Detailed Description
The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for dynamically configuring and controlling the whole life cycle of the substation information protection substation specifically includes the following steps:
step 1, in the whole life cycle operation process of a transformer substation, an information protection substation automatically detects the IP of a substation control layer network device of the transformer substation according to the automatic detection period time and the IP range of the substation control layer network device, and detects the network devices existing in the substation control layer of the transformer substation;
in this embodiment, the station level network device IP of the substation is automatically detected according to the automatic detection cycle time and the range of the station level network device IP, and specifically, after the automatic detection cycle time is reached, the network device existing in the station level is detected by traversing the station level network device IP through protocols such as PING and TCP.
The station control layer network device IP range comprises a preset device IP range and an operating device IP range. The IP range of the preset device is the range of the IP section set by the station control layer network, and the automatic detection process only detects the IP in the IP range of the preset device. The operation device IP range is the station control layer network device IP which is automatically detected in the whole life cycle operation process of the information protection substation, and comprises a configured network device IP which can be accessed to the information protection substation and an unconfigured network device IP which can not be accessed to the information protection substation.
And the IP range of the operation device is maintained and managed by an IP table of the operation device, the IP range comprises the network device IPs which are automatically detected in the whole life cycle operation process of the information protection substation, and each network device IP corresponds to a configured or non-configured result. The information protection substation automatically detects that the IP range of the traversing device is the IP after the IP range of the IP filtering operation device is preset, so that frequent IP operation on the network device of the station control layer can be avoided, and the safe operation of the operation equipment of the transformer substation can be ensured.
The automatic probing cycle time includes a fast probing cycle time and a slow probing cycle time. The rapid detection cycle time is in units of minutes, can be configured as 1 minute by default, can rapidly start an automatic detection process, and can discover a network device of a new access station control layer in time. The slow detection cycle time is in hours, can be configured for 24 hours by default, can start an automatic detection process for a long time, and can detect whether an unconfigured network device which cannot be accessed to the information protection substation can be dynamically configured for access again.
Automatically detecting the substation control layer network device IP of the transformer substation, specifically, quickly detecting the device IP comprising all IP filtering operation device IP within the preset device IP range and other IPs of all IPs within the preset device IP range; the device IP of the slow detection comprises all IP filtering of the preset device IP range and all other configured IPs of the IP range of the operating device.
The slow detection period is used for detecting the IP of the station control layer network device, so that the problem that the network device cannot be accessed to the information protection substation due to the fact that the IP is detected before is solved, and the information protection substation can be dynamically configured and accessed to the network device through the slow detection period in order to meet application scenes that the IP is redistributed to other network devices which can be accessed to the information protection substation in the reconstruction and extension process of a transformer substation for use or the IP device is reconstructed to support calling device model files and the like. Meanwhile, in view of safe operation of the transformer substation operation equipment, frequent IP operation on the station control layer network device is avoided, and the IP of the device is automatically detected and operated by adopting a slow detection period.
Step 2, acquiring network devices which are not configured by the information protection substation according to the network devices existing in the station control layer detected in the step 1; for the network devices which are not configured by the information protection substation, the information protection substation dynamically starts a single MMS communication process with each network device which is not configured, and calls a CID model file of the network device; dynamically adding relevant configuration required by the operation of the information protection substation;
in this embodiment, the CID model file of the network device is dynamically started and called by a single MMS communication process with each unconfigured network device, specifically, after the communication substation temporarily establishes an MMS communication connection with each unconfigured device once, the CID model file of the network device is directly called, and then the communication connection is disconnected.
The CID model file of the network device is called by adopting the current mature IEC-61850 standard MMS communication protocol to realize dynamic configuration, and the implementation effect is optimal. The present invention may also be implemented for the earlier 103 communication protocol that supports device configuration calls.
And dynamically adding relevant configuration required by the operation of the information protection substation, specifically, dynamically importing a called network device CID model file, and dynamically adding real-time library configuration, front access configuration and main and sub-station configuration required by the operation of the information protection substation.
In this embodiment, the real-time library configuration is an operation configuration of the information protection substation system; the prepositive access configuration is the communication configuration between the information protection substation and the network device MMS; the main sub-station configuration is a communication configuration of the information protection sub-station and the information protection main station 103.
The information protection substation only accesses the protection device, when the network device CID model file is imported and analyzed, the logic device capable of analyzing the network device CID model has PROT, the judgment device is the protection device, or the IEDNAME initial letter of the CID model specification is P, and the judgment device is the protection device.
Step 3, for the network devices configured by the information protection substation, carrying out device communication initialization in the whole life cycle operation process; if the device communication initialization fails due to the abnormal initialization of the device model, dynamically starting a single MMS communication flow, calling a model file of the device, and dynamically increasing relevant configuration required by the operation of the information protection substation;
if the device communication initialization is successful and the communication is normal, automatically calling a device model file, comparing the device model file with the last model file, checking the CRC change of the device model file, and if the CRC changes, dynamically increasing the relevant configuration required by the operation of the information protection substation;
the method comprises the steps of dynamically inputting a new model of a network device, and dynamically configuring a real-time library, a front access configuration and a main sub-station of the network device of the incremental information protection substation. The configuration modification due to model update usually includes parameter modification, four-remote information name modification, four-remote information point addition and four-remote information point deletion.
In this embodiment, the dynamic increment considers two schemes to solve the problem that the engineering configuration after the device model changes is automatically updated in the operation process of the information protection substation.
In the first scheme, in the communication initialization process of the device, whether the current operation model of the device is consistent with the preposed access configuration of the device is checked, the device model is called again after the communication initialization fails due to the abnormality of the device model, and the device can normally communicate with the device again only after the automatic incremental configuration.
And secondly, making up for possible missed judgment on the change of the device model in the first scheme, calling the device model file once after the communication of the device is normal, calculating a CRC32 bit check code of the newly called model file and a CRC32 bit check code of the last called model file, comparing whether CRC32 bit check codes of the two model files are the same, if not, indicating that the model file is changed and possible configuration change occurs, and executing an automatic increment configuration process of the device.
The function of normally checking the device CID model file can be communicated by the two devices of the on-off scheme through configuration, namely, the device model file is called and whether the file CRC is changed or not is checked.
Step 4, after the information protection substation is dynamically configured according to the step 2 or the step 3, automatically restarting an application program of the information protection substation system, and sending a configuration change signal to the information protection main station after the main station and the sub station communicate normally to inform the information protection main station to call the main station and the sub station configuration of the information protection substation;
after the information protection substation is dynamically configured, automatically restarting an application program of the information protection substation system to enable the latest configuration of the information protection substation to be effective, enabling the information protection substation to normally communicate with the device again, and enabling the information protection substation to normally communicate with the main station again.
In this embodiment, when the information protection substation is dynamically configured, the configuration change identifier in the configuration of the main substation is modified to be 1. After the information protection substation and the main station normally communicate again, the identification is identified, and a configuration change signal is sent to the information protection main station firstly, so that the purpose of informing the information protection main station to call the main station and the sub station of the information protection substation for configuration is achieved. After the information protection sub-station sends the configuration change signal, the configuration change identifier in the configuration of the main sub-station is modified to be 0, and the phenomenon that the next time the information protection sub-station normally restarts to send the configuration change signal to the information protection main station is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, the system for dynamically configuring and controlling the whole life cycle of the substation information protection substation of the present invention includes a dynamic configuration management module, a model configuration management module, a pre-access MMS communication module, a real-time library module, a real-time alarm module, an operator interface module, a master sub-station 103 communication module, and a history library module.
The dynamic configuration management module is used for automatically detecting the IP of the station control layer network device and acquiring the network device existing in the station control layer of the transformer substation; informing a front-end access MMS communication module to start a single MMS communication flow calling device model file, responding to a calling model file result returned by the front-end access MMS communication module, and starting a model configuration management module to newly introduce a model file of an unconfigured device; or responding to the model change notice of the pre-access MMS communication module, and starting the model configuration management module to incrementally import the model file of the configured device.
The model configuration management module is used for importing model files of unconfigured devices and automatically adding real-time library configuration, front access configuration and main and sub station configuration of the information protection substation; and importing the model file of the configured device, and automatically and incrementally updating the relevant configuration of the network device of the information protection substation, including real-time library configuration, front access configuration and main and sub-station configuration.
The front access MMS communication module is used for communicating with the device MMS and acquiring and processing various information of the device; responding to a command of automatically detecting the calling device model file by the dynamic configuration management module, and returning a command result after calling the device model file; and actively calling the abnormal device model file of the model and calling the device model file after the communication is normal to check the CRC change of the file, and informing the dynamic configuration management module to start the dynamic incremental process of the model.
And the real-time library module is used for providing real-time library configuration operation by the model configuration management module, is connected with the front access MMS communication module and other operation modules of the information protection substation, and is used for real-time data management.
And the real-time alarm module is used for displaying the alarm in real time.
And the operator interface module is used for user interface operation management.
And the master station 103 communication module is used for communicating with the information-protecting master station by adopting a 103 protocol.
And the history module is used for storing and inquiring the history data.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
based on the conventional information protection substation, the dynamic configuration management module, the modification model configuration management module and the front access MMS communication module are added on the basis of the existing modules of the information protection substation, so that the full life cycle dynamic configuration management and control function of the information protection substation is realized.
The dynamic configuration management module is designed as a dynamic library module, and is directly loaded and operated by the front access MMS communication module, and the two modules adopt an inter-process communication mode to exchange commands.
The dynamic configuration management module adopts two modes of rapid periodic detection and slow periodic detection, and sequentially carries out PING operation on the IP according to the preset device IP range and the device IP range obtained by the operating device IP range to detect the network device IP of the station control layer. And (4) finishing automatic detection, detecting a new device IP, updating an operation device IP table, and informing the front access MMS communication module to call a device model file.
After receiving the command of calling the device model file notified by the dynamic configuration management module, the front access MMS communication module sequentially starts the single MMS communication flow to call the device model file, and after all the device model files are called, the calling result is returned to the dynamic configuration management module.
And after the dynamic configuration management module receives the result of successful calling of the model file, starting the model configuration management module to import the model file of the unconfigured device, and automatically adding the real-time library configuration, the front access configuration and the main and sub-station configuration of the information protection substation. And after the dynamic newly-added configuration of the dynamic configuration management module is completed, updating the result of the running device IP table and restarting the application program of the information protection substation system.
During the operation process of the prepositive access MMS communication module or after the restart, the prepositive access MMS communication module is in communication connection with the device again, the communication initialization process verifies that the device model is unsuccessfully initialized, and the device model file with abnormal model is called again in a single MMS communication flow in sequence. And after all the abnormal device model files of the models are called, informing the dynamic configuration management module to start a dynamic incremental configuration process.
And during the operation process of the preposed access MMS communication module or after the preposed access MMS communication module is restarted, the communication is connected with the device again, the communication is successfully initialized, the communication is normal, and when the function of checking the CID model file of the device is started, the model file of the device is called and whether the CRC check code is changed or not is checked. After all the device model files are called and checked, if a changed model file is checked, the dynamic configuration management module is informed to start a dynamic incremental configuration flow.
And after receiving the dynamic increment configuration command, the dynamic configuration management module starts the model configuration management module to incrementally import the model file of the configured device, and updates the real-time library configuration, the preposed access configuration and the main and sub-station configuration of the device of the information protection substation. And after the dynamic incremental configuration of the dynamic configuration management module, restarting the application program of the information protection substation system.
And after the communication module 103 of the main substation is normally communicated with the information protection main station, the communication module automatically sends a configuration change signal to the information protection main station to inform the information protection main station to call the configuration of the main substation.
The real-time library module, the real-time alarm module, the operator interface module, the main sub-station 103 communication module and the history module are existing general modules of the information protection sub-station and are not further explained in the embodiment.
