The certificate management server is in information connection with the certificate management client, and comprises an identity information identification module and a certificate management module. The identity information identification module is used for identifying the identity information of the user. The certificate management module is used for managing the related information of the certificate. The identity information identification module corresponds to the virtual account information. The identity information identification module is in information connection with the virtual account registration module, distributes an identity information identification code containing the unique identification of the user for the user by identifying the identity information of the user, and simultaneously encrypts the identity information, and transmits the identity information identification code, the biological characteristic information and the encrypted identity information to a database. The certificate management module receives the request of the certificate application request module and is used for managing the certificate. The certificate management module manages the making of certificates, the storing of certificates, and the issuance of certificates.
The intermediate link of the user applying the certificate for the certificate is very safe, the data of the certificate cannot be tampered randomly, some personal information, the certificate information and the like cannot be changed randomly, and the legal rights and interests of the user are guaranteed.
