the accounting election module is used for electing candidate accounts and the current-period accounts according to the weight in the nodes participating in accounting;
the billing module is used for billing by the current-period billing person after the candidate billing person and the current-period billing person elect to be finished;
the rewarding and punishing module is used for sending a message to inform other verification pools to verify the accounting results after accounting is finished, and executing a corresponding rewarding and punishing mechanism for the accounting person in the current period according to the verification results;
the sorting module is used for sorting according to the weight of the candidate bookkeeping persons, and selecting the candidate bookkeeping person with the highest ranking as a new bookkeeping person;
the billing election module is specifically configured to:
