The embodiment of the application discloses an automatic generation method and system of oral examination records, which can automatically generate the oral examination records of an examinee synchronously in the process of oral examination of the examinee by a doctor, so that the workload of the doctor is reduced, information omission can be avoided, and cross infection caused by manual records can be avoided. It is understood that in the embodiments of the present application, the oral examination includes soft tissue examination, hard tissue examination and tooth-related examination of the oral cavity. Wherein, the soft tissue examination includes the existence of abnormality of the soft tissue shape, color and texture. The hard tissue examination includes the presence or absence of morphological and structural abnormalities. The dental examination includes the examination of whether or not tooth tissues have carious defects, the examination of the number and form of teeth have abnormalities, the examination of oral hygiene conditions, the examination of periodontal tissue conditions, auxiliary examinations including radiographic examination, X-ray examination, cold examination of teeth, hot examination, percussion, examination of looseness, and the like. The occlusion of teeth is examined for the presence or absence of malocclusion, the presence or absence of abnormal growth and development of the maxillofacial region, and the like. The following description will be made in detail taking a tooth-related examination as an example.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for automatically generating an oral examination record according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method for automatically generating the oral examination record may include the following steps:
101. the oral examination tool recognizes a tooth diagnosis voice uttered by a doctor in the course of examining any one of the teeth of the examinee using the oral examination tool using a voice recognition technique.
Illustratively, the tooth inspection tool can be an intelligent mouth mirror, a probe, a pair of tweezers, a dental elevator, a pick, and other basic instruments for oral tooth inspection.
In this embodiment, a micro microphone may be embedded in the oral cavity examination tool, and the tooth examination tool may pick up a tooth diagnosis voice uttered by the doctor in the process of examining any one of the teeth of the examinee by using the oral cavity examination tool through the micro microphone, and recognize a voice content of the tooth diagnosis voice uttered by the doctor in the process of examining any one of the teeth of the examinee by using the oral cavity examination tool by using a voice recognition technology.
102. The oral examination tool converts the dental diagnosis voice into corresponding dental diagnosis text.
In this embodiment, the oral examination tool may convert the voice content of the dental diagnosis voice into corresponding dental diagnosis characters through a pre-trained voice-to-text conversion model.
Wherein, the tooth diagnosis characters are the character expression of the diagnosis result of the doctor to any tooth.
103. And the oral examination tool sends the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth to a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor.
In this embodiment, the oral examination tool may send the tooth diagnosis text and the identification information of any one of the teeth to a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor in a wired manner or a wireless manner.
For example, the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor may include electronic devices used by the doctor, such as a doctor mobile phone, a doctor computer, and doctor smart glasses, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
For example, the identification information of any tooth may include, but is not limited to, a specific position of any tooth in the oral cavity of the examinee, such as upper right 1, lower right 3, upper left 5, lower left 4, and the like.
104. And the doctor terminal establishes the incidence relation between the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth, and automatically records the incidence relation between the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth into the oral cavity examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examined person.
As an alternative implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, before the oral examination tool performs step 101, the following steps may be performed:
the oral examination tool identifies the specific position of any tooth in the oral cavity of the examinee as the identification information of any tooth when detecting that a doctor holds the oral examination tool to start examination of any tooth of the examinee.
For example, when the oral examination tool detects that a doctor starts to examine any one tooth of an examinee by holding the oral examination tool, the oral examination tool identifies a specific position of the any one tooth in the mouth of the examinee as identification information of the any one tooth, including:
when detecting that a doctor holds the oral examination tool to start examination of any tooth of an examinee, the oral examination tool utilizes a voice recognition technology to recognize the specific position of the any tooth sent by the doctor in the oral cavity of the examinee as the identification information of the any tooth.
For another example, when the oral examination tool detects that a doctor starts to examine any one tooth of an examinee by holding the oral examination tool, the oral examination tool identifies a specific position of the any one tooth in the mouth of the examinee as identification information of the any one tooth, including:
the oral examination tool shoots an oral tooth distribution image of an examinee when detecting that a doctor holds the oral examination tool to start examination of any one tooth of the examinee;
and the oral cavity examination tool identifies the specific position of any tooth in the oral cavity of the examinee according to the oral cavity tooth distribution image as the identification information of any tooth.
As an alternative embodiment, before the oral examination tool performs step 103, the following steps may be performed:
when the oral examination tool detects that a doctor holds the oral examination tool (at the moment, the oral examination tool does not start to examine any tooth of an examinee), the fingerprint identification module embedded in the peripheral wall of the oral examination tool captures the fingerprint information of the doctor when the doctor holds the oral examination tool;
and the oral examination tool identifies the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor matched with the doctor fingerprint information according to the doctor fingerprint information.
As another alternative embodiment, in the method for automatically generating an oral examination record depicted in fig. 1, after the oral examination tool identifies a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor matching the doctor fingerprint information according to the doctor fingerprint information, and before the oral examination tool performs step 103, the following steps may be further performed:
the oral examination tool sends a wireless connection request to a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor;
after receiving the wireless connection request, a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor acquires a first payment location track pre-stored by the doctor terminal and pre-issued by the doctor; wherein the first payment location track comprises a first specified number of payment locations, any two of which are different from each other;
inserting a second specified number of non-payment places between every two adjacent payment places in the first payment place track by the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor to form a second payment place track;
outputting the second payment place track by a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor;
a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor acquires a third payment place track; wherein the third payment location track is composed of a third designated number of locations (including payment locations and/or non-payment locations) selected from the second payment location track;
when the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor verifies that the third payment location track is the same as the first payment location track, and the third designated number is equal to the first designated number, and the set formed by the third designated number of locations included in the third payment location track is the same as the set formed by the first designated number of payment locations, the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor establishes wireless connection with the oral examination tool.
In fact, the wireless connection between the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor and the oral cavity examination tool can be accurately established by implementing the steps, so that the power consumption of the oral cavity examination tool is reduced, and the battery endurance time of the oral cavity examination tool is prolonged.
Therefore, by implementing the method for automatically generating the oral examination record described in fig. 1, the oral examination record of the examinee can be synchronously and automatically generated in the process of oral examination of the examinee by a doctor, so that the workload of the doctor is reduced, and information omission and cross infection caused by manual record can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for automatically generating an oral examination record according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. In the method for automatically generating the oral examination record shown in fig. 2, the examinee may be a student who performs oral dental examination and is organized in a certain school (such as a primary school or a kindergarten), the school is further provided with a service device, and the oral examination tool and the doctor terminal are both located in a school doctor room of the school. As shown in fig. 2, the method for automatically generating the oral examination record may include the following steps:
201. the oral examination tool recognizes a tooth diagnosis voice uttered by a doctor in the course of examining any one of the teeth of the examinee using the oral examination tool using a voice recognition technique.
As an alternative implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, before the oral examination tool performs step 201, the following steps may be performed:
the oral examination tool identifies the specific position of any tooth in the oral cavity of the examinee as the identification information of any tooth when detecting that a doctor holds the oral examination tool to start examination of any tooth of the examinee.
For another example, when the oral examination tool detects that a doctor starts to examine any one tooth of an examinee by holding the oral examination tool, the oral examination tool identifies a specific position of the any one tooth in the mouth of the examinee as identification information of the any one tooth, including:
the oral examination tool shoots an oral tooth distribution image of an examinee when detecting that a doctor holds the oral examination tool to start examination of any one tooth of the examinee;
and the oral cavity examination tool identifies the specific position of any tooth in the oral cavity of the examinee according to the oral cavity tooth distribution image as the identification information of any tooth.
202. The oral examination tool converts the dental diagnosis voice into corresponding dental diagnosis text.
203. And the oral examination tool sends the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth to a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor.
As an alternative embodiment, before the oral examination tool performs step 203, the following steps may be performed:
when the oral examination tool detects that a doctor holds the oral examination tool (at the moment, the oral examination tool does not start to examine any tooth of an examinee), the fingerprint identification module embedded in the peripheral wall of the oral examination tool captures the fingerprint information of the doctor when the doctor holds the oral examination tool;
and the oral examination tool identifies the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor matched with the doctor fingerprint information according to the doctor fingerprint information.
As another alternative embodiment, in the method for automatically generating an oral examination record depicted in fig. 2, after the oral examination tool identifies a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor matching the doctor fingerprint information according to the doctor fingerprint information, and before the oral examination tool performs step 203, the following steps may be further performed:
the oral examination tool sends a wireless connection request to a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor;
after receiving the wireless connection request, a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor acquires a first payment location track pre-stored by the doctor terminal and pre-issued by the doctor; wherein the first payment location track comprises a first specified number of payment locations, any two of which are different from each other;
inserting a second specified number of non-payment places between every two adjacent payment places in the first payment place track by the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor to form a second payment place track;
outputting the second payment place track by a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor;
a doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor acquires a third payment place track; wherein the third payment location track is composed of a third designated number of locations (including payment locations and/or non-payment locations) selected from the second payment location track;
when the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor verifies that the third payment location track is the same as the first payment location track, and the third designated number is equal to the first designated number, and the set formed by the third designated number of locations included in the third payment location track is the same as the set formed by the first designated number of payment locations, the doctor terminal corresponding to the doctor establishes wireless connection with the oral examination tool.
204. And the doctor terminal establishes the incidence relation between the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth, and automatically records the incidence relation between the tooth diagnosis characters and the identification information of any tooth into the oral cavity examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examined person.
205. And after the doctor finishes checking all teeth in the oral cavity of the examinee by using the oral cavity checking tool, the doctor terminal uploads an oral cavity checking record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee to the service equipment.
For example, if the doctor terminal does not receive the tooth diagnosis text and the identification information of any tooth sent by the tooth inspection tool within a specified time period (e.g., 5 minutes), the doctor terminal may consider that the doctor has finished inspecting all teeth in the oral cavity of the examinee by using the oral cavity inspection tool, and upload the oral cavity inspection record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee to the service device.
For another example, the oral examination tool may actively disconnect the wireless connection with the doctor terminal upon detecting that the doctor is no longer holding the oral examination tool. Correspondingly, after the doctor terminal recognizes that the wireless connection between the doctor terminal and the oral examination tool is disconnected, the doctor terminal can think that the doctor finishes the examination of all teeth in the oral cavity of the examinee by using the oral examination tool, and further uploads the oral examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee to the service device.
206. And the service equipment determines the guardian equipment bound with the identity information of the checked person according to the identity information of the checked person.
For example, the identity information of the examinee may include the name, the grade, the class, and the school number of the student. The guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee can be a mobile phone, a tablet or a PC of the guardian of the examinee, and can also be a vehicle (such as a new energy automobile) of the guardian of the examinee.
207. The service device sends an inquiry message including the identity information of the examinee to the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee, wherein the inquiry message is used for inquiring whether the oral examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee needs to be checked.
208. The service device judges whether a reply response which is sent by the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee and is used for indicating that the oral examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee needs to be checked is received within a specified time, if so, step 209 is executed; if not, the process is ended.
209. And the service equipment sends the oral cavity examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examined person to the guardian equipment.
As a further alternative, in the method for automatically generating an oral examination record described in fig. 2, after the service device determines that the response sent by the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee in the step 208 indicates that the oral examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee needs to be viewed, and before the step 209 is executed, the method may further include the following steps:
step C1, the service device acquires a first card-punching position track of the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee in the last moving process; the first card punching place track comprises a first appointed number of card punching places, and any two card punching places in the first appointed number of card punching places are different from each other.
And step C2, the service equipment inserts a second specified number of non-punching places between every two adjacent punching places in the first person punching place track to form a second person punching place track.
As an alternative implementation manner, in step C2, the inserting, by the service device, a second specified number of non-punch places between every two adjacent punch places in the first person punch place trajectory to form a second person punch place trajectory may include:
the service equipment determines all the places between the two adjacent card punching places aiming at every two adjacent card punching places in the first person card punching place track, randomly selects a second specified number of places from all the places as non-card punching places to be displayed between the two adjacent card punching places, and accordingly a second person card punching place track is formed.
And step C3, the service device sends the second person card punching location track to the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee.
Step C4, the service equipment acquires a third person card punching place track sent by the guardian equipment bound with the identity information of the examinee; and the third person card punching place track consists of a third specified number of target places selected from the second person card punching place track.
Step C5, the service device executes step 209 after verifying that the third person punch card place track is the same as the first person punch card place track, and that the third specified number is equal to the first specified number and that the set of target places of the third specified number is the same as the set of punch card places of the first specified number.
In the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned steps C1-C5 are implemented, only the guardian bound with the identity information of the examinee is allowed to view the oral examination record of the examinee, and the oral examination record of the examinee is prevented from being disclosed as a kind of privacy information to other non-guardians.
In this embodiment of the application, when the guardian device bound with the identity information of the examinee is the vehicle (such as a new energy automobile) of the guardian of the examinee, a location card punching button may be further disposed on a steering wheel of the vehicle of the guardian of the examinee. In each moving process (namely, a driving process), when the vehicle of the guardian of the examined person detects that the location card punching button is pressed, the corresponding instant location of the vehicle is recorded once and is taken as a card punching location, and when the number of the card punching locations recorded in the moving process reaches a first specified number, a first individual card punching location track consisting of the recorded first specified number of card punching locations is generated and stored in a driving computer of the vehicle of the guardian of the examined person; wherein any two of the first specified number of punch-through locations are different from each other.
Further, the guardian vehicle of the examinee may further generate a trace creation time point for each stored first person checking-in place trace thereof, so that the service device may obtain, from the laptop of the guardian vehicle of the examinee, a first checking-in place trace of a latest moving process of the guardian vehicle of the examinee (e.g., a moving process in which the guardian vehicle of the examinee last escorts the examinee to the school or a moving process in which the guardian vehicle of the examinee last meets the examinee to leave the school) according to each first person checking-in place trace creation time point stored in the laptop of the guardian vehicle of the examinee; or, the service device may obtain, from all the first person card punching location tracks reported by the guardian vehicle of the examinee, a first card punching location track in a last moving process of the guardian of the examinee (for example, a driving process in which the guardian vehicle of the examinee escorts the examinee to arrive at the school last time or a driving process in which the guardian vehicle of the examinee leaves the school last time) according to each first person card punching location track generated time point reported by the guardian vehicle of the examinee; the first card punching place track in the latest moving process comprises a first specified number of card punching places, and any two card punching places in the first specified number of card punching places are different from each other.
In the embodiment of the application, the guardian's of the examinee vehicle can be built-in to have a positioning module, positioning module can include outdoor positioning module (like big dipper positioning module, GPS positioning module, basic station positioning module) and indoor positioning module (like indoor WIFI positioning module, indoor ultra wide band UWB positioning module). In each moving process of the vehicle of the guardian of the examinee, if the vehicle is found to reach any place where the guardian of the examinee is interested, the guardian of the examinee can quickly press a place card punching button arranged on a steering wheel of the vehicle by using a finger (such as a thumb) so that the vehicle can detect that the place card punching button is pressed once, the corresponding vehicle can comprehensively position the instant place of the vehicle through an outdoor positioning module and an indoor positioning module which are included in the positioning module, and the instant place of the vehicle is recorded as a card punching place.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first, second, and third designated numbers may be set according to actual needs, and this embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
For example, the first designated number is 5, and the 5 card-punching locations recorded by the guardian' S vehicle during a certain movement of the examinee are respectively "toyota 4S shop", "haili stainless steel tube hardware shop", "north sea new ming garden property", "john sea lubricating oil exclusive shop" and "xing yuan hotel", so that the vehicle can determine that the 5 card-punching locations recorded during the movement reach the first designated number, generate the first person card-punching track location composed of the 5 card-punching locations of "toyota 4S shop", "hai li stainless steel tube hardware shop", "north sea new ming garden property", "john sea lubricating oil exclusive shop" and "xing yuan hotel" as shown in fig. 3, and store the first person card-punching track location to the examinee, and store the first person card-punching track location to the 5 card-punching locations of "toyota 4S shop", "hai stainless steel tube hardware shop", "north sea new ming garden property", "john sea lubricating oil exclusive shop" and "xing source hotel" in the certain movement In the drive computers of human vehicles.
In the embodiment of the application, any place included in the first person card punching place track is presented in the form of a place name (such as a foyota 4S store).
For example, the service device may determine all the sites located between the "toyota 4S store" and the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" for two adjacent card-punching sites "toyota 4S store" and "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" in the first person card-punching site trajectory shown in fig. 3, and randomly select 2 sites of "yuefeng car corium sounder" and "wegian dining room" from all the sites located between the "toyota 4S store" and the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" as non-card-punching sites to be displayed between the "toyota 4S store" and the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store"; and the service device may determine, for two adjacent card-punching locations "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" and "north sea new bright garden property" in the first person card-punching location trajectory shown in fig. 3, all locations located between the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" and the "north sea new bright garden property", and randomly select 2 locations "mommy postpartum recovery center" and "north gulf insurance" from all locations located between the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" and the "north sea new bright garden property" as non-card-punching locations to be displayed between the "haili stainless steel tube hardware store" and the "north sea new bright garden property"; and the service equipment can determine all the places between the new Ming Yuan Stadium and the Johnhai lubricating oil monopoly for two adjacent card-punching places 'North sea New Ming Yuan Property' and 'Johnhai lubricating oil monopoly' in the track of the first person card-punching place shown in fig. 3, and randomly select 2 places between the new Ming Yuan Stadium and the Johnhai lubricating oil monopoly as non-card-punching places to be displayed between the new Ming Yuan Stadium and the Johnhai lubricating oil monopoly from all the places between the new Ming Yuan Property and the Johnhai lubricating oil monopoly; and the service equipment can determine all the places between the "john lubricating oil exclusive shop" and the "xing yuan hotel" for two adjacent card-punching places in the first person card-punching place track shown in fig. 3, and randomly select 2 places of the "cocurrent famous tobacco wine exclusive shop" and the "old auspicious chafing dish city" from all the places between the "john lubricating oil exclusive shop" and the "xing yuan hotel" as non-card-punching places to display the place between the "john lubricating oil exclusive shop" and the "xing yuan hotel" so as to form a second person card-punching place track shown in fig. 4.
It is understood that, when it is verified that the third person card punching place track is the same as the first person card punching place track, and the third specified number is equal to the first specified number, and the set of the third specified number of target places included in the third person card punching place track is the same as the set of the first specified number of card punching places, the service device indicates that the third person card punching place track is completely the same as the first person card punching place track. For example, the service device only checks that the third person card-punching location trajectory includes 5 card-punching locations, i.e., "Toyota 4S store", "Haili stainless steel tube hardware store", "Hokkai New Ming Yuan property", "John Haohai lubricating oil monopoly store", and "Xingyuan Hotel", and does not include other locations, then executes step 209.
As an optional implementation manner, after the service device performs step 209, the following steps may also be performed:
the service equipment judges whether the teeth to be treated exist in the examined person according to the tooth diagnosis characters related to the identification information of each tooth in the oral cavity examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examined person; for example, if the tooth diagnosis text associated with the identification information of the tooth a in the oral examination record corresponding to the identity information of the examinee indicates that the tooth a has a cavity, the service device may determine that the examinee has a tooth to be treated;
when the service device judges that the tooth to be treated exists in the examinee, the service device identifies whether the doctor corresponding to the doctor terminal is an oral medical practitioner, if the doctor is not the oral medical practitioner, the service device inquires whether an oral medical institution of which the linear distance between the punch place and the punch place is smaller than or equal to a specified distance threshold exists around the punch place for each punch place in the first punch place track, if so, the punch place is taken as a target punch place, and oral medical structure recommendation information of the oral medical institution including the target punch place and the position of the oral medical institution of which the linear distance between the target punch place and the target punch place is smaller than or equal to the specified distance threshold is sent to the guardian device.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method for automatically generating the oral examination record described in fig. 2, the oral examination record of the examinee can be synchronously and automatically generated in the process of the examinee performing the oral examination by the doctor, so that the workload of the doctor is reduced, and the occurrence of information omission and the cross infection caused by manual record can be avoided.
