Fig. 1 shows a system topology diagram for recycling an item according to an embodiment of the present application, including a first user device, a first network device, and an item recycling device, where the first user device and the item recycling device respectively establish a communication connection with the first network device. Based on the system topology shown in fig. 1, a system method for recycling articles is provided, the method comprising:
the first user equipment sends a recycling request about the article to the corresponding first network equipment;
the first network equipment responds to the received recovery request and sends a delivery reservation instruction to corresponding article recovery equipment;
the article recycling device responds to the received delivery reservation instruction, reserves a corresponding delivery space, and sends delivery information about the delivery article to the first network device;
the first network equipment receives the delivery information and acquires delivery item attribute information of the delivery items based on the delivery information; and determining resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the matching result of the delivery article attribute information and the packaging registration information of the target article corresponding to the delivery article, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to a resource account of the first user.
FIG. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for recycling articles, according to one embodiment of the present application, including step S11, step S12, step S13, step S14, and step S15. In step S11, the first network device receives a recycling request about the item sent by the first user device; in step S12, the first network device sends a delivery reservation instruction to the corresponding article recycling device, so that the article recycling device reserves the corresponding delivery space; in step S13, the first network device receives delivery information about the delivered item sent by the item recovery device; in step S14, the first network device acquires delivery item attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information; in step S15, the first network device determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the matching result between the delivery item attribute information and the package registration information of the target item corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user.
Specifically, in step S11, the first network device receives a recycle request for the item sent by the first user device. In some embodiments, the first user equipment is provided with a specific physical key, and the first network equipment is sent a recycling request by clicking the physical key. For example, before delivering an item, a first user sends a recycling request to the first network device by clicking the physical key, so as to trigger the first network device to send a delivery reservation instruction to a corresponding item recycling device. In other embodiments, the first user device is installed with an article recycling application, and the first user may perform corresponding article recycling operations in the first user device through the article recycling application. For example, a recycle request is sent to the first network device by the item recycle application. For example, after receiving an online shopping product, the first user sends a recycling request about a packaging box of the online shopping product to the first network device through the article recycling application to trigger the first network device to perform information processing work about article recycling (e.g., send a delivery reservation instruction to a corresponding article recycling device, etc.). In some embodiments, the first network device comprises a server to which the item recycling application corresponds.
In step S12, the first network device sends a delivery reservation instruction to the corresponding article recycling device to make the article recycling device reserve the corresponding delivery space. In some embodiments, the article recycling apparatus (e.g., a waste recycler) is used to recycle waste paper, waste plastic bottles, waste metals, waste packaging, waste textiles, and the like. In some embodiments, the article recycling device is provided with a communication module so that the article recycling device is in communication connection with the first network device through the communication module. In some embodiments, the corresponding item recycling device is an item recycling device located proximate to the first user. For example, after receiving the recycling request sent by the first user device, the first network device queries, from an item recycling device information base, an item recycling device whose distance between a device address and the location information is equal to or less than a distance threshold value based on the location information of the first user (e.g., a receiving address filled by the first user when purchasing the target item, or location information of the first user included in the recycling request), and sends a delivery reservation instruction to the item recycling device. For example, after receiving the recycling request sent by the first user device, the first network device sends a delivery reservation instruction to the corresponding article recycling device, so as to reserve a delivery space for a delivery article to be delivered by the first user in advance.
In step S13, the first network device receives delivery information about the delivery item sent by the item recovery device. In some embodiments, the delivery information includes, but is not limited to, image information collected by the item recycling device about the delivery item delivered by the first user, and/or related information (e.g., delivery item attribute information, etc.) input by the first user at the item recycling device side, so that the first network device obtains the delivery item attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information. For example, the article recycling device is provided with an input operation interface through which a user can input related information (e.g., delivery article attribute information, etc.). For another example, the article recycling device is provided with a collection module (e.g., a high definition camera, etc.), and image information of the delivered articles can be acquired through the collection module. In some embodiments, the article recycling device sends delivery information of a delivery article to the first network device after acquiring the delivery information.
In step S14, the first network device acquires delivery item attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information. In some embodiments, the delivery item attribute information comprises at least one of: the material, weight and appearance of the delivery article. For example, the delivery information includes related information input by the first user, and the first user inputs delivery item attribute information (for example, material and weight of the delivery item) of the delivery item in an item recycling device and sends the delivery item attribute information to the first network device through the item recycling device; the first network device may directly obtain the delivery item attribute information from the delivery information sent by the item recycling device. For another example, the delivery information includes image information of the delivery item, the delivery item has delivery item attribute information of the delivery item printed or attached thereon (for example, a merchant prints or attaches the delivery item attribute information on a package box of a commodity during shipment), the item recycling device acquires the image information of the delivery item through an acquisition module (for example, a high-power microscope, a high-pixel camera, a high-definition camera, and the like), and the first network device acquires the image information and identifies the delivery item attribute information in the image information. For another example, the delivery information includes image information of the delivery item, and the first network device obtains delivery item attribute information (for example, material and appearance of the delivery item) of the delivery item by performing recognition analysis on the image information. For another example, the delivery information includes image information and related information input by the first user, and at least delivery item attribute information such as material of the delivery item can be obtained through the image information. In some embodiments, the delivery information may further include parameter information (e.g., weight) about the delivery item, and the collection module may further include a weight scale for collecting the weight of the delivery item. The article recycling equipment acquires and acquires weight information of delivered articles through a weighing instrument so as to send the weight information to the first network equipment. In some embodiments, the first network device may identify an appearance of the delivery item in the image information based on image technology. In some embodiments, the first network device may analyze and process the image information of the delivery item captured and collected by the item recycling device based on AI calculation (e.g., artificial intelligence algorithm) to obtain delivery item attribute information such as material of the delivery item. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described specific operations of obtaining the attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information sent by the item recycling device are only examples, and other specific operations that are currently or later become possible are also within the scope of the present application and are included herein by reference.
In step S15, the first network device determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the matching result between the delivery item attribute information and the package registration information of the target item corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user. In some embodiments, the target item comprises an online shopping commodity purchased online by a user, and the delivery item is used for packaging the target item. For example, the target item is a shoe and the delivery item is a shoe box for packaging the shoe. For another example, the target object is a cup, and the delivery object is a packing box for packing the cup. For another example, the target item is a handbag of a certain brand, and the delivery item is a packing box for packing the handbag. In some embodiments, the package registration information is registered by the merchant and uploaded to the network device, for example, the target item is a commodity in an online store, and the merchant fills out the package registration information of the target item at the time of shipment and uploads the package registration information to the network device. In some embodiments, the resource allocation information includes, but is not limited to, an amount that the first user can specifically allocate. For example, the first network device directly transfers the amount of money to be allocated by the first user to the resource account of the first user. In some embodiments, the first network device matches the delivery item attribute information with the package registration information and determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user based on the match result (e.g., the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information, or the delivery item attribute information does not match the package registration information). For example, based on different matching results, the specific determination manner for determining the resource allocation information corresponding to the first user is different, so that the resource allocation information corresponding to the first user is different. For example, if the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information (e.g., the delivery item attribute information has a similarity to the package registration information equal to or greater than a similarity threshold, or the delivery item attribute information is equivalent to the package registration information), the first network device determines to transfer the corresponding first resource allocation information into the resource account of the first user. For example, since the package information (e.g., the material, weight, appearance, etc. of the package) of the product is determined when the product is shipped, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product may be directly registered by the merchant (e.g., the merchant uploads the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product and the package registration information to the network device at the same time when the product is shipped), so that the first network device determines the corresponding first resource allocation information when it detects that the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information. In some embodiments, since the merchant has already determined the package registration information of the goods when shipping, during recycling, it is only necessary to detect whether the delivery item attribute information of the delivery item delivered by the user matches with the corresponding package registration information, and if matching, it indicates that the package of the goods purchased on-line by the user is recycled, and at this time, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the package may be directly determined. In some embodiments, the packaging of different items may vary, for example, some items may be better packaged and some items may be of lesser quality. The merchant can improve the first resource allocation information corresponding to the online purchased goods to encourage the user to recycle and deliver the package, for example, especially for the package with better package quality, the merchant can also save the expenditure of the package. In other embodiments, if the matching result is that the delivery item attribute information is not matched with the package registration information, the second resource allocation information corresponding to the first user may be determined according to the actual weight of the delivery item and the unit price corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the second resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user. For example, if the attribute information of the delivery item is not matched with the package registration information, the recycling operation of the first network device for the first user is transferred to a common charging process, for example, items of different materials correspond to different unit prices, and the first network device calculates corresponding second resource allocation information according to the actual weight of the delivery item and the unit price corresponding to the material of the delivery item, so as to transfer the second resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user.
For example, after receiving a cup purchased on-line by user a (e.g., the first user is user a), user a sends a recycling request through an article recycling application installed on a mobile phone (e.g., the first user device is the mobile phone). Further, a server corresponding to the article recycling application (for example, the first network device is the server) sends a delivery reservation instruction to a corresponding article recycling device. The user a delivers the packaging box (for example, the delivery item is the packaging box) of the cup (for example, the target item is the cup) purchased by the user a to the item recycling apparatus, and the material and the weight of the packaging box are attached to the packaging box (for example, the delivery item attribute information includes the material and the weight of the packaging box). The article recycling device shoots image information of a packaging box delivered by a user through a camera device (for example, the delivery information is the image information), and sends the image information to the first network device, wherein the image information comprises the material and the weight of the packaging box, and the appearance form of the packaging box can be obtained through the image information. The first network device matches delivery item attribute information acquired based on delivery information sent by the item recovery device with package registration information (for example, the package registration information includes the material and weight of a package box) of the cup registered by a merchant at the time of delivery, and determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to a matching result of the two. For example, if the two match, the first network device determines to transfer the corresponding first resource allocation information to the resource account of the user a. In some embodiments, the first resource allocation information is higher than the second resource allocation information determined based on the actual weight of the delivery item and the unit price corresponding to the delivery item, so that the user is encouraged to recycle the package of the online purchased goods, and the problem of a large amount of express delivery garbage caused by the increased express delivery amount is solved.
In some embodiments, the package registration information is obtained based on the first order information or the second order information query; the method further includes step S16 (not shown), in step S16, if the recycling request includes the first order information, querying package registration information of the target item according to the first order information; otherwise, if the second order information can be acquired based on the delivery information, the packaging registration information of the target object is inquired according to the second order information. For example, the first network device may query corresponding package registration information based on the first order information or the second order information, so as to determine a matching result between the delivery item attribute information and the package registration information of the target item, please refer to the following embodiments for corresponding specific embodiments, which is not described herein again. In some embodiments, a delivery reservation instruction may also be sent to the article recycling device based on the queried package registration information, and for a corresponding specific implementation, please refer to the following embodiments, which are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the first order information is included in the recovery request sent by the first user equipment. For example, the status information (e.g., shipping, in-transit, and confirmation of receipt) of the target item (e.g., online shopping product) in the shopping application may be synchronized into the item recycling application, and after receiving the target item, the first user may directly send a recycling request to the first network device through the item recycling application, where the recycling request directly includes order information of the target item. For another example, the first user may also input the first order information of the target item in the first user device to send a recycling request including the first order information to the first network device. In some embodiments, the delivery information includes, but is not limited to, image information and/or related information input by the first user, for example, second order information is pasted or printed on the delivery item delivered by the first user (for example, the order information of the target item is pasted or printed on the packaging box by the merchant at the time of delivery), and the second order information in the image information captured by the item recycling apparatus can be identified by the first network device; or, the first user may input the second order information in the article recycling device, and the delivery information sent by the article recycling device to the first network device further includes the second order information. Here, "first" and "second" of the "first order information" and "second order information" are used only to distinguish between "order information" acquired based on a recovery request and "order information" acquired based on "delivery information". In some embodiments, the order information includes an order number. In some embodiments, if the recovery request sent by the first user equipment includes first order information, the first network equipment queries package registration information of the target item according to the first order information; if the recovery request sent by the first user equipment does not include the first order information, second order information can be obtained based on delivery information sent by the article recovery equipment, and the first network equipment queries corresponding package registration information according to the second order information. In other words, for the accuracy of the query result, the first network device preferentially queries corresponding package registration information based on the first order information in the recovery request, and when the recovery request does not include the first order information and second order information can be acquired based on the delivery information, the first network device queries corresponding package registration information based on the second order information. For example, the recovery request includes first order information, second order information may also be acquired based on the delivery information, and the first network device queries corresponding package registration information based on the first order information.
In some embodiments, the method further includes, before the step S11, a step S17 (not shown), in which the first network device acquires packaging information of the target item, wherein the packaging information includes third order information of the target item and packaging registration information, in a step S17; establishing a mapping relation between the third order information and the package registration information; the step S16 includes: if the recovery request comprises the first order information, the first network equipment inquires package registration information of the target object according to the first order information, wherein the first order information is the same as the third order information, and a mapping relation exists between the third order information and the package registration information; otherwise, if the second order information can be acquired based on the delivery information, the packaging registration information of the target object is inquired according to the second order information, wherein the first order information is the same as the third order information, and a mapping relation exists between the third order information and the packaging registration information. Here, "first", "second", and "third" of the "first order information", "second order information", and "third order information" are used only to distinguish "order information" acquired based on a recovery request, "order information" acquired based on "delivery information", and "order information" when a mapping relationship is established in advance by the first network device. For example, for an online shopping product (for example, the target item is an online shopping product), the first network device may pre-establish a mapping relationship between order information (for example, the third order information) of the online shopping product and package registration information, so that the first network device queries, based on the acquired first order information or second order information, package registration information corresponding to the third order information that is the same as the first order information or second order information. In some embodiments, a package information base is established in the first network device, and the package information base includes a plurality of third order information and package registration information corresponding to each third order information, so that the first network device queries the corresponding package registration information from the package information base. In some embodiments, the first network device establishes a mapping relationship between the third order information and the package registration information based on the package information about the target item sent by the second network device.
In some embodiments, the step S17 includes: the first network device receives packaging information which is sent by the second network device and related to the target item, wherein the packaging information is sent to the second network device by the second user device in response to the second user confirming the delivery operation of the target item. In some embodiments, the second network device includes, but is not limited to, a server corresponding to a shopping application, the second user includes, but is not limited to, a merchant, and the second user device is a user device corresponding to the second user. In some embodiments, the merchant confirms the shipment of the target item through a second user device, and the second user device sends packaging information about the target item to the corresponding second network device in response to confirming the shipment (e.g., the merchant inputs the packaging information of the target item in advance so as to send the packaging information to the second network device while confirming the shipment). And the second network equipment receives the packaging information and sends the packaging information of the target object to the first network equipment, so that the first network equipment establishes a mapping relation between the third order information and the packaging registration information based on the packaging information.
In some embodiments, the method further includes, before step S13, step S18 (not shown), in step S18, the first network device sending delivery reminder information to the first user device. In some embodiments, the first network device sends delivery reservation instructions to the article recycling device and sends delivery reminding information to the first user device to remind the first user that delivery is available. In other embodiments, the first network device sends a delivery reservation instruction to the article recycling device at a preset time or sends a delivery reminding message to the first user device at a fixed time, so as to remind the first user device of delivery at a fixed time.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes a step S121 (not shown), a step S122 (not shown), and a step S123 (not shown), in the step S121, the first network device determines a target recycling bin from one or more free recycling bins of the item recycling device; in step S122, the first network device generates a temporary password of the target recycling bin; in step S123, the first network device sends a delivery reservation instruction to the article recycling device, where the delivery reservation instruction includes cabinet identification information of the target recycling cabinet and a temporary password related to the target recycling cabinet, and the article recycling device verifies verification information provided by the first user based on the temporary password and opens the target recycling cabinet after the verification passes. In some embodiments, the article recycling device is of a cabinet type and comprises a plurality of recycling cabinets, and the doors of the recycling cabinets can be opened through passwords. In some embodiments, the first network device updates the current status (e.g., whether it is an idle status) and the size of the enclosure for each recycling bin. In some embodiments, the first network device may randomly determine one of the one or more free recycle bins as a target recycle bin in response to the recycle request. In other embodiments, the package registration information further includes package size information (e.g., the size of the package box), and the first network device also determines a target recycling bin from one or more recycling bins currently in an idle state according to the package size information recorded in the queried package registration information, where the bin size of the target recycling bin matches the package size information (e.g., the bin size is slightly larger than the package size information). In still other embodiments, the target recycling bin may also be determined by the first user, e.g., the item recycling device presents to the first user one or more free recycling bins that are currently in an idle state from which the target recycling bin is determined by the first user. Further, the first device generates a temporary password (e.g., a random string) for the target recovery cabinet. In some embodiments, the delivery reservation instruction sent by the first network device to the article recycling device includes cabinet identification information of the target recycling cabinet and a temporary password, so that the article recycling device determines the corresponding target recycling cabinet and verifies the verification information provided by the first user based on the temporary password. For example, when the verification information input by the first user is the same as the temporary password, the article recycling equipment automatically controls to open the cabinet door of the target recycling cabinet corresponding to the temporary password.
In some embodiments, said step S121 comprises at least one of:
1) if the recovery request comprises first order information, determining a target recovery cabinet from one or more idle recovery cabinets of the article recovery equipment according to packaging registration information corresponding to the first order information, wherein the cabinet body size of the target recovery cabinet is matched with the packaging size information recorded in the packaging registration information; alternatively, the target recycling bin is determined based on selection information of one or more free recycling bins of the item recycling device by the first user. For example, if the recovery request sent by the first user equipment includes first order information, the first network device determines a target recovery cabinet from one or more idle recovery cabinets according to package registration information corresponding to the first order information, where a cabinet size of the target recovery cabinet matches package size information described in the package registration information (e.g., the cabinet size is slightly larger than the package size information). Alternatively, when the recycling request includes the first order information, the target recycling bin may also be determined based on selection information of the first user on one or more free recycling bins of the article recycling device, so as to increase the autonomous selectivity of the user. For example, one or more free recycling bins may be presented to a first user by the item recycling device; one or more idle recycling cabinets may also be presented to the first user by the article recycling application, and the first user may select a target recycling cabinet from the one or more idle recycling cabinets, and send selection information (for example, the cabinet identification information of the target recycling cabinet is included in the selection information) to the first network device through the article recycling device or the first user device, so that the first network device generates a temporary password of the target recycling cabinet.
2) If the recycling request does not include the first order information, randomly determining a target recycling cabinet from one or more idle recycling cabinets of the article recycling equipment; alternatively, the target recycling bin is determined based on selection information of one or more free recycling bins of the item recycling device by the first user. For example, if the recycling request sent by the first user equipment does not include the first order information, the first network device may randomly determine an idle recycling bin from one or more idle recycling bins as a target recycling bin. Alternatively, when the recycling request does not include the first order information, the target recycling bin may also be determined based on selection information of the first user on one or more free recycling bins of the article recycling device, so as to increase the autonomous selectivity of the user.
Of course, those skilled in the art will recognize that the specific operations described above for identifying a target recycling bin are merely exemplary, and that other specific operations now or hereafter may occur, as applicable to the present application, are within the scope of the present application and are incorporated herein by reference.
In some embodiments, the delivery information includes image information about the delivery item, the step S14 includes: and the first network equipment performs data analysis on the image information to at least obtain delivery item attribute information of the delivery items. For example, at least delivery item attribute information on the delivery item may be obtained by analyzing and processing the image information based on image information, and the first order information may be input by the first user or may be included in the image information in the same manner, and the first order information may be identified by image recognition. For example, first order information is pasted or printed on a delivery article, the article recycling device shoots image information about the delivery article and sends the image information to the first network device, and the first network device identifies the image information to obtain the first order information included in the image information; AI calculation is performed on the image information to obtain delivery item attribute information (e.g., material, appearance, etc.) of the delivery item. In some embodiments, the appearance morphology includes, but is not limited to, shape, color, and the like. For another example, no first order information is pasted or printed on the delivery item, the first order information is input by the first user, and the AI calculation is performed on the image information to obtain delivery item attribute information (e.g., material, appearance, etc.) of the delivery item.
In some embodiments, if the recovery request includes first order information, and second order information may also be obtained based on the delivery information; the step S15 includes: if the first order information is the same as the second order information, determining resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the matching result of the delivery item attribute information and the packaging registration information of the target item corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to a resource account of the first user. In some embodiments, if the recovery request includes first order information and second order information may be acquired based on delivery information delivered by a first user, the first network device needs to detect whether the second order information acquired based on the delivery information is the same as the first order information in the recovery request, and if the second order information acquired based on the delivery information is the same as the first order information in the recovery request, the first network device further determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to a matching result between the delivery item attribute information and the inquired package registration information of the target item corresponding to the delivery item.
In some embodiments, the step S15 includes: if the delivery item attribute information is matched with the package registration information, the first network equipment determines first resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the first order information or the second order information, so that the first resource allocation information is transferred to a resource account of the first user. In some embodiments, the matching of the delivery item attribute information with the package registration information includes at least the following three scenarios: 1) the delivery item attribute information is the same as the package registration information. For example, the delivery item attribute information includes a material, and the package registration information also includes a material at the time of registration, and at this time, the delivery item attribute information needs to be the same as the package registration information to determine that the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information. 2) The similarity between the delivery article attribute information and the package registration information is equal to or greater than a similarity threshold value. For example, the delivery item attribute information may include an appearance form and a weight, and the package registration information may also include an appearance image and a weight at the time of registration, and in this case, the appearance form and the weight may not be completely the same, and a certain error may exist. 3) The delivery article attribute information and the package registration information have the same condition, and the similarity is equal to or greater than the similarity threshold value. For example, if the delivery item attribute information includes a material, an appearance form, and a weight, and the package registration information also includes a material, an appearance form, and a weight at the time of registration, then the material in the delivery item attribute information needs to be the same as the material in the package registration information, and the appearance form and the weight of both may not be completely the same, and a certain error may exist, and it may be determined that the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information. For example, if the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information, the first network device may determine, based on the first order information or the second order information, first resource allocation information corresponding to the first user, and transfer the first resource allocation information to a resource account of the first user. For example, since the package information (e.g., the material, weight, appearance, etc. of the package) of the product is determined when the product is shipped, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product may be directly registered by the merchant (e.g., the merchant uploads the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product and the package registration information to the network device at the same time when the product is shipped), so that when the first network device detects that the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information, the first network device directly obtains the corresponding first resource allocation information according to the first order information or the second order information. In some embodiments, since the merchant has already determined the package registration information of the goods when shipping, during recycling, it is only necessary to detect whether the delivery item attribute information of the delivery item delivered by the user matches with the package registration information corresponding to the order information, and if matching, it indicates that the user has recycled the package of the online purchased goods, and at this time, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the package may be directly determined. In some embodiments, the packaging of different items may vary, for example, some items may be better packaged and some items may be of lesser quality. The merchant may enhance the first resource allocation information to encourage the user to deliver the package for recycling, for example, the merchant may also save the cost of the package, especially for packages with better package quality.
In some embodiments, the determining, according to the first order information or the second order information, first resource allocation information corresponding to the first user includes: if the delivery request comprises first order information, acquiring resource allocation information which has a mapping relation with the first order information according to the first order information, and taking the resource allocation information as first resource allocation information corresponding to the first user. For example, since the packaging information (e.g., material, weight, appearance, etc. of the package) of the product is determined when the product is shipped, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product may be directly registered by the merchant (e.g., the merchant uploads the first resource allocation information corresponding to the product and the packaging registration information to the network device at the same time when the product is shipped, and in some embodiments, the merchant may directly upload the first resource allocation information corresponding to the order information and the packaging registration information of the target item to the second network device, and then the second network device sends the first resource allocation information corresponding to the order information and the packaging registration information of the target item to the first network device). In some embodiments, the first network device establishes a mapping relationship between order information (for example, the order information used for establishing a mapping relationship in advance at the server may be referred to as third order information for convenience of distinction) of the commodity and the first resource allocation information, so that when the first network device detects that the attribute information of the delivery item matches the package registration information, the first network device directly obtains the first resource allocation information corresponding to the first order information or the second order information according to the first order information or the second order information. For example, if the second order information can be acquired based on the delivery information, the resource allocation information having a mapping relationship with the second order information may be queried by preferentially using the second order information acquired from the delivery information of the delivery item actually delivered by the first user. And if the second order information is not acquired based on the delivery information and the recovery request comprises the first order information, inquiring resource allocation information which has a mapping relation with the first order information based on the first order information. In some embodiments, since the merchant has already determined the package registration information of the goods when shipping, during recycling, it is only necessary to detect whether the delivery item attribute information of the delivery item delivered by the user matches with the package registration information corresponding to the order information, and if so, it indicates that the user has recycled the package of the goods corresponding to the order information, and at this time, the first resource allocation information corresponding to the package may be directly determined. In some embodiments, the packaging of different items may vary, for example, some items may be better packaged and some items may be of lesser quality. The merchant or a third-party platform (for example, a third-party platform) may improve the first resource allocation information corresponding to the order information to encourage the user to recycle and deliver the package, for example, especially for a package with better package quality, the merchant may also save the expenditure of the package, and avoid the waste of resources.
In some embodiments, the step S15 includes: and if the delivery item attribute information is not matched with the package registration information, determining second resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the actual weight of the delivery item and the unit price corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the second resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user.
In some embodiments, the delivery item attribute information does not match the package registration information, including at least any one of:
1) and obtaining second order information based on the delivery information and on the fact that the first order information is not included in the recovery request. For example, for a non-express packaging box, order information does not exist, and for the recycled articles, the situation that the recycled articles are not matched can be determined, and the process is switched to a common charging process. For non-packaging boxes, corresponding order information does not exist, the first order information is not included in the recovery request, the second order information cannot be obtained based on the delivery information, the recovered articles can be directly determined to be not matched, and the method is switched to a common billing process.
2) The package registration information is not acquired. For example, if the recovery request includes the first order information and/or the delivery information includes the second order information, but the corresponding package registration information cannot be queried based on the first order information in the recovery request or based on the second order information in the delivery information, it may also be determined that the recovered items are not matched, and a normal billing process may be performed.
3) The delivery item attribute information is different from the package registration information. For example, the delivery item attribute information includes a material, and the package registration information also includes a material at the time of registration, and at this time, the delivery item attribute information needs to be the same as the package registration information to determine that the delivery item attribute information matches the package registration information; otherwise, the two are determined not to match.
4) The similarity between the delivery article attribute information and the package registration information is smaller than a similarity threshold value. For example, the delivery item attribute information includes appearance and weight, and the package registration information also includes appearance image and weight at the time of registration, in this case, the appearance and weight may not be completely the same, and there may be a certain error; and if the similarity of the two is smaller than a preset similarity threshold value, determining that the two are not matched. For another example, the delivery item attribute information includes a material, an appearance form, and a weight, and the package registration information also includes a material, an appearance form, and a weight at the time of registration, at this time, the material in the delivery item attribute information needs to be the same as the material in the package registration information, the appearance form and the weight of the two may not be completely the same, and a certain error may exist, and if the similarity between the appearance form and the weight of the two is smaller than the similarity threshold, and the materials are different, the two are not matched; or, the similarity of the appearance form and the weight of the two is respectively smaller than the similarity threshold, and the materials are the same, which is not matched.
Of course, those skilled in the art will recognize that the specific situations described above are merely examples, and that other situations now existing or later which may occur are also within the scope of the present application and are incorporated by reference herein.
In some embodiments, the delivery item attribute information comprises at least one of:
1) actual material information of the delivery article. For example, the package registration information describes the material registered in the target item at the time of shipment, and the actual material information of the delivery item is obtained based on the delivery information. In some embodiments, the actual material information of the delivery item may be input by the first user, or may be calculated by AI according to the image information of the delivery item.
2) Actual weight information of the delivery item. For example, the package registration information describes the weight of the target item registered at the time of shipment, and the actual weight information of the delivery item is obtained based on the delivery information. In some embodiments, the actual weight information of the delivery item may be input by the first user, or may be sent to the first network device after the item recycling device detects the actual weight information by a detection device such as a weight meter.
3) The actual appearance of the delivery article. In some embodiments, the appearance modality includes, but is not limited to, shape, color, brand identification, and the like information. For example, the package registration information describes the appearance of the target item registered at the time of shipment, and the delivery information indicates the actual appearance of the delivery item. In some embodiments, the actual appearance of the delivery item may be input by the first user or calculated by the first network device through AI based on the image information of the delivery item.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described delivery item attribute information is merely exemplary, and that other delivery item attribute information, now existing or later, may be present and may be applicable to the present application, and is within the scope of the present application and is incorporated herein by reference.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for recycling articles according to another embodiment of the present application, the method comprising steps S21, S22. In step S21, the article recycling device reserves a corresponding delivery space in response to a delivery reservation instruction sent by a first network device, wherein the delivery reservation instruction is sent by the first network device to the article recycling device in response to a recycling request about an article sent by a first user device; in step S22, the item recycling device sends delivery information about a delivery item to the first network device, where the first network device obtains delivery item attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information, and determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to a matching result of the delivery item attribute information and package registration information of a target item corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to a resource account of the first user. Here, the embodiment of the article recycling device end is the same as or similar to the embodiment corresponding to the first network device end, and the above mainly explains the present solution from the perspective of the first network device end, and the following mainly explains the present solution from the perspective of the article recycling device end.
Specifically, in step S21, the article recycling device reserves the corresponding delivery space in response to a delivery reservation instruction sent by the first network device, wherein the delivery reservation instruction is sent by the first network device to the article recycling device in response to a recycling request for the article sent by the first user device.
In step S22, the item recycling device sends delivery information about a delivery item to the first network device, where the first network device obtains delivery item attribute information of the delivery item based on the delivery information, and determines resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to a matching result of the delivery item attribute information and package registration information of a target item corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the resource allocation information to a resource account of the first user.
In some embodiments, the item recycling apparatus includes an acquisition module that sends delivery information about the delivery item to the first network device, including: the delivery information of the delivery goods delivered by the first user is acquired and obtained through the acquisition module; and sending the delivery information to the first network equipment. For example, the delivery information includes image information of the delivery item, delivery item attribute information of the delivery item on which a target item is printed or attached (for example, a merchant prints or attaches order information and delivery item attribute information on a packaging box of a commodity when delivering goods), or the delivery item attribute information and second order information, the item recycling device acquires image information of the delivery item through an acquisition module (for example, a high-power microscope, a high-pixel camera, a high-definition camera, and the like), and the first network device acquires the image information and identifies the second order information and/or the delivery item attribute information in the image information.

Here, the specific implementation manner corresponding to the fifth module is the same as or similar to the specific implementation manner of the step S15, and therefore, the detailed description is not repeated here and is included herein by way of reference.
In some embodiments, the one-five module is to: and if the delivery item attribute information is not matched with the package registration information, determining second resource allocation information corresponding to the first user according to the actual weight of the delivery item and the unit price corresponding to the delivery item, so as to transfer the second resource allocation information to the resource account of the first user.
Here, the specific implementation manner corresponding to the fifth module is the same as or similar to the specific implementation manner of the step S15, and therefore, the detailed description is not repeated here and is included herein by way of reference.
