Preferably, the device also comprises a pressing block which is detachably connected to the base; the pressing block comprises a limiting portion and a circular boss fixedly arranged at the bottom of the limiting portion, a circular through hole is formed in the center of the dial disc, the size diameter of the circular boss is smaller than that of the circular through hole, the size diameter of the circular through hole is smaller than that of the limiting portion, and the thickness of the circular boss is larger than that of the dial disc.
Preferably, the clamping mechanism includes: a pair of pillars fixedly arranged on the bottom plate; and the mounting plate is used for fixing the digital image source and is connected between the pair of the support columns through a rotating shaft bearing.
Preferably, the mounting plate includes: two side supporting plates which are respectively and rotatably connected with the two rotating shafts; and a panel detachably connected between the two side supporting plates; wherein, the panel is provided with mounting holes adapted to digital image sources of different models.
Preferably, the locking device further comprises a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism comprises: the stop disc is detachably connected to the rotating shaft; and a stop handle; wherein the stopping handle comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are fixedly connected with each other; the first connecting part is in threaded connection with a bushing on the other side of the strut; an arc-shaped through groove is formed in the stop disc; the size diameter of the first connecting part is smaller than the width of the arc-shaped through groove and smaller than the size diameter of the second connecting part; the first connection portion has a length greater than the thickness of the stopper disc.
Preferably, the top of the panel is detachably connected with a sensor bracket.
A digital image source brightness test method comprises the following steps: rotating the dial to align the reference line at a desired angle; and aligning the luminance tester to the 0 scale mark.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: and manually adjusting the panel, observing the degree displayed by the angle sensor, and adjusting to a preset angle to tighten the stop handle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the horizontal angle adjusting device is directly arranged at the bottom of the clamp, the brightness tester is aligned to the scale mark 0 and the dial is rotated, the purpose of adjusting the horizontal angle is directly achieved, the adjusting range of the horizontal angle is large, the adjusting range of the horizontal angle can reach +75 degrees to-75 degrees, the whole device is simple in structure and high in precision, uncertain factors such as carrying of the protractor and fixing of the protractor are avoided, meanwhile, the universality of the whole device is improved due to the design of a plurality of mounting holes, the brightness testing requirements of various types of image sources can be met by one set of clamp, the real-time fixing and adjustable pitch angle are realized due to the design of the locking mechanism, the range of the pitch angle can reach +70 degrees to-70 degrees, and the accuracy of pitch angle determination is further improved due to the real-time feedback of the angle sensor.

In view of the better structure of the mounting plate 5, on the basis of the above embodiment, the present invention provides a preferred technical solution, the mounting plate 5 includes two side support plates 501 rotatably connected to the two rotating shafts 6 respectively and a panel 502 detachably connected between the two side support plates 501, the panel 502 is provided with mounting holes 502a adapted to digital image sources of different models, the side support plates 501 are designed to be matched with the rotating shafts 6, the panel 502 and the plurality of mounting holes 502a thereon can be used for mounting digital image sources of different models, one set of clamp can meet the brightness test requirements of image sources of various models, and the usability of the whole device is improved.
Considering that the panel 502 can be locked after being rotated to a designated angle, on the basis of the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a preferred technical solution, further comprising a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprises a stop disk 7 and a stop handle 8, the stop disk 7 is detachably connected to the rotating shaft 6, the stop handle 8 comprises a first connecting portion 801 and a second connecting portion 802 fixedly connected with each other, the first connecting portion 801 is in threaded connection with the bushing 9 on the other side of the pillar 4, the stop disk 7 is provided with an arc-shaped through slot 701, the size of the first connecting portion 801 is smaller than that of the arc-shaped through slot 701 and smaller than that of the second connecting portion 802, the length of the first connecting portion 801 is larger than that of the stop disk 7, so as to ensure that the arc-shaped through slot 701 is not affected by the first connecting portion 801 when being rotated, and the stop disk 7 can be compacted when the stop handle 8 is screwed, when in use, the stop handle 8 is rotated clockwise, and the stop handle 8 squeezes the stop disk 7, specifically, the second connecting portion 802 presses two sides of the arc-shaped through groove 701 of the stop disk 7, the stop handle 8 and the pillar 4 clamp the stop disk 7 at the moment, the friction force is utilized to fix the stop disk 7, the stop disk 7 cannot rotate to be locked, after the stop handle 8 is loosened by counterclockwise rotation, the stop disk 7 does not contact with the pillar 4 and the stop handle 8, the panel 502 can rotate around the rotating shaft 6, the design of the locking mechanism realizes real-time fixing and adjustment of the pitch angle, and the range of the pitch angle can reach +70 degrees to-70 degrees.
Considering the more optimal selection of adjusting the pitch angle, on the basis of the above embodiment, the invention further provides a preferable technical scheme, the top of the panel 502 is detachably connected with the sensor support 10 for fixing the angle sensor 11, when in use, the angle sensor 11 is detachably connected to the support 4, the panel 502 is manually adjusted, the degree displayed by the angle sensor 11 is observed, the panel is adjusted to a proper angle, the stop handle 8 is screwed, the pitch angle required by the test can be fixed, the real-time feedback of the angle sensor further improves the accuracy of determining the pitch angle, the specific connection mode of the angle sensor 11 is preferably magnet adsorption, and the magnet adsorption is stable and convenient to detach, so that the invention is suitable for practical use.
The invention also provides a digital image source brightness test method, which comprises the steps of rotating the dial 2 to align the reference line 101 at a required angle and aligning the brightness tester at the 0-scale mark 201a, so as to determine the horizontal angle required by the test.
In view of the method for determining the pitch angle, on the basis of the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a preferred technical solution, and the method for testing the brightness of the digital image source further includes: the panel 502 is manually adjusted, the degree displayed by the angle sensor 11 is observed, and the locking handle 8 is screwed down when the degree is adjusted to a preset angle, so that the pitch angle required by the test is determined.
After the horizontal angle and the pitch angle are determined, the subsequent brightness test can be started.
