Description

Disassembling and assembling method of sealing pressure head assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nonstandard automation, in particular to a method for disassembling and assembling a sealing pressure head assembly.
Background
In the non-standard automation field, it is well known to adopt different structural forms of sealing pressure head assemblies to seal an opening to be sealed so as to realize tightness detection at the opening of a workpiece. During the research and implementation of the opening sealing, researchers found that the sealing ram assemblies in the prior art had at least the following problems:
the disassembly and assembly operation of the sealing pressure head are more complicated, the sealing pressure head is worn after being used for many times or the sealing pressure head with adaptive models is required to be replaced according to different field working conditions, the disassembly and replacement operation of the new sealing pressure head and the old sealing pressure head can not be completed quickly, and the sealing performance detection efficiency is greatly reduced.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a method for assembling and disassembling a sealing ram assembly to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the dismounting method of the sealing pressure head assembly, the invention aims to provide the dismounting method of the sealing pressure head assembly capable of improving the dismounting convenience, which greatly simplifies the dismounting and replacing steps of the new sealing pressure head and the old sealing pressure head, and greatly improves the sealing detection efficiency of the workpiece opening.
In terms of the method for assembling and disassembling the sealing ram assembly, the method for assembling and disassembling the sealing ram assembly to solve the technical problems comprises the following steps:
step S1, providing a mounting base, wherein the bottom of the mounting base is formed with a mounting part in a downward hanging and extending manner, and a pressure head accommodating groove with an open bottom is formed in the mounting part;
step S2, a sealing pressure head is provided, a replacing opening communicated with the outside is arranged at the side of the pressure head containing groove, and the sealing pressure head enters and exits the pressure head containing groove through the replacing opening to complete the installation and replacement of the sealing pressure head.
Optionally, step S3 is further provided after step S2:
the side detachably of installation department provides a pressure head and pushes up and holds the piece, works as sealed pressure head is packed into behind the pressure head storage tank the relative position of replacement mouth is adorned pressure head pushes up and holds the piece for at least partial pressure head push up hold with the side that exposes of sealed pressure head pushes up mutually and holds.
Optionally, the pressure head supporting piece comprises a matching part and a supporting part, and the size of the supporting part is matched with the replacing opening so that the supporting part can intrude into the replacing opening.
Optionally, the opposite flank of sealed pressure head is formed with the bellying respectively, be formed with on the inside wall of pressure head storage tank and follow the replacement mouth sets out and extends to the joint groove of the inside of pressure head storage tank, wherein, the cross sectional dimension in joint groove with the cross sectional dimension looks adaptation of bellying, so that work as sealed pressure head business turn over during the pressure head storage tank, every the bellying can be along corresponding one the joint groove slides.
Optionally, step S4 is further provided after step S3:
and a vacuum suction nozzle formed at the bottom of the sealing pressure head is provided, and a vacuum air path communicated with the vacuum suction nozzle is arranged in the mounting base in an extending mode.
Optionally, an exposed end of the vacuum gas path on the mounting base is communicated with a vacuum generator.

step S1, providing a mounting base 644, wherein a bottom of the mounting base 644 is formed with a mounting portion 6442 in a downward overhanging and extending manner, and a ram accommodating groove 6445 with an open bottom is formed in the mounting portion 6442;
in step S2, a sealing ram 645 is provided, a replacement opening 6446 is formed beside the ram accommodating groove 6445, and the sealing ram 645 enters and exits the ram accommodating groove 6445 through the replacement opening 6446 to complete the installation and replacement of the sealing ram 645.
Further, step S3 is provided after step S2:
a ram holding member 645 is detachably provided beside the mounting portion 6442, and after the sealing ram 645 is fitted into the ram accommodating groove 6445, the ram holding member 645 is mounted at a position opposite to the replacement port 6446 such that at least a part of the ram holding member 645 is held against the exposed side surface of the sealing ram 645. And then the lateral tightening fixation of the sealing ram 645 is realized.
Further, the ram abutment 645 includes a fitting portion 6461 and an abutment portion 6462, and the abutment portion 6462 is sized to match the replacement port 6446 so that the abutment portion 6462 can intrude into the replacement port 6446. In use, after the abutting portion 6462 intrudes into the replacement port 6446 and abuts the exposed side surface of the sealing ram 645 laterally, the abutting portion 6462 continuously abuts the sealing ram 645 by detachably attaching the fitting portion 6461. When the sealing pressure head 645 is worn after being used for multiple times or the sealing pressure head 645 with the adaptive model needs to be replaced according to different working conditions on site, the pressure head jacking piece 645 can be detached, the original sealing pressure head is drawn out from the pressure head accommodating groove 6445, a new sealing pressure head is replaced, and then the pressure head jacking piece 645 is installed again.
Further, opposite side surfaces of the sealing ram 645 are respectively formed with protruding portions 6451, and the inside wall of the ram accommodating groove 6445 is formed with a catching groove 6447 extending from the replacement opening 6446 to the inside of the ram accommodating groove 6445, wherein the cross-sectional size of the catching groove 6447 is adapted to the cross-sectional size of the protruding portions 6451, so that each of the protruding portions 6451 can slide along a corresponding one of the catching grooves 6447 when the sealing ram 645 moves in and out of the ram accommodating groove 6445.
As a further improvement, step S4 is provided after step S3:
a vacuum suction nozzle 6453 is provided formed at the bottom of the sealing ram 645, and a vacuum path 6452 is provided extending within the mounting base 644 in communication with the vacuum suction nozzle 6453.
As a further improvement, an exposed end of the vacuum air passage 6452 on the mounting base 644 is communicated with a vacuum generator 6443.
Further, the bottom of the sealing ram 645 is formed with a sealing layer made of an elastic and/or flexible material. Therefore, when the sealing pressure head 645 performs pressing-down operation, products can be protected in a buffering mode, and overlarge impact force is prevented.
