3. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of said plug is greater than the outer diameter of the piston rod.
4. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein a discharge barrel (18) is provided at the valve outlet, facing outwards, and is mounted obliquely with respect to the axial direction, with the outlet of the discharge barrel facing end B.
5. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein the purge gas inlet has a smaller bore than the valve material outlet, the purge gas inlet is diametrically opposed to the valve outlet, and the purge gas inlet is located in an axially central region of the valve outlet.
6. A sweeping type discharging plunger valve according to claim 1, characterized in that a valve body bush (17) is installed at the end a of the working through hole, and a conical surface sealing structure is arranged between the plunger and the valve seat bush.
7. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein a guide bush (13) is provided between the inner wall of the working through-hole and the plug, and the guide bush is located between the wiper ring and the B-end.
8. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein end B of the valve body is provided with a gland seal assembly (15) and the plug passes through the gland seal assembly.
9. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the end B of the valve body is connected to the cylinder by means of a support bolt (16).
10. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, further comprising a container connection block (31), through which the discharge valve is mounted at the discharge of the material container.
11. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, further comprising a gas supply connected to the purge gas inlet and the gas inlet and outlet on the cylinder.
12. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 11, wherein the gas supply means comprises a gas source (10) and a gas tank (11), the gas source being connected to the purge gas inlet through a valve, the gas source being connected to the gas tank through a one-way valve, the gas tank being connected to the two gas inlets and outlets through a valve set, respectively.
13. A purge-type discharge plug valve according to claim 1, wherein position sensing means are mounted on the plunger, piston rod and piston stroke.
