Claims (10)

1. An automated teller machine interaction method, comprising:
obtaining biometric information of a user;
matching the biological characteristic information with characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic database to obtain a matching result;
determining the identity authentication result of the user according to the matching result;
acquiring reserved identity information of the user under the condition that the identity authentication result is passed;
determining whether the user is over 60 years old or not according to the reserved identity information;
outputting instruction prompt information when the user is over 60 years old;
recognizing a voice instruction sent by the user, wherein the voice instruction is generated according to the instruction prompt information;
and executing the business operation corresponding to the voice command.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the business operation corresponds to at least one business process node, and wherein the performing the business operation corresponding to the voice command comprises:
under the condition that the business operation is executed to any business process node, node instruction prompt information corresponding to the business process node is output according to a preset knowledge base;
and identifying a node instruction sent by the user, and executing operation corresponding to the service flow node, wherein the node instruction is generated according to the node instruction prompt information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting an instructional prompt in the event that the user is over the age of 60 comprises:
and in the case that the user is over 60 years old, playing an instruction prompt message in a voice mode.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the matching the biometric information with the feature information stored in a preset feature database to obtain a matching result comprises:
matching the biological characteristic information with first characteristic information stored in a first preset characteristic database built in the automatic teller machine to obtain a first matching result;
and under the condition that the first matching result is unsuccessful, the biological characteristic information is sent to a target server, so that the target server matches the biological characteristic information with second characteristic information stored in a second preset characteristic database in the target server to obtain a second matching result.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in the process of executing the business operation corresponding to the voice instruction, acquiring monitoring data which is collected by the automatic teller machine and is related to the business operation;
and stopping executing the business operation corresponding to the voice command under the condition that the monitoring data are abnormal data.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said obtaining biometric information of the user, the method further comprises:
carrying out human body identification detection on the target area;
and outputting characteristic information and inputting prompt information under the condition that the human body is detected.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the biometric information comprises at least one of a voice print, a human face, and an iris.
8. An atm interaction device, comprising: a biological characteristic information obtaining unit, a characteristic information matching unit, an identity authentication result determining unit, an identity information obtaining unit, an age determining unit, an instruction prompt information output unit, a voice instruction identifying unit and a service operation executing unit,
the biometric information obtaining unit is used for obtaining biometric information of the user;
the characteristic information matching unit is used for matching the biological characteristic information with characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic database to obtain a matching result;
the identity authentication result determining unit is used for determining the identity authentication result of the user according to the matching result;
the identity information acquiring unit is used for acquiring the reserved identity information of the user under the condition that the identity authentication result is passed;
the age determining unit is used for determining whether the user is over 60 years old or not according to the reserved identity information;
the instruction prompt information output unit is used for outputting instruction prompt information when the user is over 60 years old;
the voice instruction identification unit is used for identifying a voice instruction sent by the user, wherein the voice instruction is generated according to the instruction prompt information;
and the service operation execution unit is used for executing the service operation corresponding to the voice instruction.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing an automatic teller machine interaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory connected to the processor, a bus; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to invoke program instructions in the memory to perform the automated teller machine interaction method of any of claims 1-7.
