The application AP of the present embodiment may be the same application as the application AP shown in fig. 4, or may actually be separate applications. Among a plurality of hospitals, for example, the medical staff of the hospital HS1 and the hospital HS2 shown in fig. 5, the electronic device held by the hospital can be operated to start the application AP for online meeting or enter a chat room, and relevant medical information such as the medical data MF1 to MFn can be played, shared and discussed online.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a block diagram of an application program with login authority control of the medical image integrated and synchronized playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The medical image integrated synchronous playing system of the embodiment of the invention can also comprise an authority management module AU which can be connected with a plurality of recording devices, application programs or network platforms. As shown in fig. 6, the rights management module AU is applied to the rights management of the application AP of the hospital, and in fact, may also be applied to the rights management of the web platform WE shown in fig. 4 of the hospital.
When a user, for example a medical staff or a manager, opens the application AP (or the web platform WE), the application AP first displays the login interface FS. The user enters login data LG in a blank field of the login interface FS of the application AP, such as personal and public account numbers and passwords of medical staff and managers, or unique identifiers or employee codes of medical staff and managers, etc.
When the right management module AU receives the log-in data LG, the personnel right information is obtained from the right database DT pre-stored by the right management module AU or the right database DT obtained from other databases of the hospital in real time. The authority database DT records login data (e.g., account number) of different medical staff and related personnel authority data such as authority of each medical staff's identity position.
The authority management module AU compares the log-in data LG inputted by the user with the pre-stored authority database DT to determine the authority of the user, and allows the user to perform authorized operations, such as having the authority to view and edit all or part of the medical images recorded by the recording device.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a block diagram illustrating editing of a medical image scheduled by a medical image integrated and synchronized playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the integrated medical image synchronized playback system of the embodiment of the present invention may further include an editing module ED1, which can be applied to the recording device MRE1 of the hospital or other recording devices MRE2 to MREn as shown in fig. 2, or indeed, can be applied to an application program or a network platform.
A user may enter an edit selection request ERQ1 via the electronic device DS1 (e.g., a keyboard of a computer). The editing module ED1 can request ERQ1 according to the editing selection to execute the corresponding editing operation on the medical image MF1 recorded by the recording device MRE1, or the medical image MF1 scheduled by the scheduling device or uploaded by the medical staff to the web platform WE and the application AP shown in fig. 4, so as to generate the medical editing data MFD 1. The medical edit data MFD1 can be located on the web platform WE, the application AP, and can be recorded in the recording device MRE 1.
Alternatively, the editing operation may include an operation of resizing, cropping, marking, annotating, clipping, splitting, merging, screenshot, compressing, removing, backing up, importing, exporting, and setting the owner of the medical image MF1, or any combination thereof, on the medical image MF 1. The marked and annotated content can be used as a keyword to assist medical staff to quickly find needed cases of operations or other specific medical behaviors from a plurality of cases in a case library, and the cases with specific keywords can be classified into special cases.
Alternatively, the annotation may comprise patient information, including a billing number, a medical record number, a name, a sex, an age, a birth date, a source of the patient (such as but not limited to an outpatient service), a hospital name, a department (such as but not limited to a cardiology department), a room (such as but not limited to a general operating room, a complex operating room, etc.), a device, a name of an operation or examination (such as but not limited to a pericardium resection), a physician, a date, etc., which are only illustrative, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Regarding the setting of case permission, the user may set, through the editing module ED1, a medical staff performing a medical action in the medical image MF1, such as a doctor, a nurse, or both, or all or a specific identity of medical staff and managers in a hospital as the owner of the specific medical image MF1, and only the person set as the owner may view and edit the specific medical image MF 1. That is, the medical image MF1 can be set as private or public by the editing module ED1, and the public specific medical image MF1 can be shared for other users to watch and learn.
In fact, the medical image integrated and synchronized playback system of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a space management module for monitoring the storage space status of the recording device, the application program or the web platform. When the space management module determines that the remaining storage space of the recording device, the application program or the web platform is slightly insufficient, for example, the remaining storage space is lower than a first preset proportion (for example, but not limited to 20% of the total storage space), a space shortage message is output to the recording device, the electronic device, the application program or the web platform for display, and medical staff or managers are notified to clear medical images of part of cases or move to other devices to clear more storage spaces.
When the space management module determines that the remaining storage space is too small, for example, the remaining storage space is lower than a second predetermined ratio of the total storage space (the second predetermined ratio is lower than the first predetermined ratio) (for example, but not limited to, 10% of the total storage space), the medical images of the unimportant cases, the long-term cases or the general cases other than the special cases can be automatically cleaned, or automatically moved to other devices for storage, so as to clean more storage spaces.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a block diagram illustrating a medical image integrated and synchronously playing system according to an embodiment of the present invention scheduling a single medical image to a data playing area of a display screen.
As shown in fig. 8, the application, the web platform (and the login application acquiring the right) or the data playback area PL1 in the display screen of the player can play the medical image.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a block diagram illustrating a medical image integration and synchronization playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention arranging a plurality of medical images on a display screen in a combined manner.
Unlike fig. 8, which only has one data playback area PL1, as shown in fig. 9, the display screen of the application, web platform or player of the embodiment of the present invention has two smaller data playback areas PL11 and PL12, which can be used to place two medical images selected by medical staff or other users, respectively. The size of the medical image to be played may depend on the size of the default data playback zones PL11, PL 12.
Above the data playback areas PL11, PL12, there may be an image selection area in which medical images ML1, ML2 not placed in the data playback areas PL11, PL12, respectively, may be arranged. Alternatively, in addition to the two material playback areas PL11, PL12, the display screen may have two smaller data playback areas above it, in which the medical images ML1, ML2 are placed, respectively.
Please refer to fig. 10, which is a block diagram illustrating that the medical image integration and synchronization playing system replaces the dragged medical image with the medical image originally in the data playing area according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The editing module may provide a plurality of combination modes on the application program, for example, a plurality of combination patterns provided in a combination menu CMA shown in fig. 10 represent different combination modes, each combination pattern having one or more graphic blocks corresponding to the data playing area of the display.
The editing module may obtain a plurality of medical images MF5 to MF8 indicated by a data selection request input by a medical staff or other user through the electronic device, and as shown in fig. 10, according to one combination mode (e.g., combination pattern) of an input combination selection request, the plurality of medical images MF5 to MF8 obtained by permutation and combination are synchronously played on the same display screen of the application program, the web platform, or the player.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 10, the third combination pattern from the left in the combination menu CMA is selected, which has four combination tiles of the same size. The editing module displays four data playing areas in the display picture according to the selected third combination pattern, and arranges and places the medical images MF 5-MF 8 in the four data playing areas respectively according to the arrangement mode of the combination pattern blocks of the third combination pattern. In addition, the editing module can control the recording, playing, screenshot, online live broadcasting and marking of the medical images MF5 to MF8 according to the clicking of the left and right switching blocks in the switching component SWC by the user. In particular, the multi-recording function is turned on, and the plurality of medical images MF5 to MF8 are recorded simultaneously (i.e., on the same time axis).
An image candidate area is arranged above the four data playing areas, and a plurality of other unselected medical images MF 1-MF 4 are arranged. Alternatively, the unselected medical images MF 1-MF 4 may be randomly arranged, and the arrangement order is determined according to the correlation with the selected medical images MF 5-MF 8, the time point of acquiring the unselected medical images MF 1-MF 4, and the like.
Medical staff or other users can drag the medical image MF2 in the image candidate area outside the data playing area to one data playing area through the electronic device to generate a dragging request. The editing module replaces the medical image MF6 originally in the data playing area with the dragged medical image MF2 to play the medical image MF2 according to the dragging request.
In fact, in addition or alternatively, the medical staff or other users can drag the medical image MF5 in one data playing area to another data playing area through the electronic device to generate a drag request. The editing module replaces the medical image MF5 of one dragged data playing area with the medical image MF7 of another data playing area according to the dragging request, for example, the medical images MF5 and MF7 of the two data playing areas are exchanged.
Please refer to fig. 11, which is a block diagram illustrating marking of medical images scheduled by the medical image integrated and synchronized playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, a medical image MF5 can be played on a display screen of an application program, a web platform, or a player. When the medical image MF5 is played to a specific time point, a medical staff or other user may click on a new added mark block, an edited mark block, or a deleted mark text in the mark list shown in fig. 11 to generate an edited selection request indicating the added, modified, and deleted marks, respectively.
The editing module executes an editing operation on the medical image MF5 according to an editing selection request. Optionally, when the medical image MF5 is played to a specific time point, the editing module marks a text content "bleeding point" such as that shown in fig. 11 on the content of the medical image MF5 at the specific time point according to an editing selection request generated by clicking the newly added mark block, and can automatically bring the marked time point and the marked content into the mark list. The editing module may record the marked content and the time point of the marked medical image MF5 for quickly searching a specific image fragment in the medical image MF5 in the future.
Please refer to fig. 12, which shows the medical image scheduled by the medical image integration synchronous playing system according to the embodiment of the present invention completely or only partially displayed on the display screen.
The editing module can move the medical image to a specific position on the display screen according to a dragging request input by a user through an electronic device (such as a mouse). As shown in fig. 12, the complete medical images MF 1-MF 5 can be displayed on the display screen. It should be noted that, when the medical staff only needs to view a part of the medical images MF3, the medical images MF3 may be moved to make another part of the images that need not be viewed be located outside the display screen, and only the part of the images that need to be viewed is in the display screen.
Please refer to fig. 13, which illustrates a medical image integrated and synchronized playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which blocks a privacy message in a played medical image.
After the electronic device logs in the application or the web platform and obtains the editing rights of the medical images MF1 to MF5, the editing module may be used to perform editing operations on the medical images MF1 to MF 5. In the embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device is used to input a privacy avoidance request. The editing module blocks or removes the privacy content in the medical image MF1 to be played according to the privacy avoidance request, where the blocked or removed content may be the privacy information of the patient or the medical staff who has acquired the medical image MF1, and may be text, data, or images.
Alternatively, the user may click an occluded segment option in the application program, the web platform or the toolbar of the player by using an electronic device such as a mouse of a computer or a mobile phone, the editing module generates the same or corresponding occluded segments SH1 to SH3 in the editing interface according to the click of the occluded segment option, and moves the occluded segments SH1 to SH3 to the content to be occluded according to a movement request applied to the occluded segments SH1 to SH3, so as to cover the content to be occluded, such as the privacy message. It should be understood that the invention is not limited by the type and number of shielding patterns SH 1-SH 3.
If necessary, the electronic device can be used to add a resizing requirement to the occlusion tiles SH 1-SH 3 in the editing interface. The editing module can adjust the sizes of the occlusion tiles SH 1-SH 3 in the editing interface according to the size adjustment requirement, for example, zoom in or zoom out the occlusion tiles SH 1-SH 3. In addition, the electronic device may be used to apply a rotation request to the shielding tiles SH 1-SH 3 in the editing interface. The editing module can rotate the occlusion tiles SH 1-SH 3 in the editing interface according to the rotation request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the shielding blocks SH1 to SH3 are placed on the medical image MF1, the medical image MF1 may be cut, for example, as shown in fig. 13, the outer ring content of the medical image MF1 is cut, only the middle content of the medical image MF1 is retained to form the medical editing data MFD1, and the medical editing data MFD1 is played synchronously or asynchronously with the medical images MF2 to MF5 in the display screen, and may be recorded in a recording device or scheduled to be played on another electronic device.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the integrated and synchronous playing system for medical images provided by the invention can schedule a plurality of medical images (which can be unedited original images or edited medical editing data) of medical equipment of multiple departments to the electronic device, wherein the medical images can include images acquired by medical personnel executing medical actions and images of body parts of patients, and can be arranged and combined in a specific combination mode to be synchronously played on the same display screen of a player, an application program or a webpage platform started on the electronic device. Therefore, the medical personnel executing the medical behaviors can provide demonstration teaching for other medical personnel watching the live broadcast or playback of the medical images, or the medical personnel watching the live broadcast of the medical images can guide the medical personnel performing the medical behaviors in real time through the communication system.
The system of the invention has another beneficial effect that the system can be widely applied to global hospitals, medical staff in the hospitals can start an online conference through an application program, and share relevant data such as medical images and the like, so that the medical technology is carried to every corner of the world, and the diseases of human beings are solved together.
