In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the memory may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory. The memory can mainly comprise a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area can store an operating system, application programs needed by functions and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the above-described apparatus, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory may also include a memory controller to provide the processor access to the memory.
An embodiment of the present application provides a printing system, where the printing system may include: a client, a print server and a target printer;

the print server is used for receiving a drive file in a first format uploaded by a client; receiving a print request for the drive file in the first format sent by a target printer, and converting the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, wherein the target printer is a printer passing print matching authentication in a plurality of printers in communication connection with the print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer; transmitting the driver file in the second format to the target printer;
the target printer is used for sending a printing request aiming at the drive file in the first format to the printing server; receiving the driving file in the second format sent by the print server; and printing based on the drive file with the second format to obtain a print file.
An embodiment of the present application provides a printing apparatus, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus may include:
the driver file conversion module 810 is configured to respond to a print instruction corresponding to a file to be printed, convert the file to be printed into a driver file in a first format based on a local virtual printer, and display an authentication page;
an identity authentication result obtaining module 820, configured to respond to an identity authentication instruction triggered based on the authentication page, and obtain an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication instruction;
a driver file uploading module 830, configured to, when the identity authentication result is that authentication is successful, upload the driver file in the first format to a print server, so that the print server receives a print request for the driver file in the first format sent by a target printer, convert the driver file in the first format into a driver file in a second format, and send the driver file in the second format to the target printer, so that the target printer performs printing based on the driver file in the second format, to obtain a print file, where the target printer is a printer that passes print matching authentication among a plurality of printers communicatively connected to the print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the apparatus may further include:
a printer driver installation module, configured to install a printer driver corresponding to the local virtual printer;

and the conversion unit is used for converting the file to be printed into the drive file in the first format based on the printer driver corresponding to the local virtual printer.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the identity authentication instruction carries identity authentication information, and the identity authentication result obtaining module 820 may include:
an identity authentication information sending unit, configured to send the identity authentication information to an authentication server, so that the authentication server matches the identity authentication information with a preset authentication database to obtain a matching result, and takes the matching result as the identity authentication result;
and the identity authentication result receiving unit is used for receiving the identity authentication result sent by the authentication server.
The device and method embodiments in the device embodiment described above are based on the same inventive concept.
An embodiment of the present application provides another printing apparatus, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus may include:
a drive file receiving module 910, configured to receive a drive file in a first format uploaded by a client, where the drive file in the first format is obtained by the client responding to a print instruction corresponding to a file to be printed and converting the file to be printed based on a local virtual printer;
a driver file conversion module 920, configured to receive a print request for the driver file in the first format sent by a target printer, and convert the driver file in the first format into a driver file in a second format, where the target printer is a printer that passes print matching authentication among a plurality of printers communicatively connected to a print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer;
a driver file sending module 930, configured to send the driver file in the second format to the target printer, so that the target printer performs printing based on the driver file in the second format to obtain a printed file.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the apparatus may further include:
a printer driver installation module for respectively installing printer drivers corresponding to the plurality of printers, the corresponding printer drivers being matched with the operating system of the printer server;
accordingly, the driver file conversion module 920 may include:
and a conversion unit configured to convert the drive file in the first format into the drive file in the second format based on a printer driver corresponding to the target printer.
The device and method embodiments in the device embodiment described above are based on the same inventive concept.
The present application further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium may be disposed in a server to store at least one instruction or at least one program for implementing a printing method in one of the method embodiments, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the printing method provided by the method embodiment.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be located in at least one network server of a plurality of network servers of a computer network. Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
According to the embodiment of the printing method, the client, the server, the system, the device or the storage medium, the client only needs to install the universal virtual printer, the file to be printed is converted into the drive file in the first format based on the virtual printer, so that the client can install any operating system, different printing drivers do not need to be installed according to different operating systems or different brands of printing equipment, the tedious operation of installing the drive program is reduced, and the printing experience of a user is improved; on the other hand, through the identity authentication of client and the printing matching authentication of target printer, form the binding relation between user and the file and the target printer of waiting to print for the user need not appoint the printer when establishing the print task, can select idle printer as the target printer by the printer limit scene, when promoting printer availability factor, further ensure the privacy of printing the file on the printer, thereby can promote the security that the file printed.
It should be noted that: the sequence of the embodiments of the present application is only for description, and does not represent the advantages and disadvantages of the embodiments. And specific embodiments thereof have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.

In particular, for the apparatus, device and storage medium embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program to instruct relevant hardware to implement the above program, and the above program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A method of printing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a client responds to a printing instruction corresponding to a file to be printed, the file to be printed is converted into a driving file in a first format based on a local virtual printer, and an authentication page is displayed;
the client side responds to an identity authentication instruction triggered based on the authentication page, and an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication instruction is obtained;
when the identity authentication result is that authentication is successful, the client uploads the driving file in the first format to a printing server;
the method comprises the steps that a printing server receives a printing request, sent by a target printer, for a drive file in a first format, and converts the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, wherein the target printer is a printer which passes printing matching authentication in a plurality of printers in communication connection with the printing server, and the second format is a printing format supported by the target printer;
and the printing server sends the driving file in the second format to the target printer so that the target printer prints based on the driving file in the second format to obtain a printing file.
2. A method of printing, the method comprising:
responding to a printing instruction corresponding to a file to be printed, converting the file to be printed into a driving file in a first format based on a local virtual printer, and displaying an authentication page;
responding to an identity authentication instruction triggered based on the authentication page, and acquiring an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication instruction;
when the identity authentication result is that authentication is successful, uploading the drive file in the first format to a print server, so that the print server receives a print request, sent by a target printer, for the drive file in the first format, converts the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, and sends the drive file in the second format to the target printer, so that the target printer prints based on the drive file in the second format, to obtain a print file, wherein the target printer is a printer which passes print matching authentication among a plurality of printers in communication connection with the print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the converting the file to be printed into the driver file in the first format based on the local virtual printer in response to the print instruction corresponding to the file to be printed, the method further comprises:
installing a printer driver corresponding to the local virtual printer;
the converting the file to be printed into the driver file in the first format based on the local virtual printer comprises:
and converting the file to be printed into a drive file in the first format based on a printer driver corresponding to the local virtual printer.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the identity authentication instruction carries identity authentication information, and the obtaining of the identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication instruction comprises:
sending the identity authentication information to an authentication server so that the authentication server matches the identity authentication information with a preset authentication database to obtain a matching result, and taking the matching result as the identity authentication result;
and receiving the identity authentication result sent by the authentication server.
5. A method of printing, the method comprising:
receiving a drive file in a first format uploaded by a client, wherein the drive file in the first format is obtained by responding to a printing instruction corresponding to a file to be printed by the client and converting the file to be printed based on a local virtual printer;
receiving a printing request aiming at the drive file in the first format and sent by a target printer, and converting the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, wherein the target printer is a printer which passes printing matching authentication in a plurality of printers in communication connection with a printing server, and the second format is a printing format supported by the target printer;
and sending the drive file in the second format to the target printer so that the target printer prints based on the drive file in the second format to obtain a print file.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to receiving the driver file in the first format uploaded by the client, the method further comprises:
respectively installing printer drivers corresponding to the plurality of printers, wherein the corresponding printer drivers are matched with an operating system of the printer server;
the converting the driver file in the first format into the driver file in the second format includes:
and converting the drive file in the first format into the drive file in the second format based on a printer driver corresponding to the target printer.
7. A printing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the drive file conversion module is used for responding to a print instruction corresponding to a file to be printed, converting the file to be printed into a drive file in a first format based on a local virtual printer, and displaying an authentication page;
the identity authentication result acquisition module is used for responding to an identity authentication instruction triggered based on the authentication page and acquiring an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication instruction;
and the drive file uploading module is used for uploading the drive file in the first format to a print server when the identity authentication result is that the authentication is successful, so that the print server receives a print request, which is sent by a target printer and aims at the drive file in the first format, converting the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, and sending the drive file in the second format to the target printer, so that the target printer prints based on the drive file in the second format to obtain a print file, wherein the target printer is a printer which passes print matching authentication in a plurality of printers in communication connection with the print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer.
8. A printing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the device comprises a drive file receiving module, a print module and a print module, wherein the drive file receiving module is used for receiving a drive file in a first format uploaded by a client, and the drive file in the first format is obtained by the client responding to a print instruction corresponding to a file to be printed and converting the file to be printed based on a local virtual printer;
the device comprises a drive file conversion module, a print server and a storage module, wherein the drive file conversion module is used for receiving a print request of a target printer aiming at a drive file in a first format and converting the drive file in the first format into a drive file in a second format, the target printer is a printer which passes print matching authentication and is in communication connection with the print server, and the second format is a print format supported by the target printer;
and the drive file sending module is used for sending the drive file in the second format to the target printer so that the target printer prints based on the drive file in the second format to obtain a print file.
9. A print client, characterized in that the client comprises a processor and a memory, in which at least one instruction or at least one program is stored, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the printing method according to any one of claims 2 to 4.
10. A print server, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the memory, and wherein the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the printing method according to any one of claims 5 to 6.
