The invention not only meets the appearance quality, but also meets the structural strength requirement, and has light weight and convenient installation and operation; the connecting difficult problem of the special-shaped thin-wall aluminum alloy equipment control box body structure can be effectively solved, welding deformation is avoided, the connecting strength among aluminum alloy parts of the box body is improved, the safety and the reliability of a product are improved, the cost is further reduced, and the overall product quality and the box body appearance quality are improved.

2. the components are connected by adopting the blind holes in a screwed mode, so that the appearance quality can be met, but the thin-wall screw hole is shallow in depth, the screwing length of the threads is small, and the strength requirement cannot be met;

And the corner fittings are fixed by spot welding.
And the joint positions are bonded by adopting a plastic aluminum repairing agent.
Blind holes are formed in the positions, where the bolts penetrate, of the side plates, the bottom plate, the top plate, the front plate and the back plate.
The top plate is covered with a cover plate.
