本申请实施例公开了一种用户识别方法及相关产品，该方法包括：当需要对目标用户ID进行用户识别时，确定是否存在已识别的N个刷量群体，N个刷量群体是按照群体用户规则分类得到，N个刷量群体中任意一个刷量群体包含的刷量用户ID大于预设数量阈值；若存在，获取目标用户ID的输入特征，输入特征包括用户位置特征、用户APP使用特征、用户设备使用特征和用户点击通过率CTR特征；基于目标用户ID的输入特征识别目标用户ID与N个刷量群体中每个刷量群体的相似度；若N个刷量群体中存在与目标用户ID相似度大于预设相似度阈值的刷量群体，确定目标用户ID为刷量用户ID。本申请实施例可以提高刷量用户的识别准确度。
