The invention discloses a containing box for a He-3 gas loop, which comprises a packaging box body, wherein the side wall of the packaging box body is provided with an observation window, an operation glove is arranged on the observation window, the top of the packaging box body is detachably provided with an overhaul window, and the joint of the overhaul window and the packaging box body is sealed by a sealing gasket; the inspection window is provided with an illuminating device, and the joint of the illuminating device and the inspection window is sealed; the packaging box body is provided with an air inlet, an air inlet filter is arranged at the air inlet, and a negative pressure fan is arranged on the air inlet filter; the packaging box body is provided with a cable plugging port and an air pipe plugging port, and the cable plugging port and the air pipe plugging port are respectively provided with a cable interface and an air pipe interface. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fuel irradiation, in particular to a containing box for a He-3 gas loop.
Background
Tritium belongs to low-toxicity and difficult-to-protect radioactive nuclide, and has strong affinity, adsorption force and permeability to metal and nonmetal. Tritium toxicity is manifested primarily by radiation effects and biochemical effects. The radiation hazard mainly refers to internal radiation, after tritiated water enters a human body, the tritiated water is quickly and uniformly distributed in body fluid of the whole body, and most of beta ray energy is absorbed by cell nucleus and generates ionization.
In a fuel assembly transient test based on a helium-3 gas loop method, in the test process, helium-3 and neutrons react with NP to generate tritium. Because the gas loop relates to a large amount of equipment, valves, instruments and pipelines, in order to prevent tritium from being released into the environment and ensure the safety of operators, the tritium-involved equipment, the valves, the instruments and the pipelines in the gas loop need to be contained in a relatively closed and negative-pressure environment, and the box body which can be operated by the operators can be ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a containing box for a He-3 gas loop, which is used for containing equipment, valves, instruments and pipelines of the He-3 gas loop and preventing tritium generated by the reaction of He-3 and neutrons from being released into the environment.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The cable insertion port and the air pipe insertion port have the function of sealing the packaging box body, so that the air tightness of the packaging box body is ensured; the maintenance window and the lighting device are sealed, so that the whole packaging box body is ensured to be air-tight; meanwhile, the negative pressure fan is arranged to enable negative pressure to be formed in the packaging box body, tritium and other gases leaked in the pipeline are effectively prevented from diffusing to a process room, and the operation safety is improved.
Therefore, the containing box has good air sealing performance and forms negative pressure inside, can be used for containing equipment, valves, instruments and pipelines of a He-3 gas loop, and prevents tritium generated by the reaction of He-3 and neutrons from being released into the environment.
Further, the access window comprises an access window panel, the access window panel is connected to the top of the packaging box body through bolts, a sealing gasket is adopted at the joint of the access window panel and the top of the packaging box body for sealing, and an access door flange used for installing a lighting device is arranged on the access window panel.
The access panel of above-mentioned structure can be convenient for realize the maintenance of packing box internal plant, can realize again that access panel and packing box junction are sealed.

4. The packaging box body of the invention adopts the polycarbonate plate in a large area, thereby improving the operation visual angle of operators.
5. The packaging box body is provided with the maintenance window, so that equipment in the box can be maintained conveniently.
