In some embodiments, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may be specifically applied to a client application platform in an electronic device. The client application platform may be a network (Web) end application platform, an applet end application platform, or an independent application program.
Here, the Web-side application platform is an application platform that is accessible on a Web page. In some embodiments, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may also be applied to an application program of an electronic device. It can be understood that, the electronic device receives a request of the interactive object for certain virtual effect data through the application program, obtains the virtual effect data from a preset virtual effect database stored in a local storage space of the electronic device, and displays a virtual effect corresponding to the virtual effect data on a display interface of the electronic device.
In the scenario of displaying the virtual effect data, the electronic device obtains the virtual effect data in an interactive manner with the server, and the AR presentation system is described by taking the presentation of the AR effect as an example.

The preset preference threshold may be a preset parameter value, and the preset preference threshold may be 80% or 90%, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Here, after determining that the interactive object likes the first virtual effect data, the electronic device may search a virtual effect database having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data from a preset virtual effect database to obtain at least one recommended virtual effect database.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the obtaining of the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data in S1022 may be implemented by:
s1022a, determining similarity between each piece of virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first piece of virtual effect data;
s1022b, obtaining the virtual effect data with the similarity greater than the preset similarity threshold from the preset virtual effect database, and obtaining at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data.
In some embodiments, the preset virtual effects database may be stored in a local storage space of the electronic device. The electronic device may calculate, through local computing resources, a similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database, so as to obtain a similarity between each virtual effect data and the first virtual effect data.
In other embodiments, the preset virtual effects database may be stored in a server. The electronic device may send the identification information of the first virtual effect data to the server through the client application platform, and after receiving the identification information of the first virtual effect data, the server may determine the first virtual effect data according to the first identification information. Further, the server may calculate a similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database. In this way, the server may transmit the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data to the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after determining the similarity between each piece of virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first piece of virtual effect data, the electronic device may select, from the preset virtual effect database, the piece of virtual effect data whose similarity satisfies the preset similarity threshold, that is, the piece of virtual effect data with high similarity to the first piece of virtual effect data, so as to obtain at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data.
Therefore, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can provide the interactive object with the virtual effect data with high similarity to the favorite virtual effect data, so that the recommended virtual effect data better conforms to the use habit of the interactive object, and the richness and intelligence of data recommendation and the human-computer interaction performance are improved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, there are many methods for calculating the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each of the preset virtual effect databases, and three methods are described below.
In a first way,
In some embodiments, the determining of the similarity between each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data in S1022a may be implemented by:
determining a first object set associated with the first virtual effect data and a second object set associated with each virtual effect data in a preset virtual effect database; the first object set comprises objects with preference degrees to the first virtual effect data larger than a preset preference threshold; the second object set comprises objects with the preference degree of each virtual effect data larger than a preset preference threshold;
and obtaining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data based on the similarity between the objects in the first object set and the objects in the second object set.
In the disclosed embodiment, the electronic device may determine a set of objects that like the first virtual effect data (i.e., a first set of objects) and a set of objects that like each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database (i.e., a second set of objects). The electronic device may calculate a similarity between the object in the first set of objects and the object in each second set of objects to obtain a similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database.
In short, the virtual effect data a and the virtual effect data B have a great similarity because the object of the virtual effect data a is liked, and the virtual effect data B is also liked for the most part.
Based on this, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can provide the interactive object with the virtual effect data with high similarity to the favorite virtual effect data, so that the recommended virtual effect data better conforms to the use habit of the interactive object, and the richness and intelligence of data recommendation and the human-computer interaction performance are improved.
The second way,
In some embodiments, the determining of the similarity between each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data in S1022a may be implemented by:
calculating the Euclidean distance between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in a preset virtual effect database;
and obtaining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data based on the Euclidean distance.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the electronic device may directly calculate the euclidean distance between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database, and determine the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data according to the euclidean distance. The larger the euclidean distance is, the lower the similarity between two virtual effect data is, whereas the smaller the euclidean distance is, the higher the similarity between the two is.
That is, the electronic device may directly calculate a physical distance between the two pieces of virtual effect data, and determine a similarity between the two pieces of virtual effect data, where the similarity may represent a content similarity between the two pieces of virtual effect data.
Based on this, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can provide the interactive object with the virtual effect data with high similarity to the favorite virtual effect data content, so that the recommended virtual effect data better conforms to the use habit of the interactive object, and the richness and intelligence of data recommendation and the human-computer interaction performance are improved.
The third method,
In some embodiments, the determining of the similarity between each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data in S1022a may be implemented by:
determining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in a preset virtual effect database through a similarity calculation model;
wherein the similarity calculation model is used for calculating the similarity between the virtual effect data.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device may acquire the similarity calculation model constructed by the machine learning technique in advance. The similarity calculation model may be obtained by pre-training the electronic device, or may be obtained by the electronic device from a third-party server, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may train the similarity calculation model according to a large number of virtual effect data samples and the similarity between every two virtual effect data samples, so as to obtain the trained similarity calculation model. In this way, the electronic device may input each piece of virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first piece of virtual effect data into the trained similarity calculation model, and after performing calculation processing through the similarity calculation model, the output result is the similarity between the first piece of virtual effect data and each piece of virtual effect data.
In other embodiments, the electronic device may train the similarity calculation model according to a large number of virtual effect data samples, an object set sample corresponding to each virtual effect data sample, and a similarity between every two virtual effect data samples, so as to obtain the trained similarity calculation model. In this way, the electronic device may input each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the second object set corresponding to each virtual effect data into the trained similarity calculation model, and after performing calculation processing through the similarity calculation model, the output result is the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data.
That is, the similarity calculation model may integrate the similarity of contents between the virtual effect data and the similarity of the objects to determine the similarity between the two virtual effect data. Therefore, the similarity between the virtual effect data can be determined more accurately, and the accuracy of data recommendation is improved.
In summary, the data recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can provide the interactive object with the virtual effect data with high similarity to the favorite virtual effect data content, so that the recommended virtual effect data better conforms to the usage habit of the interactive object, and the richness and intelligence of data recommendation and the human-computer interaction performance are improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in S103, based on at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data, displaying the recommended virtual effect data may be implemented in the following manner:
and displaying the recommended virtual effect data with the highest similarity with the first virtual effect data in the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data on a display interface.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after determining at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data, the electronic device may directly display one piece of the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data on a display interface when entering a current virtual scene display. The recommended virtual effect data displayed in the display interface can be recommended virtual effect data with the highest similarity to the first virtual effect data in the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data, so that the intelligence of data recommendation and the human-computer interaction performance are improved, and the user experience of the interaction object is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in S103, based on at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data, displaying the recommended virtual effect data may be implemented by the following steps: displaying a recommendation icon on a display interface; and responding to the touch operation aiming at the recommendation icon, and displaying corresponding preview information of at least one piece of recommendation virtual effect data.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the electronic device enters the current virtual scene display, a recommendation icon can be displayed in the display interface.
For example, the recommendation icon may be an icon displaying a font of "recommendation list", or an icon displaying a font of "dot here", and the type of the recommendation icon is not limited here in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the recommendation icon may be located at a position that does not occlude the current virtual scene. For example, referring to fig. 5A, the recommendation icon 51 may be disposed on the left side or the right side of the presentation interface in the electronic device 400, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Based on the above, the interactive object can operate the recommended icon, so that the electronic device can display the recommended virtual effect data.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the electronic device detects that the interactive object performs a touch operation on the recommended icon, a dialog box may be displayed, and preview information of at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data determined in S103 is displayed. Referring to fig. 5B, after the interactive object clicks the recommendation list icon 51 in fig. 5A, the presentation interface may present at least one virtual effect data in an area 52 of the presentation interface.
The preview information may be description information for briefly describing the recommended virtual effect data, or the preview information may be reduced presentation information of the multi-virtual recommended effect data. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the type of the preview information.
In this embodiment of the disclosure, the arrangement order of the preview information of the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data displayed on the display interface may be determined according to the order of the similarity between the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data and the first virtual effect data.
That is, the higher the similarity of the recommended virtual effect data to the first virtual effect data is, the more forward the presentation position of the recommended virtual effect data in the presentation interface is, i.e., the position at which the interactive object is easily noticed. Conversely, the lower the similarity between the recommended virtual effect data and the first virtual effect data is, the later the presentation position of the recommended virtual effect data in the presentation interface is, i.e., the position at which the interactive object is not easily noticed. Therefore, the interactive object can select the virtual effect data which accords with the use habit of the interactive object, so that the intelligence of data recommendation and the man-machine interaction performance are further improved, and the user experience of the interactive object is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in S103, based on at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data, displaying the recommended virtual effect data may be implemented by the following steps:
and displaying preview information corresponding to the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data on a display interface.
It is understood that, in the case of performing the current virtual scene presentation, the electronic device may directly present the preview information of the at least one recommended virtual effect data determined in S102 in the presentation interface.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, an arrangement order of preview information corresponding to at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data is determined based on a magnitude order of similarity between the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data and the first piece of virtual effect data.
That is, the higher the similarity of the recommended virtual effect data to the first virtual effect data is, the more forward the presentation position of the recommended virtual effect data in the presentation interface is, i.e., the position at which the interactive object is easily noticed. Conversely, the lower the similarity between the recommended virtual effect data and the first virtual effect data is, the later the presentation position of the recommended virtual effect data in the presentation interface is, i.e., the position at which the interactive object is not easily noticed.
For example, referring to fig. 5B, the electronic device may display preview information of at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data in a lower area 52 of a currently displayed virtual scene, so that the interactive object may select virtual effect data that meets usage habits of the interactive object, thereby improving intelligence of data recommendation and human-computer interaction performance, and improving user experience of the interactive object.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural composition diagram of a data recommendation device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the data recommendation device includes:
an obtaining unit 61, configured to obtain feedback information of first virtual effect data when the first virtual effect data is displayed; the first virtual effect data represents special effect data presented in a virtual scene;
a determining unit 62, configured to determine, based on the feedback information, at least one recommended virtual effect data having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data;
a display unit 63, configured to display the recommended virtual effect data based on the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data when the current virtual scene is displayed.
In some embodiments, the feedback information comprises at least one of:
evaluation information acting on the first virtual effect data;
operation information acting on the first virtual effect data.
In some embodiments, the feedback information comprises the rating information; the obtaining unit 61 is configured to display a prompt message through a display interface when the first virtual effect data is displayed on the display interface; the prompt message is used for prompting the interactive object to perform evaluation feedback on the first virtual effect data; and receiving the evaluation information provided by the interactive object aiming at the prompt message.
In some embodiments, the rating information includes rating information, and/or review information.
In some embodiments, the operational information comprises at least one of:
the browsing times of the first virtual special effect data;
a browsing duration of the first virtual special effect data;
a number of uses of the first virtual special effect data.
In some embodiments, the determining unit 62 is specifically configured to determine, based on the feedback information, a degree of preference of the interactive object for reflecting the first virtual effect data; and if the preference degree is greater than a preset preference threshold value, acquiring at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data which is associated with the first virtual effect data.
In some embodiments, the determining unit 62 is specifically configured to determine a similarity between each piece of virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first piece of virtual effect data; and acquiring the virtual effect data with the similarity larger than a preset similarity threshold from the preset virtual effect database to obtain the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data.

Accordingly, an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, including a memory 701, a processor 702, and a computer program stored in the memory 701 and executable on the processor 702; the processor 702 is configured to execute the data recommendation method in the foregoing embodiments when running the computer program.
It is understood that the electronic device further comprises a bus system 703; the various components in the electronic device are coupled together by a bus system 703. It is understood that the bus system 703 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 703 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to the data bus.
The Memory 701 is configured to store computer programs and applications executed by the processor 702, and may also cache the processor 702, and may be implemented by a FLASH Memory (FLASH) or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
The processor 702 executes the program to implement the steps of the data recommendation method provided by any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (19)

1. A method for recommending data, comprising:
under the condition of displaying first virtual effect data, acquiring feedback information of the first virtual effect data; the first virtual effect data represents special effect data presented in a virtual scene;
determining at least one recommended virtual effect data having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data based on the feedback information;
and displaying the recommended virtual effect data based on the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data under the condition of displaying the current virtual scene.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the feedback information comprises at least one of:
evaluation information acting on the first virtual effect data;
operation information acting on the first virtual effect data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the feedback information comprises the rating information;
the obtaining of the feedback information of the first virtual effect data under the condition of displaying the first virtual effect data includes:
displaying a prompt message through a display interface under the condition that the first virtual effect data is displayed on the display interface; the prompt message is used for prompting the interactive object to perform evaluation feedback on the first virtual effect data;
and receiving the evaluation information provided by the interactive object aiming at the prompt message.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the rating information comprises rating information, and/or review information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the operational information comprises at least one of:
the browsing times of the first virtual special effect data;
a browsing duration of the first virtual special effect data;
a number of uses of the first virtual special effect data.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining at least one recommended virtual effect data having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data based on the feedback information comprises:
determining a preference degree reflecting the interactive object to the first virtual effect data based on the feedback information;
and if the preference degree is greater than a preset preference threshold value, acquiring at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data which is associated with the first virtual effect data.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein said obtaining at least one recommended virtual effect data having an association relation with the first virtual effect data comprises:
determining the similarity between each virtual effect data in a preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data respectively;
and acquiring the virtual effect data with the similarity larger than a preset similarity threshold from the preset virtual effect database to obtain the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining a similarity between each of the virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data comprises:
determining a first set of objects associated with the first virtual effect data and a second set of objects associated with each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database; the first object set comprises objects with preference degrees to the first virtual effect data larger than the preset preference threshold; the second object set comprises objects with the preference degree of each virtual effect data larger than the preset preference threshold;
and obtaining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data based on the similarity between the objects in the first object set and the objects in the second object set.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining a similarity between each of the virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data comprises:
calculating the Euclidean distance between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database;
and obtaining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data based on the Euclidean distance.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining a similarity between each of the virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database and the first virtual effect data comprises:
determining the similarity between the first virtual effect data and each virtual effect data in the preset virtual effect database through a similarity calculation model;
wherein the similarity calculation model is used for calculating the similarity between the virtual effect data.
11. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein said presenting recommended virtual effects data based on said at least one recommended virtual effects data comprises:
and displaying the recommended virtual effect data with the highest similarity with the first virtual effect data in the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data on a display interface.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein presenting the recommended virtual effect data based on the at least one recommended virtual effect data comprises:
displaying a recommendation icon on a display interface;
and responding to the touch operation aiming at the recommended icon, and displaying the corresponding preview information of the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein presenting the recommended virtual effect data based on the at least one recommended virtual effect data comprises:
and displaying preview information corresponding to the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data on a display interface.

The method according to claim 12 or 13, wherein an order of arrangement of the preview information corresponding to the at least one recommended virtual effect data is determined based on an order of magnitude of similarity between the at least one recommended virtual effect data and the first virtual effect data.
15. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the first virtual effect data, and/or the recommended virtual effect data, comprises at least one of:
virtual stickers, virtual animations, and virtual items.
16. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method is applied to a client application platform, and the client application platform is a Web-side application platform or an applet-side application platform.
17. A data recommendation device, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring feedback information of first virtual effect data under the condition of displaying the first virtual effect data; the first virtual effect data represents special effect data presented in a virtual scene;
a determining unit configured to determine, based on the feedback information, at least one recommended virtual effect data having an association relationship with the first virtual effect data;
and the display unit is used for displaying the recommended virtual effect data based on the at least one piece of recommended virtual effect data under the condition of displaying the current virtual scene.
18. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing an executable computer program;
a processor for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 16 when executing an executable computer program stored in the memory.
19. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program for causing a processor, when executed, to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 16.
