Description

Cleaning reminding method for household appliance and household appliance
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance and the household appliance.
Background
Household appliances represented by range hoods and washing machines can accumulate dirt in the daily use process, and if the household appliances are not cleaned in time, the service life of the household appliances is seriously influenced.
However, the existing household appliances are generally not configured with a cleaning reminding function, and a user is required to judge the cleaning time by himself. Even if the cleaning reminding function is configured, the processing logic adopted by the existing household appliance when the cleaning reminding is determined to be sent is unreasonable, so that the dirt degree of the household appliance when the cleaning reminding is sent is possibly not serious, or the cleaning reminding is not sent when the dirt degree of the household appliance is very serious. Unreasonable cleaning reminders can affect the service life and user experience of the household appliance.
It can be seen that the processing logic of the existing household appliance for the cleaning reminder needs to be improved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of embodiments of the present invention to provide an improved household appliance and a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance.
Therefore, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance, where the household appliance has an air outlet, the cleaning reminding method includes: collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet and recording the information as original gas circulation information; and sending cleaning reminding information according to the original gas circulation information.
Adopt this embodiment scheme, can send clean the warning when domestic appliance's dirty degree reaches more suitable level, through rationalizing clean the opportunity of proposing of reminding and prolong domestic appliance's life and optimize user experience. Specifically, the gas circulation information of the air outlet can intuitively reflect the degree of contamination of the household appliance, so that the sending time of the cleaning reminder is determined by measuring the gas circulation information of the air outlet, and the user can be reminded of cleaning the household appliance more accurately. Therefore, user trouble caused by early or late reminding of the user to clean the household appliance can be effectively avoided. The improper cleaning of the household appliance caused by unreasonable reminding time can be effectively avoided, and the service life of the household appliance is shortened.
Optionally, the gas circulation information includes the air volume and/or the air speed of the gas flowing out from the air outlet, and sending the cleaning reminding information according to the original gas circulation information includes: judging whether the air volume and/or the air speed are/is lower than a corresponding preset threshold value; and sending the cleaning reminding information when the judgment result shows that the air volume and/or the air speed are/is lower than the corresponding preset threshold value. Because the air quantity and/or the air speed of the gas flowing out of the air outlet is approximately in a direct proportion relation with the blockage degree of the air outlet, the dirt degree of the air outlet can be visually determined according to the measured air quantity and/or air speed, and therefore cleaning reminding information is timely sent out when the dirt of the air outlet is accumulated to the degree needing cleaning.
Optionally, the preset threshold is determined according to gas circulation information acquired at the air outlet after the household appliance is cleaned for the last time. Therefore, the preset threshold value is dynamically adjusted, and the preset threshold value is adaptively adjusted according to the natural loss condition of the household appliance in the daily use process, so that the sending time of the cleaning reminding is more in line with the actual condition of the household appliance. Specifically, the components of the household appliance inevitably have problems of natural aging and the like in the daily use process, which may cause the gas flow information of the cleaned air outlet to be lower than that of the air outlet when leaving the factory or after the cleaning before, and at this time, if a constant preset threshold value is adopted, the problem that the cleaning reminder is sent too frequently may be caused. Therefore, the preset threshold value is readjusted according to the current gas circulation information of the air outlet after each cleaning according to the scheme of the embodiment, so that the sending time of the cleaning reminding is more reasonable.
Optionally, the cleaning reminding method further includes: receiving a user confirmation instruction; starting timing after the user confirmation instruction is received, and collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet again when the timing duration exceeds the preset reminding duration and recording the gas circulation information as updated gas circulation information; comparing the updated gas flow information with the original gas flow information; and determining whether to send the cleaning reminding information again according to the comparison result. The user confirmation instruction may be used to indicate that the cleaning reminding information is received, and the household appliance may wait for a suitable time to give the user enough time to clean the household appliance. And after the preset reminding time length is exceeded, comparing the updated gas circulation information acquired again with the original gas circulation information acquired before reminding to determine whether the user finishes the cleaning operation.
Optionally, the determining whether to send the cleaning reminding information again according to the comparison result includes: and when the comparison result shows that the variation of the updated gas circulation information compared with the original gas circulation information is smaller than a preset standard quantity, the cleaning reminding information is sent again. The fact that the variation is smaller than the preset standard amount indicates that the air volume and/or the air speed of the air outlet are not obviously improved, which means that a user is very likely not to clean the household appliance during the two previous and later gas circulation information acquisition periods. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, when the variation is determined to be smaller than the preset standard quantity, the cleaning reminding information is sent again to remind the user of cleaning the household appliance in time.
Optionally, the cleaning reminding method further includes: receiving a user reset instruction; collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet in response to the received user reset instruction, and recording the gas circulation information as standard gas circulation information; and updating a preset threshold value according to the standard gas circulation information, wherein the preset threshold value is used for determining whether the next acquired gas circulation information of the air outlet triggers a cleaning reminding operation. The user reset command may be used to indicate that the cleaning operation has been completed, and the preset threshold may be updated based on the current collected standard gas flow information. Theoretically, the gas circulation information of the air outlet represents the lowest dirt degree of the household appliance, so that the dirt degree of the household appliance in the next cleaning process can be reflected more reasonably according to the preset threshold determined by the standard gas circulation information, and the next cleaning reminding sending time is more reasonable.
Optionally, the gas circulation information is acquired based on a sensor, the sensor is arranged near the air outlet to accurately acquire the gas circulation information of the air outlet and timely sense the gas circulation change condition of the air outlet.
Optionally, the sensor at least comprises: a hot film air flow sensor; and a Hall sensor.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a home appliance, including: a body having an air outlet; the sensor is arranged at the air outlet and used for collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet; and the control module is coupled with the sensor and is used for executing the cleaning reminding method.
Adopt this embodiment scheme, through the gas flow information that sets up in the sensor accuracy collection air exit of air exit, based on the dirty degree of gas flow information reflection domestic appliance directly perceivedly for control module can send clean warning when domestic appliance's dirty degree reaches more suitable level. Therefore, the service life of the household appliance can be effectively prolonged, and the user experience is also improved. The household appliance reminding device has the advantages that user trouble caused by early or late reminding of a user to clean the household appliance is avoided, improper cleaning of the household appliance caused by unreasonable reminding time is also avoided, and the service life of the household appliance is shortened.
Optionally, the household appliance further includes: and the interaction module is coupled with the control module and used for displaying the cleaning reminding information and receiving an instruction input by a user. Therefore, the user can receive the cleaning reminding information in time through interaction with the user. Furthermore, the interaction module can also receive the feedback of the user in time so as to determine the corresponding subsequent processing logic according to the feedback.
Optionally, the household appliance is a washing and drying machine, the washing and drying machine comprises an air inlet, an air outlet and an air duct communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet, and the sensor is arranged in the air duct. Therefore, the air quantity and/or the air speed in the air channel can be accurately detected, and when the air flowing condition in the air channel becomes poor, the control module can timely know the condition and send out cleaning reminding information.
Optionally, the washing and drying machine includes a fan and a filtering device, the fan and the filtering device are disposed in the air duct, the fan is used for blowing air to flow in the air duct, along the air flow direction, the sensor is disposed behind the fan, and the filtering device is disposed in front of the fan. Therefore, the filtering device is arranged in the air duct to clean the lint from the source and prevent the lint from repeatedly entering the inner cylinder of the washing and drying machine to circulate. Further, filter equipment is located the place ahead of fan, does benefit to and avoids the fan to be blockked up by the batting. Further, when more battings are accumulated on the filtering device, the air speed and/or the air quantity of air in the air channel are correspondingly reduced, and the sensor positioned at the rear can accurately know the change of the air circulation information and then visually reflect the blocking degree of the filtering device, so that the control module can timely send out cleaning reminding information when the blocking condition is serious.

Detailed Description
As for the background art, the existing household appliances are generally not configured with the cleaning reminding function, or even if the existing household appliances are configured with the cleaning reminding function, the processing logic is unreasonable, and the service life and the user experience of the household appliances are affected.
The inventor of the application discovers through analysis that one of the main reasons that the existing cleaning reminding function is unreasonable is that the existing technology cannot measure the actual dirt degree of the household appliance, so that the existing household appliance can only remind a user of cleaning the household appliance according to the using times of the household appliance.
Taking a range hood as an example, the processing logic of the existing range hood configured with a cleaning reminding function is generally that a computer board of the range hood records the use times of the range hood, and if the use times reach a preset threshold value, the range hood reminds a user of cleaning the range hood in a certain way. However, in practical application, different cooking habits of different users can cause different oil smoke conditions, so that the pollution degree of the range hood under the same use frequency is different.
For example, when the range hood is used daily, if the amount of oil smoke is relatively large, the range hood is likely to need to be cleaned in advance when the number of times of use has not reached a preset threshold. However, based on the prior art, the use frequency does not reach the preset threshold value, so that the range hood cannot remind a user, and the problem of untimely cleaning is caused. In the past, the oil smoke pumping function of the range hood is seriously affected, the service life of the range hood is damaged, and the user experience is greatly reduced.
For example, when the range hood is used daily, if the amount of oil smoke is relatively small, it is highly likely that the range hood will be dirty when the number of times of use reaches a preset threshold value, and the range hood will not be cleaned to the extent that the range hood needs to be cleaned. However, based on the prior art, the preset threshold value is reached, so the user can be reminded of the lampblack, the user is reminded of cleaning when the range hood does not need cleaning, the problem of trouble is caused to the user, and the use experience of the user is seriously influenced.
Taking a washing and drying machine as an example, the processing logic of the existing washing and drying machine configured with a cleaning reminding function is generally that a computer board of the washing and drying machine records the number of times of use of the washing and drying machine, and if the number of times of use reaches a preset threshold value, the washing and drying machine reminds a user of cleaning the washing and drying machine in some way. However, in practical applications, different use habits of different users and different clothes materials may cause different fluff conditions, which may cause different dirt levels of the washing and drying machine when the washing and drying machine is used for the same number of times.
For example, in the case of a washing and drying machine used daily, if the laundry is easily fluffed, the user is required to clean the washing and drying machine in a short time. However, based on the prior art, the use times may not reach the preset threshold value yet, so the washing and drying machine cannot remind the user, which leads to the problem of untimely cleaning. In the past, accumulated fluff can block the washing and drying machine, the service life of the washing and drying machine is damaged, and the user experience is greatly reduced.
For example, if the laundry is not soiled due to a small amount of fluff when the washing and drying machine is used daily, the soiling of the washing and drying machine may be still sufficient when the number of times of use reaches a preset threshold value, and the laundry may not be cleaned. However, based on the prior art, the preset threshold value is reached, so the washing machine reminds the user, the washing machine reminds the user of cleaning when the washing machine does not need cleaning, the problem of trouble is caused to the user, and the use experience of the user is seriously influenced.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance, where the household appliance has an air outlet, and the cleaning reminding method includes: collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet and recording the information as original gas circulation information; and sending cleaning reminding information according to the original gas circulation information.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In particular, the present embodiment may be applied to household appliances, such as a range hood, a washer-dryer, a washing machine, etc., which may accumulate dirt as the use time increases. Wherein the dirt may comprise oil stain, fluff, batting, etc.
The household appliance can comprise an air inlet, an air outlet and an air duct communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet. The air duct can be internally provided with a fan which is used for driving the air to circulate in the air duct, and the circulated air flows into the air duct from the air inlet and is discharged from the air outlet. As the air circulates through the duct, the dirt may accumulate anywhere within the duct, such as at the exhaust outlet.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1, the cleaning reminding method according to the embodiment may include the following steps:
step S101, collecting gas circulation information of the air outlet and recording the gas circulation information as original gas circulation information;
and S102, sending cleaning reminding information according to the original gas circulation information.
In one embodiment, the gas flow information may be collected based on a sensor, and the sensor may be disposed near the air outlet to accurately collect the gas flow information of the air outlet and timely sense the gas flow change of the air outlet.
In one implementation, the step S101 may be performed in real time, and the cleaning reminding message is sent in real time.
For example, when gas flows through the air duct, the gas flow information of the air outlet is collected in real time.
In one implementation, the step S101 may be performed periodically to transmit the cleaning reminding information in time while considering low power consumption.
In a specific implementation, the step S101 may also be executed each time the household appliance is turned on and/or turned off.
In one implementation, the gas circulation information may include an air volume of the gas flowing out of the air outlet. Specifically, the air volume can visually reflect the actual dirt degree of the household appliance. The higher the dirt degree in the air outlet or the air duct communicated with the air outlet is, the more the air can be blocked from flowing, so that the air quantity of the air flowing out from the air outlet is reduced.
For example, the sensor may comprise a hot film air flow sensor. Specifically, the hot-film type air flow sensor includes a sheet-like heating element whose temperature is maintained constant, and if the temperature increases, the heating current is decreased to drop the temperature, and if the temperature decreases, the heating current is increased to increase the temperature. The gas flowing out of the exhaust port takes heat away when passing through the hot film (i.e., the sheet-like heating element), and the amount of heat taken away is related to the gas flow rate.
Further, the hot-film air flow sensor may be provided at the air outlet, and the degree of contamination of the home appliance may be estimated by detecting an air volume at the air outlet.
In the step S102, it may be determined whether the air volume is lower than a preset threshold; and sending the cleaning reminding information when the judgment result shows that the air volume is lower than the preset threshold value. The preset threshold may be a preset critical value, and is used for measuring whether the degree of contamination of the household appliance reaches a degree that needs cleaning. In this embodiment, the dirty degree is represented based on the air volume, so, the preset threshold is the minimum air volume of the gas discharged from the air outlet when cleaning is needed, and if the currently collected air volume is lower than this value, the cleaning reminding information is sent.
In one implementation, the gas flow information may include a wind speed of the gas flowing out of the exhaust outlet. Specifically, the magnitude of the wind speed can intuitively reflect the actual degree of soiling of the household appliance. For example, the higher the degree of contamination in the exhaust port or the duct communicating therewith, the more the flow of the gas is blocked, so that the wind speed of the gas flowing out from the exhaust port is lowered.
For example, the sensor includes at least a hall sensor. Furthermore, an impeller can be arranged near the air outlet, and gas flowing out of the air outlet can push the impeller to rotate. The Hall sensor acquires the wind speed of the gas flowing out from the air outlet by detecting the rotating speed of the impeller, and then the dirt degree of the household appliance is deduced.
Furthermore, the air volume can be calculated based on the wind speed, and then the cleaning reminding information is determined and sent according to the air volume.
In the step S102, it may be determined whether the wind speed is lower than a preset threshold; and sending the cleaning reminding information when the judgment result shows that the wind speed is lower than the preset threshold value. The preset threshold may be a preset critical value, and is used for measuring whether the degree of contamination of the household appliance reaches a degree that needs cleaning. In this embodiment, the dirty degree is represented based on the wind speed, so the preset threshold is the minimum wind speed of the gas discharged from the air outlet when cleaning is needed, and if the currently collected wind speed is lower than the value, the cleaning reminding information is sent.
In one implementation, the gas circulation information may include a wind speed and a wind volume of the gas flowing out of the exhaust outlet.
For example, a thermal membrane type air flow sensor and a hall sensor may be provided in the vicinity of the exhaust port, respectively, and an impeller may be provided.
In the step S102, it may be determined whether the wind speed is lower than a corresponding preset threshold, and whether the wind volume is lower than a corresponding preset threshold; and sending the cleaning reminding information when the judgment result shows that the wind speed is lower than the corresponding preset threshold value and the wind volume is also lower than the corresponding preset threshold value. Therefore, the wind speed and the wind quantity of the gas flowing out from the exhaust port can be acquired simultaneously. And then comprehensively determining whether to send cleaning reminding information based on more parameters.
Further, the preset threshold corresponding to the wind speed and the preset threshold corresponding to the wind amount may be the same or different.
Of course, the preset threshold may be slightly higher than the critical value to allow the user sufficient time to clean.
In one embodiment, the preset threshold may be determined according to the gas circulation information collected at the air outlet after the household appliance is cleaned for the last time. For example, sixty percent of the wind speed and/or wind volume of the gas collected at the exhaust outlet after the household appliance was last cleaned is determined as the preset threshold. In practical application, the specific proportion can be adjusted according to the requirement.
By last, adopt this embodiment scheme, can send clean the warning when domestic appliance's dirty degree reaches more suitable level, through rationalizing clean the opportunity of proposing of reminding and prolong domestic appliance's life and optimize user experience.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another cleaning reminding method for a household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the cleaning reminding method according to this embodiment may further include the following steps:
step S201, receiving a user confirmation instruction;
step S202, starting timing after receiving the user confirmation instruction, and collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet again when the timing duration exceeds the preset reminding duration and recording the gas circulation information as updated gas circulation information;
step S203, comparing the updated gas circulation information with the original gas circulation information;
and step S204, determining whether to send the cleaning reminding information again according to the comparison result.
Further, the step S201 may be executed after the step S102 shown in fig. 1. For example, after sending the cleaning reminding information, the user feedback is waited, and after receiving the user confirmation instruction, the steps described in this embodiment are executed.
In one implementation, the user confirmation instruction may be used to indicate that the cleaning reminding message is received, and the household appliance may wait for a suitable time to give the user enough time to clean the household appliance.
In one implementation, the preset reminding duration may be three days. In practical applications, the value can be adjusted as needed.
In this embodiment, after the preset reminding time period is exceeded, the updated gas flow information acquired again is compared with the original gas flow information acquired before reminding to determine whether the user completes the cleaning operation.
For specific content of the gas flow information collected again at the air outlet in the step S202, reference may be made to the description related to collecting the gas flow information in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
In the step S202, the action collected again may be executed when the household appliance is powered on again (also referred to as being powered on) after the timed duration exceeds the preset reminding duration.
Alternatively, the action collected again may be executed immediately after the timed duration exceeds the preset reminding duration. If the household appliance is in a dormant state or a shutdown state at the moment, the household appliance can be controlled to be actively started to acquire updated gas circulation information.
In one implementation, the step S204 may include the steps of: and when the comparison result shows that the variation of the updated gas circulation information compared with the original gas circulation information is smaller than a preset standard quantity, the cleaning reminding information is sent again.
Specifically, the fact that the variation amount is smaller than the preset standard amount indicates that the air volume and/or the air speed of the air outlet is not significantly improved, which means that a user is highly likely not to clean the household appliance during the two previous and subsequent gas circulation information acquisition periods. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, when the variation is determined to be smaller than the preset standard quantity, the cleaning reminding information is sent again to remind the user of cleaning the household appliance in time.
For example, the predetermined standard amount may be zero, i.e., if the updated gas flow information is unchanged from the original gas flow information, the cleaning reminder is sent again.
As another example, the predetermined criterion amount may be different from zero. There may be two situations at this time: in the first situation, although a user performs cleaning, the cleaning is not thorough, so that the dirt condition of the household appliance is still serious, and the household appliance needs to be cleaned again; in case two, if the user is still uncleaned, the wind speed and/or wind volume in the updated gas circulation information is less than the wind speed and/or wind volume in the original gas circulation information. When the two situations occur, the cleaning reminding information is sent again.
In one implementation, when the comparison result indicates that the variation of the updated gas circulation information from the original gas circulation information is larger than a preset standard amount, it may be determined that the household appliance has been cleaned, and the user is not reminded.
In one embodiment, when the comparison result indicates that the amount of change of the updated gas flow information from the original gas flow information is greater than a predetermined standard amount, it may be further determined whether the wind speed and/or wind volume in the updated gas flow information is less than the wind speed and/or wind volume in the original gas flow information. And if the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the updated gas circulation information are/is judged to be less than the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the original gas circulation information, which indicates that the household appliance is not cleaned yet and the dirt degree is very serious, sending the cleaning reminding information again.
And if the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the updated gas circulation information is less than the limit value, stopping using the household appliance. For example, not in response to any operating instructions issued by the user.
In a modified example, for a household appliance that can take out a part of components (such as the filtering device 35 shown in fig. 6) for cleaning, the steps S201 and S202 may be replaced by: after the step S102 is executed and the cleaning reminding message is sent, timing is started, and if the timed duration exceeds the preset reminding duration and the component to be cleaned is not taken out yet, the cleaning reminding message is sent again.
Further, after the step S102 is executed and the cleaning reminding information is sent, the cleaning reminding information may be continuously sent until the component needing cleaning is taken out. Further, during this time, the home appliance cannot operate.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a cleaning reminding method for a household appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the cleaning reminding method of the present embodiment may further include the following steps:
step S301, receiving a user reset instruction;
step S302, responding to the received user reset instruction, collecting the gas circulation information of the air outlet, and recording the gas circulation information as standard gas circulation information;
step S303, updating a preset threshold value according to the standard gas circulation information, wherein the preset threshold value is used for determining whether the next acquired gas circulation information of the air outlet triggers a cleaning reminding operation.
Further, the step S301 may be executed after the step S102 shown in fig. 1, or may be executed after any step shown in fig. 2. For example, after sending the cleaning reminding information, the user feedback is waited, and after receiving the user reset instruction, the steps described in this embodiment are executed.
In one implementation, a user reset instruction may be used to indicate that the cleaning operation has been completed.
In this embodiment, in response to receiving a user reset command, the preset threshold may be updated based on the currently acquired standard gas flow information.
For specific content of the gas flow information collected at the air outlet in the step S302, reference may be made to the description related to collecting the gas flow information in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
In the step S302, the collecting operation may be performed when the household appliance is powered on again (also referred to as being powered on) after receiving the user reset instruction.
Alternatively, the act of capturing may be performed immediately upon receiving a user reset instruction. If the household appliance is in a dormant state or a shutdown state at the moment, the household appliance can be controlled to be actively started to acquire standard gas circulation information.
In one implementation, a value that is lower than the wind speed and/or wind volume in the standard gas circulation information by a certain ratio may be determined as the preset threshold. For example, the specific ratio may be 60% to 80%.
In a variation, for a household appliance that can have a portion of the component removed (e.g., the filter assembly 35 shown in fig. 6) for cleaning, the user reset command may be automatically triggered when the removed component is reinstalled into the household appliance. In response to detecting that the removed component is mounted back in place, the cleaning reminder may be cancelled.
Further, when the household appliance 1 works again, the gas circulation information of the air outlet can be collected firstly, and if the collected gas circulation information shows that the pollution condition is not changed, the cleaning reminding information is sent again.
Further, if the wind speed and/or the wind volume of the gas circulation information collected this time are/is lower than a preset minimum value, the household appliance cannot work.
If the wind speed and/or the wind volume of the collected gas circulation information are/is higher than the preset threshold value, the household appliance can work normally.
In a common variation of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3, the household appliance may be stopped when the wind speed and/or wind volume in the collected gas circulation information is lower than a preset minimum value. For example, not in response to any operating instructions issued by the user. The preset minimum value refers to the worst dirt degree which can be tolerated by the household appliance, and if the dirt degree is further increased, the household appliance is damaged.
And until a user reset instruction or a user confirmation instruction is received, and the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the collected gas circulation information reach a preset starting value. Wherein the startup value is at least greater than the lowest value. Or, the starting value is greater than the preset threshold value.
For example, if a user confirmation instruction is received and the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the collected gas circulation information exceeds the minimum value, the user is allowed to use the household appliance, and the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is continuously executed.
For another example, if a user reset instruction is received and the wind speed and/or the wind volume in the collected gas circulation information exceeds the preset threshold, the user is allowed to use the household appliance, and the embodiment shown in fig. 3 is continuously executed.
In a common variation of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3, after the gas flow information of the exhaust outlet is collected, before determining whether to send (or send again) the cleaning reminding information, a self-detection procedure may be performed. And if the self-detection finds that the air speed and/or the air volume of the air is reduced due to other modules or components of the household appliance, the cleaning reminding information is not sent.
Further, the self-detection program can be executed when the household appliance is powered on every time, so that the probability of mistakenly sending a cleaning prompt is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of another household appliance in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 is a schematic view of the household appliance shown in fig. 5. Fig. 4 shows a range hood as an example, and fig. 5 and 6 show a washing and drying machine as an example.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the household appliance 1 may include: a body 10, the body 10 may have an air outlet 11.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the range hood 2 may have an air outlet 11, an air inlet (not shown), and an air duct (not shown) communicating the air inlet and the air outlet 11, and a blower (not shown) is disposed in the air duct. The fan is suitable for sucking gas into the air duct from the air inlet, and enabling the gas to flow through the air duct and then be discharged from the air outlet. Wherein, the fan can be a fan.
For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the washer dryer 3 may include an air inlet 31, an air outlet 36, and an air duct 32 communicating the air inlet 31 and the air outlet 36, and a fan 33 is disposed in the air duct 32. The air inlet 31 and the air outlet 36 are respectively communicated with the roller 34 of the washing and drying machine 3. Under the action of the blower 33, the air cooled by the condenser 38 enters the air duct 32 from the air inlet 31, enters the drum 34 along the air duct 32, and returns to the condenser 38 from the air outlet 36 to circulate in the body 10 of the washer dryer 3. The fan 33 may be a fan.
Further, the washer dryer 3 may further include a water inlet valve 39 for feeding water to the condenser 38.
Further, a heating pipe 37 may be disposed on a path from the air duct 32 to the drum 34 to heat the air flowing in the air duct 32 and then to supply the heated air into the drum 34.
The washer dryer 3 may further include a filter device 35 provided to the duct 32. Specifically, the filtering device 35 includes a filter screen structure, which can play a role of filtering the fluff, so that the fluff is more conveniently and effectively cleaned.
Further, the filter device 35 may be disposed in front of the blower 33 in the gas flow direction.
For example, the filter device 35 may be disposed at an air inlet of the fan 33 to prevent the fan 33 from being blocked by lint, clean the lint from the source, and prevent the lint from repeatedly entering the inner drum (i.e., the drum 34) of the washing and drying machine 3 to circulate.
Further, the filter device 35 may have a handle portion so that a user pulls out to clean the filter net.
In one specific implementation, the household appliance 1 may further include a sensor 12 disposed at the air outlet 11 and configured to collect the air circulation information of the air outlet 11.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the sensor 12 may be disposed at an air outlet of a blower of the range hood 2 to detect an amount of air and/or a speed of the wind at an air outlet (i.e., the illustrated air outlet 11).
For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the sensor 12 may be disposed behind the fan 33 along the gas flow direction to detect the amount of wind and/or the amount of wind speed in the wind tunnel 32. When more battings are accumulated on the filtering device 35, the air speed and/or the air volume of the air in the air duct 32 are correspondingly reduced, and the sensor 12 positioned at the rear can accurately know the change of the air circulation information and then visually reflect the blocking degree of the filtering device 35, so that the control module 1 can timely send out cleaning reminding information when the blocking condition is serious. In this case, the air outlet 11 may be an air outlet of the fan 33.
Alternatively, the sensor 12 may be disposed anywhere within the air chute 32.
Further, the washer dryer 3 may further include a drain pipe 40 connected to the condenser 38 through a drain pump 41 to drain water accumulated in the condenser 38 under operation of the drain pump 41. Further, the drain pipe is also connected to the drum 34 through the drain pump 41 to drain the water accumulated in the drum 34 by the operation of the drain pump 41.
Further, sensor 12 may comprise a Hall sensor, and may also comprise a hot film air flow sensor.
In one specific implementation, the household appliance 1 may further include a control module 13, coupled to the sensor 12, for executing the cleaning reminding method according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 3 and 4 are only exemplary for the setting position of the control module 13, and in practical application, the control module 13 may be set at any position of the household appliance 1.
Alternatively, the control module 13 may also be provided independently of the household appliance 1. For example, the household appliance 1 may be provided with a communication module (not shown) for performing wired or wireless communication with the control module 13, so as to transmit the gas circulation information collected by the sensor 12 to the control module 13 and receive a control instruction of the control module 13. Wherein, the control instruction can be used for instructing to send cleaning reminding information.
Adopt this embodiment scheme, through setting up the gas flow information that accurately gathers air exit 11 in air exit 11's sensor 12, based on the dirty degree of gas flow information reflection domestic appliance 1 directly perceivedly for control module 13 can send clean warning when domestic appliance 1's dirty degree reaches more suitable level.
Thereby, the service life of the household appliance 1 can be effectively prolonged and the user experience is also improved. The user trouble caused by reminding the user of cleaning the household appliance 1 too early or too late is avoided, and improper cleaning of the household appliance 1 caused by unreasonable reminding time and shortened service life of the household appliance 1 caused by improper cleaning are also avoided.
In one implementation, the household appliance 1 may further include: and the interaction module 14 is coupled with the control module 13 and is used for displaying the cleaning reminding information and receiving instructions input by a user. Therefore, the user can receive the cleaning reminding information in time through interaction with the user. Further, the interaction module 14 can also receive the feedback of the user in time, so as to determine the corresponding subsequent processing logic according to the feedback.
For example, the interaction module 14 may be disposed on a surface of the body 10, such as a side facing a user in actual use, to facilitate user operation.
The interactive module 14 may be a touch screen, an electronic ink screen, or the like.
When the control module 13 executes the schemes of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3 and determines that the cleaning reminding information needs to be sent, the cleaning reminding information can be sent to the interaction module 14. In response to receiving the cleaning reminder information, the interaction module 14 presents the cleaning reminder information on an interaction interface. For example, the cleaning reminder message may be text, an image, or a combination of both.
Further, the interaction module 14 also provides an input interface and input options, such as a confirm button, a reset button, and the like. When the user clicks the confirmation button, a user confirmation instruction is triggered and sent to the control module 13; when the user clicks the reset button, a user reset command is triggered and sent to the control module 13.
In one implementation, the interaction module 14 and the control module 13 may be integrated.
In a specific implementation, the control module 13 may directly send the cleaning reminding information to an intelligent terminal of the user through the communication module, such as a mobile phone of the user, an IPAD, other intelligent appliances located near the household appliance 1, and the like, so that the user can receive the cleaning reminding information in time.
In a specific implementation, the cleaning reminding information may be a warning sound, and the household appliance 1 may further include a power amplifier unit (not shown) for sending the warning sound to remind the user to clean the household appliance 1 in time.
In one specific implementation, the household appliance 1 may further include an indicator light, and the control module 13 controls the indicator light to flash to send the cleaning reminding information. For example, the indicator Light may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED).
In one implementation, the household appliance 1 may further include a storage unit (not shown) in communication with the control module 13, the storage unit being configured to store the preset threshold value and the collected gas circulation information.
For example, after determining the preset threshold based on the standard gas flow information, the control module 13 may update the newly determined preset threshold to the memory unit for the next use. The updating means replacing the originally stored preset threshold value in the storage unit with the newly determined preset threshold value. Alternatively, updating may refer to storing the newly determined preset threshold value and the originally stored preset threshold value in the storage unit in parallel in the storage unit.
In one embodiment, the household appliance 1 may further include a timing unit (not shown) in communication with the control module 13, the timing unit starts timing according to an instruction of the control module 13, and the control module 13 may invoke the timing unit to start timing when receiving a user confirmation instruction.
