Background
In the current oil field development, a packer with reliable performance plays an important role in the implementation of the related process of a subsequent oil well. The packer is a special tool for underground layered packing composed of a steel body, a rubber packing part and a control part in order to meet the requirements of a certain process technology purpose of an oil-water well or oil layer technical measures. The main packing element of the packer is a rubber packing part, and the rubber packing part expands and seals the annular space of the oil pipe and the casing pipe through the action of water power or machinery so as to separate an upper oil layer from a lower oil layer, thereby achieving the purpose of certain construction.
The quality of the packer is a concern as to whether the well is producing normally. Before the packer enters the well, underground working conditions must be simulated, the quality of the packer is detected, and qualified packer products are ensured to enter the well.
In the current oil field development, along with the continuous development of deep wells and ultra-deep wells of oil fields, the influence of temperature on the packer is larger and larger, and particularly for horizontal wells and highly-deviated wells, a reliable intermediate test means is needed to simulate the working condition of a real downhole packer in order to improve the temperature resistance of the packer.

The hot oil pump 3 is positioned outside the box body 2 and can inject heat conduction oil into the box body 2 and the sleeve 9. The testing pressure for the packer and the central pipe column connected with the packer is 0-105 MPa. For the pressure test of the upper cavity of the sleeve 9, the test pressure of the sleeve with the diameter less than or equal to 7' is 0-105 MPa; the test pressure of the sleeve with the diameter larger than 7 ℃ is 0-69 MPa. When the sealing pressure test is carried out, the test medium passes through a channel 13 (shown in figure 5) in the center of the piston rod of the bidirectional hydraulic oil cylinder of the self-tension and compression mechanism 5. Specifically, when the pressure of the central pipe of the packer is tested, the packer is put into the device, the tail part of the packer is blocked, and liquid is injected through a channel 13 in the center of a piston rod of the bidirectional hydraulic oil cylinder, so that the pressure of the central pipe of the packer can be tested. If the pressure in the casing is to be tested, the pressure in the casing can be tested by injecting a liquid by providing a valve in flange 12 (shown in figure 4) on the B-B section of the tank.
When a high-temperature test is carried out, the heating temperature is set, heat conduction oil is heated, the sleeve 9 and the box body 2 are filled through the hot oil pump 3, the corresponding high-pressure valve is switched, and the pressure test of the tool center tube and the sleeve upper cavity under the high-temperature condition is respectively realized.
The specific processes of each test, which are not described in detail above, can be performed by conventional test procedures in the art, and the present invention is not described herein again.
