Abstract
The invention relates to an improved button switch, which comprises a shell and a button assembly, wherein a plugging groove is formed in one side part of the shell, a circuit board is arranged in the plugging groove, a safety module and an indicator lamp module are integrated on the circuit board, a first pin, a second pin, a third pin and a fourth pin are arranged on the shell in the same direction, each pin is clamped and fixed by an upper shell and a lower shell, the pins protrude out of four pins on the outer side of the shell, two pins are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power supply, the other two pins are respectively connected with a small load, the three pins are connected with the circuit board, and the power on-off between the two pins is controlled by the button assembly. According to the invention, through the specific design, the modularized assembly does not need to be externally connected with the indicator lamp and the safety module, and the switch is provided with four pins in the same direction, so that the automatic connection of wires is facilitated, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the switch has the advantages of compact structure and safe and reliable use.

Background
The traditional button switch only has two needles (the needles used for spot welding, riveting or welding have different forms), only has the function of controlling the on-off of a circuit, cannot connect a small electric appliance on the improved button switch, needs to additionally connect the small electric appliance, and needs to additionally connect a fuse to protect the whole circuit in order to protect the small electric appliance or use safety, thereby not only having inconvenient wiring, complicated manufacturing procedure, low production efficiency and inconvenient use for modularized assembly and automatic production.

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the novel power supply comprises a shell and a button assembly arranged on the shell, wherein the shell is formed by combining an upper shell and a lower shell, a plugging groove is formed in one side portion of the shell, a circuit board is plugged in the plugging groove, a safety module and an indicator light module are integrated on the circuit board, a first pin, a second pin, a third pin and a fourth pin are arranged on the shell in the same direction, each pin is clamped and fixed by the upper shell and the lower shell and protrudes out of four pins on the outer side of the shell, two pins are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power supply, other two pins are respectively connected with a small load, three pins are connected with the circuit board, and power supply on-off between the two pins is controlled by the button assembly.
The indicator light module adopts a light emitting diode for indicating the working state of the small load.
The inserting grooves are vertically arranged in the shell relative to the pins.
The inserting grooves are arranged in parallel in the shell relative to the pins.
The front and rear of the indicator lamp on the circuit board are respectively connected with the resistor and the diode in series to form an indicator lamp protection circuit, and the indicator lamp protection circuit is connected with the safety module and the switch in series after being connected with the small load in parallel, so that the switch controls the on-off of the main circuit of the circuit, and the safety module protects the main circuit of the circuit.

In the second embodiment, the insertion grooves 3 are arranged in parallel in the housing 1 with respect to the pins. In the working state, when people press the outer button 2d, the inner button 2c is driven to rotate together, meanwhile, the outer button 2d presses the copper cap 2b downwards through the inner button 2c, the copper cap 2b moves downwards against the resistance of the spring 2a, and therefore the third stitch 8 and the fourth stitch 9 are kept separated, and the switch is disconnected. After pressing the outer button 2d again, the outer button 2d and the inner button 2c lose the downward pressure on the copper cap 2b, and the copper cap 2b moves upward under the action of the spring 2a, so that the third pin 8 and the fourth pin 9 remain in contact, and the switch is turned on.

in the working state, when the outer button (2 d) is pressed, the inner button (2 c) is driven to rotate together, meanwhile, the outer button (2 d) presses the copper cap (2 b) downwards through the inner button (2 c), the copper cap (2 b) moves downwards against the resistance of the spring (2 a), so that the third needle foot (8) and the fourth needle foot (9) are kept separated, and the switch is disconnected; after the outer button (2 d) is pressed again, the outer button (2 d) and the inner button (2 c) lose downward pressure on the copper cap (2 b), the copper cap (2 b) moves upwards under the action of the spring (2 a), so that the third pin (8) and the fourth pin (9) are kept in contact, and the switch is turned on;
the four pins can be defined differently by modifying the circuit board circuitry, including: definition one: the middle two pins are connected with a power supply, and the other two pins are connected with a small load; definition two: the middle two pins are connected with a small load, and the other two pins are connected with a power supply, so that three are defined: the two pins on the left side are connected with a small load, and the two pins on the right side are connected with a power supply;
