The formed charged fog drops of the group are broken and refined into small fog drops under the action of internal and external pressure difference and air impact force, and the splitting of the fog drops is further intensified due to the repulsion action among the fog drop charges, so that secondary atomization is realized; electrostatic field is formed between the negatively charged fog drops and the target object such as seeds, electric force lines are generated, the fog drops are pushed by the electric field force to move to the target along the electric force line, and the electric force lines are distributed on all parts of the target, so that the fog drops are deposited on all positions of the target, and particularly, the fog drops have the capacity of being adsorbed to the back and hidden parts of the target, and all-round target coverage is realized.
The seed coating technology is a processing technology which adopts a mechanical or manual method and uniformly coats a seed coating agent containing various components such as insecticide, bactericide, compound fertilizer, trace elements, plant growth regulator, slow release agent, film-forming agent and the like on the surface of seeds according to a certain proportion to form a smooth and firm medicinal film. It has the features of comprehensive prevention and cure, low toxicity, high efficiency, saving in pesticide and pesticide, environment friendship and high input-output ratio. Seed coating is listed as an agricultural technical project which is mainly popularized in China.
With the rapid development of seed coating technology, seed coating machines are also in operation and new breakthroughs in technology are continuously generated. The coating machine in China generally has the problems of low coating film forming, uneven coating, high seed breakage rate and the like, but the coating technology of seeds in China and abroad has the problem that the umbilical part of the seeds is difficult to coat.
