The association system can also be provided with the functions of sampling inspection, verification, resetting, unbinding and the like. If the difference is large and the package is wrong, the production line needs to be stopped immediately, the computer end point clicks a reset button, the system can empty all the data which are recorded but are not bound, and the software system is reset. Meanwhile, workers need to empty all diapers in the packaging machine, all mechanical rods such as the push arm and the like reset to the original point, then the production line is restarted, and sampling inspection is performed again. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a product association apparatus provided in the third embodiment of the present invention, which is capable of executing the product association method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. The device can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and specifically comprises: a data acquisition module 301, an association generation module 302 and a relationship storage module 303.
The data acquisition module 301 is configured to control the image sensor to acquire a product picture of a product on the production line according to the product code acquisition signal, and temporarily store the product code identified in the product picture.
The association generating module 302 is configured to generate a traceability association relationship between a preset number of the product group codes and the corresponding packaging codes when receiving the product packaging signal.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the image sensor is controlled to collect the product picture of the product on the production line through the data collection module according to the product code collection signal, the product code in the product picture is identified and then temporarily stored, the traceability association relation is formed by the association generation module and the packaging codes in a preset number when the product packaging signal is received, and the traceability association relation is durably stored by the relationship storage module.

The processor 40 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 41, that is, implements the product association method described above.
The memory 41 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 41 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 41 may further include memory located remotely from processor 40, which may be connected to the electronic device through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 42 is operable to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the electronic apparatus. The output device 43 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for product association, the method including:
controlling an image sensor to collect a product picture of a product on a production line according to a product code collecting signal, and temporarily storing a product code identified in the product picture;
when a product packaging signal is received, generating a source tracing incidence relation between a preset number of product group codes and corresponding packaging codes;
and persistently storing the source tracing association relation.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the product association method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the product association apparatus, each unit and each module included in the embodiment are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A method of product association, the method comprising:
controlling an image sensor to collect a product picture of a product on a production line according to a product code collecting signal, and temporarily storing a product code identified in the product picture;
when a product packaging signal is received, generating a source tracing incidence relation between a preset number of product group codes and corresponding packaging codes;
and persistently storing the source tracing association relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling the image sensor to capture a product picture of a product on a production line according to the product code capture signal and temporarily store the product code identified in the product picture comprises:
acquiring a product code acquisition signal generated by a sensor when the product passes through the sensor;
transmitting the product code acquisition signal to the image sensor after delaying the exposure time so as to trigger the image sensor to acquire a product picture of the product;
and identifying the product code in the product picture, and storing the product code in a cache.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in the event that the product code is not identified in the product image, generating empty placeholder data as the product code.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating a traceability association relationship between a preset number of the product group codes and corresponding packaging codes when receiving a product packaging signal comprises:
when a packaging push rod signal of the product is received, the product code is obtained according to the product specification of the product, wherein the product specification is configured with the corresponding preset number;
storing each product code into a second-level cache as a product group code;
and generating the tracing association relation between the product group code and the corresponding packaging code.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein generating the traceability association of the product group code with the corresponding packaging code comprises:
reading a packaging code of a current product package;
and generating an incidence relation identifier of the packaging code and the product group code as the tracing incidence relation.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the waste discharge condition of the product on the production line, and deleting the product code and/or the source tracing association relation according to the waste discharge condition.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the waste condition is determined by at least one of:
determining the position of an empty blade according to a counter in the packaging machine;
comparing the pictures of the product state in the packaging machine before and after the production line is stopped;
the waste discharge parameter information input by the user.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and deleting the source tracing association relationship stored persistently according to the user unbinding information.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the product code comprises the following features:
the product code comprises traceability information of the product, wherein the traceability information at least comprises a production date and a production line;
the product code is positioned at the non-segmented part of the product;
the spraying speed of the spray head corresponding to the product code is greater than or equal to the production line speed of the inseparable part;
the product code is an optical recognition character of a standard printing font.
10. The method of claim 9 wherein the product is a diaper and correspondingly the inseparable part is a diaper waist tape.
11. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
determining the distance between the actual position of the product code in the product picture and a preset position;
and adjusting the time length of the exposure time delay according to the distance.
12. An apparatus for associating products, the apparatus comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for controlling the image sensor to acquire a product picture of a product on a production line according to a product code acquisition signal and temporarily storing the product code identified in the product picture;
the correlation generation module is used for generating a source tracing correlation relationship between the product group codes and the corresponding packaging codes in a preset number when a product packaging signal is received;
and the relationship storage module is used for persistently storing the source tracing association relationship.
13. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the product association method as claimed in any one of claims 1-11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the product association method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
