The two ends of the special-shaped inner chain plate 41 in the direction of the central lines of the two pin holes are both planes, the distance from the pin hole of the special-shaped inner chain plate 41 to the adjacent end face is half of the center distance of the two pin holes, the distance from the pin hole of the special-shaped inner chain plate 41 to one side face is smaller than the distance to the other side face and smaller than half of the center distance of the two pin holes, and an arc chamfer with the center on the central lines of the two pin holes is arranged between the side face with the small distance from the pin hole and the adjacent end face on the special-shaped inner chain plate 41; the distance from the pin hole of the special-shaped outer chain plate 42 to the adjacent end face is smaller than half of the center distance of the two pin holes, the distance from the pin hole of the special-shaped outer chain plate 42 to the two side faces is the same as that of the special-shaped inner chain plate 41, a hook-shaped bulge with the opening direction consistent with the direction of the center lines of the two pin holes is arranged on the side face, which is far away from the pin hole, of the special-shaped outer chain plate 42, and the special-shaped inner chain plate 41 and the special-shaped outer chain plate 42 can be bent unidirectionally only towards one side, which is not provided with.
As shown in fig. 4, the profiled drive chain 4 penetrates into the bed tail drive sprocket box 117 through the upper surface of the lower chain rail 115 or the bed head drive sprocket box 112 through the upper surface of the upper chain rail 116, and the hook-shaped protrusion on the profiled outer link plate 42 faces upward and the opening faces toward the sprocket box 1121 at the outer end of the rail when the profiled drive chain 4 is on the rail; after passing through the sprocket box 1121, the special-shaped drive chain 4 is turned to be in a vertical downward direction, as shown in an enlarged view in fig. 2, the special-shaped outer chain plate 42 at the head of the special-shaped drive chain 4 is hinged to the bottom of the chain support pillar 211, and simultaneously, the hook-shaped protrusion on the special-shaped outer chain plate 42 is meshed with the upper barb convex plate 2111 at the bottom of the chain support pillar 211, and meanwhile, the lower end face of the special-shaped inner chain plate 41 at the head of the special-shaped drive chain 4 is contacted and abutted to the bottom of the chain support pillar 211; the profiled drive chains 4 are all in contact with each other and against each other at the vertical section from the head to the sprocket box 1121, and the hook-shaped protrusions on all the profiled outer link plates 42 are engaged with the upper barb convex plates 2111 on the chain supporting columns 211, which makes the profiled drive chain 4 below the sprocket box 1121 a stand column which can resist pressure and prevent toppling, so that when the drive shaft sprocket 11211 rotates towards the outside of the lifting bed 1, the lifting bed 1 can be driven to lift upwards by the mutual supporting force of the profiled inner link plates 41 below the sprocket box 1121.
As shown in an enlarged view F3 in FIG. 4, the sprocket box 1121 of the bedside drive sprocket box 112 or the sprocket box 117 of the bedside drive sprocket box 117 extends into the cavity of the adjacent chain support guide post 21, and the sprocket box guide plates 11215 on the outer side surfaces of the small ends of the two sprocket box side plates 11213 of the sprocket box 1121 are respectively connected with the two inner side walls of the cavity of the guide post 212 on the deeper side of the opening, so that the lifting bed 1 can be lifted smoothly due to the guiding action of the guide post 212.
The specific implementation process of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, when the room is used as a bedroom, the lifting bed 1 is on the ground, the bookcase 31 with the desk is hidden in the abdomen of the lifting bed 1, the opening of the cabinet 312 faces the ground, the open surface of the bookcase 3111 faces the cabinet 312, and the folding desk 315 is attached to and locked on the cabinet 312 in a folded state. When the folding bedside backrest 12 is laid flat and the four driving shaft sprockets 11211 are simultaneously driven by the two driving gear motors 114 to rotate toward the outside of the lifting bed 1, the four driving shaft sprockets 11211 simultaneously drive the four profiled driving chains 4 to jack up the lifting bed 1 to move upward, and when the lifting bed 1 is raised to a height allowing people to freely pass through, the space originally occupied by the bed in the room is completely emptied. Further, when the electric push rod 326 extends outwards, the six-rod folding and unfolding mechanism 32 and the bookcase with desk 31 are driven to unfold downwards, just as from the position d to the position a shown in fig. 10, and the bookcase with desk 31 is in the vertical position and the opening of the cabinet body 312 faces the bed tail. Further, as shown in fig. 8, the leg blocking rods 3153 are respectively pulled open to both sides, the narrow legs 3154 and the wide legs 3155 are sequentially unfolded, then the locking plates 3159 on both sides of the desk body 3151 are pulled outwards and rotated to separate the locking plates 3159 from the desk hanging pins 314 on both sides of the cabinet 312, at this time, the folding desk 315 is turned over, the top surface of the folding desk 315 is flush with the upper surface of the bottom plate of the cabinet 312, the narrow legs 3154 and the wide legs 3155 are also firmly contacted with the ground, and finally, the two bookshelf bodies 3111 are rotated to make the open surfaces of the two bookshelf bodies 3111 face the outside of the cabinet 312. To this end, the bookcase and desk arrangement is completed, as shown in fig. 2, and the room is changed from a bedroom to a study. On the contrary, when the utility model is to be used as a bedroom again, the operation steps are opposite to the above, and it is worth noting that when the bookcase 31 with a desk is folded, since the open surface of the bookcase body 3111 rotates to form a closed space in the cabinet body 312, the book in the bookcase body 3111 does not need to be removed, and the bookcase functions really.
