting waist, the centers of the left atrium side disk and the right atrium side disk are provided with a pore canal in a penetrating way, and the end surface of the right atrium side disk is provided with a plurality of connecting pieces around the pore canal; the conveying device comprises a conveying sheath and a conveying cable movably arranged in the conveying sheath, one end of the conveying cable can extend out of one end of the conveying sheath and is connected with a plurality of conveying connecting parts, the conveying connecting parts and the connecting pieces are detachably connected, and the conveying connecting parts are connected with the connecting pieces during conveying. The invention has reliable connection and accurate release, can safely and effectively block the defect part, simultaneously reserves the ventricular septal puncture area and reserves a space for possible atrial septal puncture operation in future needs.

Background
With the development of aging population and the high incidence of diseases such as hypertension, valvular disease and the like, patients suffering from atrial fibrillation increase day by day, interventional therapy of atrial fibrillation requires puncturing atrial septa regardless of left atrial appendage occlusion and pulmonary vein isolation therapy, a considerable part of patients with atrial defect have been subjected to operations such as atrial septal defect occlusion or patent foramen ovale occlusion, and the current clinical common occluder is of a central rivet type, for the patients, because the atrial septal has a dense metal net, a fixed steel ring and a connecting rivet are arranged in the center of the occluder, for the atrial septal into which the occluder is implanted, atrial septal puncturing operation is difficult to be carried out, and if the atrial septal puncturing is unsuccessful, operations such as walking pulmonary vein isolation, left atrial appendage occlusion and the like cannot be carried out, so that for the patients implanted with the atrial septal site occluder to smoothly carry out atrial septal puncturing, a new atrial septal occluder is needed.

The invention provides a hook connection type puncturable trans-catheter delivered room wall occluder system which is complete in occlusion, reliable in connection, accurate in release, capable of safely and effectively occluding defective parts, and meanwhile reserving a ventricular septal puncture area to reserve a space for possible atrial septal puncture operation in future.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a hook-connected type pierceable transcatheter conveying room wall occluder system comprises an occluder and a conveying device used for conveying the occluder, wherein the occluder comprises a left atrial side disk and a right atrial side disk, the left atrial side disk and the right atrial side disk are connected through a connecting waist, a hole channel is arranged in the center of the left atrial side disk and the center of the right atrial side disk in a penetrating mode, and a plurality of connecting pieces are arranged on the end face of the right atrial side disk around the hole channel;
the conveying device comprises a conveying sheath and a conveying cable movably arranged in the conveying sheath, one end of the conveying cable can extend out of one end of the conveying sheath and is connected with a plurality of conveying connecting parts, the conveying connecting parts and the connecting pieces are detachably connected, and the conveying connecting parts are connected with the connecting pieces during conveying.
Preferably, the left atrial side disk, the right atrial side disk and the connecting waist portion are formed by integrally weaving nickel-titanium alloy wires.
Preferably, the central parts of the end surfaces of the left atrial side disk and the right atrial side disk are provided with concave areas.
Preferably, the connector is disposed along an edge of the recessed area.
Preferably, the diameter of the left atrial side disk is larger than the diameter of the right atrial side disk.
Preferably, the connecting piece is a hook-shaped piece, the corresponding conveying connecting part is in a lantern ring shape, and the conveying connecting part is hooked and connected with the connecting piece during conveying.
Preferably, a plurality of barrier membranes are arranged in the occluder, and the edges of the barrier membranes are firmly sewed at the periphery of the occluder through sutures.

(1) the atrial septal plugging device is structurally innovative, the atrial septal plugging device can be used for completely plugging the atrial septal by adopting the left atrial side disk and the right atrial side disk, the connection is reliable, the release is accurate, the defect part can be safely and effectively plugged, a brand-new conveying structure is adopted, the center of the plugging device is reserved by utilizing the detachable connection of the conveying connecting part and the connecting part, a pore channel is arranged in the center of the plugging device, a space is reserved for the subsequent puncture, the device is particularly suitable for interventional plugging of congenital heart disease atrial septal defects or patent foramen ovale, the atrial septal puncture space is reserved by the special structure of the plugging device, and a patient can still normally perform interventional operation treatment on the punctured atrial septal if needing to be treated, and is not influenced;
(2) by using a 'hook-sleeve' connection mode, the conveying cable adopts a 'hook-sleeve' connection mode matched with a conveying mode of the plugging device structure, the novel plugging device can be firmly connected, and the plugging device can be reliably released after the release position is stable;

s2, inserting a stiffened guide wire into the conveying device 7 to be used as an inner core, and conveying the conveying sheath 71 to the left atrium along the track established by the right atrium of the inferior vena cava, the interatrial septum, the left atrium and the pulmonary vein by the conveying device 7 to withdraw from the inner core.
S3: pushing the conveying cable 73 to release the left atrial side disk 2 of the occluder into the left atrium, pulling back the occluder until the left atrial side disk 2 is tightly attached to the atrial septum, and withdrawing the conveying sheath 71 to release the right atrial side disk 1 of the occluder;
s4: and performing a drawing test, and completely releasing the conveying connecting part 72 after the plugging is determined to be completely firm, so that the connecting part 5 on the plugging device is completely unhooked from the conveying connecting part 72 of the conveying cable 73, and the plugging device is released.
