Therefore, the overall quality of the fixing component 1 is favorably reduced, the formation of processing waste is avoided, and the utilization rate of raw materials is greatly improved.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the mounting section 11 is defined to include a plurality of positioning areas and shielding areas alternately arranged one by one along a direction parallel to the mounting section 11 and the vertical section 13, and the vertical projections of the plurality of groups of elastic sections 14 on the mounting section 11 are overlapped with the plurality of shielding areas arranged at intervals one by one, so that mounting through holes are formed in the positioning areas. Thus, after the mounting section 11 is attached to the preset position of the side wall 4, the fixing member 1 can be fixed on the side wall 4 through the mounting through hole of the positioning area by a screw, and in the process, the existence of the elastic section 14 can not hinder the mounting operation of the screw.
It should be noted that the fixing member 1 and the side wall 4, and the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2 and the decorative plate 3 may be fixed by bonding or may be directly fixed by nailing, and the decorative plate 3 does not need to be additionally processed (such as slotting or slotting), so as to further improve the installation and fixing efficiency of the decorative plate 3 and avoid generating decoration garbage.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, two plug-in components 2, which are close to each other, of two adjacent decorative boards 3 are plug-in fixed with the same fixing component 1, wherein the two plug-in components 2, which are plug-in fixed in the same plug-in groove 12, are in chiral symmetry (i.e., mirror symmetry), and similarly, the two plug-in components 2, which are fixed on two sides of the inner side surface of the same decorative board 3 as shown in fig. 7 and 12, are also in mirror symmetry; and, the relative lateral wall of two adjacent decorative boards 3 is close to the terminal surface parallel and level of grafting section 21 with the fixed section 22 that corresponds the laminating respectively, so, two grafting sections 21 of two grafting components 2 that are located same inserting groove 12 laminate each other, and the lateral wall of two adjacent decorative boards 3 of this place laminates each other equally, can realize the laminating installation between the decorative board 3 to realize the minimum installation clearance between the decorative board 3.

In addition, for the starting and ending positions of the decorative plate structure, as shown in fig. 8, the side wall of the decorative plate 3 arranged at the outermost side far away from the adjacent decorative plate 3 is flush with the outer side wall of the outermost side inserting groove 12 far away from the adjacent inserting groove 12; so, when the decorative board 3 of originated and final phase of a project of installation, the direct lateral wall that sets up originated fixed component 1 (being the lateral surface of vertical section 13) laminates in the vertically side wall in right side, and make the lateral wall of the fixed component 1 of final phase of a project (being the lateral surface of vertical section 13) laminate in the vertically side wall fixed mounting in left side, after with decorative board 3 respectively with fixed component 1 grafting installation fixed back, the lateral wall and the vertically side wall laminating in right side that adjacent decorative board 3 was kept away from to the decorative board 3 of originated phase, the lateral wall and the vertically side wall laminating in left side that adjacent decorative board 3 was kept away from to the decorative board 3 of final phase of a project, thereby realize the holistic seamless laminating installation of a plurality of decorative boards 3 on the side wall 4.
The embodiment of the application also provides a plug-in mounting assembly of a decorative plate of a fixing component 1, as shown in fig. 9 and 13, specifically a processing method of the fixing component 1, which includes:
s100: a rectangular sheet is provided.
S200: preset positions of two side edges of the rectangular sheet are subjected to stamping cutting to form a stamping hole 17 and an elastic section 14 corresponding to the shape of the stamping hole 17.
S300: and (3) putting the rectangular sheet subjected to stamping and cutting into a preset grinding tool, and processing the fixing member 1 comprising the mounting section 11 and the two vertical sections 13 by a cold-pressing right-angle bending process.
For example, when the two side edges of the rectangular sheet are subjected to stamping cutting, the stamped elastic section 14 is away from the edge of the corresponding connecting vertical section 13 and simultaneously forms a flange 16 by a preset first die; and the angle between the elastic section 14 and the vertical section 13 is adjusted, so that the two opposite elastic sections 14 processed by the cold-pressing right-angle bending process are directly close to form the inserting ports 15.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned stamping and cutting process, the processing and forming of the elastic segments 14 with different numbers can be realized by replacing different first dies, which is very convenient.
According to the processing method of the inserting mounting assembly of the decorative plate, the fixing component 1 of the integrated structure can be conveniently and quickly processed through stamping, cutting and cold-pressing right-angle bending processes, and compared with the fixing component 1 formed by welding or threaded connection, the fixing component 1 processed by the processing method has better elasticity, and is easier and more convenient to insert and disassemble the fixing component 1 and the inserting component 2; meanwhile, the processing method is simple in process, and is very suitable for batch production of the fixed components 1 on the premise of ensuring the structural strength of the fixed components 1.
The fixing member 1 processed by the processing method is used in the inserting installation assembly and the decorative plate structure of the decorative plate 3 of the above embodiment, and can also produce the same technical effect, so as to solve the same technical problem, and the details are not repeated here.
In the above processing method, there is no strict requirement on the sequence between step S200 and step S300, step S200 may be executed first and step S300 is executed, or step S300 may be executed first and step S200 is executed later, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application also provides an installation method of a decorative plate structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 14, the installation method includes:
s100': at least one plug-in component 2 is respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the inner side surface of the decorative plate 3 facing the side wall 4, and the end surfaces of the fixing sections 22 close to the plug-in sections 21 are respectively flush with the side walls of the corresponding decorative plates 3.
For example, one plug member 2 may be fixed to each of both sides of the inner side surface of the decorative plate 3, or two plug members 2 may be fixed to each of both sides of the inner side surface of the decorative plate 3. As shown in fig. 11, the lengths of the fixing member 1 and the plug member 2 are adapted to the length of the decorative plate 3, and therefore, only one plug member 2 needs to be fixed to each of both sides of the inner side surface of the decorative plate 3.
It should be noted that, in this case, the end surface of the fixing section 22 of the plug member 2 close to the plug section 21 is flush with the outer side surface of the plug section 21 away from the extension direction of the fixing section 22.
S200': the first fixing component 1 is attached and fixed at a preset position of a wall body, then the inserting component 2 on one side of the decorative plate 3 is inserted into the first fixing component 1, the inserting component 2 on the other side of the decorative plate 3 is inserted into the second fixing component 1, and finally the second fixing component 1 is attached and fixed on the side wall 4.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S100 'and step S200' are repeatedly performed, and the plurality of decorative plates 3 are sequentially mounted on the side wall 4, and in the above mounting process, seamless mounting between the decorative plates 3 can be realized without accurately measuring the mounting position of the fixing member 1, so that the measurement positioning time can be saved, and the mounting efficiency of the decorative plates 3 can be improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, due to the limitation of the precision of the device or the installation error, the absolute parallel or perpendicular effect is difficult to achieve; in the present application, the description on vertical, parallel, same direction or coplanar is not an absolute limiting condition, but means that the structural arrangement of vertical, parallel, same direction or coplanar can be realized within a preset error range, and a corresponding preset effect is achieved, so that the technical effect of limiting the features can be realized maximally, the corresponding technical scheme is convenient to implement, and the high feasibility is achieved.

Claims (11)

1. An insertion mounting assembly for a decorative panel, comprising:
the fixing component comprises an installation section, one side of the installation section is used for being attached and fixed with the side wall, the other opposite side surface of the installation section is provided with an insertion groove, and the opening direction of the insertion groove is perpendicular to the installation section;
the connecting structure comprises at least one connecting component, and comprises a connecting section and a fixing section, wherein the end parts of the connecting component are vertically connected with each other, the fixing section is used for being attached and fixed with the decorative plate, and the connecting section is connected and fixed in the connecting groove in a connecting mode.
2. The trim panel plug-in mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the securing member further comprises:
the two vertical sections are vertically fixed on the same side of the mounting section and are arranged in parallel at intervals to form the inserting grooves;
the two elastic sections are respectively connected with the vertical sections in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the two elastic sections respectively bend and extend towards the direction of the installation section and the direction of the other vertical section, and the two elastic sections are close to each other to form a plug interface of the plug groove;
the inserting port is used for extruding and fixing the inserting section.
3. The trim panel bayonet mount assembly of claim 2, wherein adjacent two of said resilient sections are in one set in a direction perpendicular to said vertical section, said securing member includes a plurality of sets of said resilient sections, and said plurality of sets of said resilient sections are spaced apart in a direction parallel to said mounting section and said vertical section.
4. A plug-in mounting assembly for a trim panel according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the vertical section is die-cut in a direction perpendicular to the vertical section to form a punched hole, and the resilient section corresponds to the shape of the punched hole.

The inserting mounting assembly of the decorative plate according to claim 4, wherein the mounting section comprises a plurality of positioning areas and shielding areas which are alternately arranged one by one along a direction parallel to the mounting section and the vertical section, the vertical projections of the plurality of groups of elastic sections on the mounting section are coincided with the plurality of shielding areas one by one, and the positioning areas are provided with mounting through holes.

The inserting and mounting assembly of the decorative plate according to claim 2 or 3, wherein along the direction perpendicular to the vertical section, the edges of the two elastic sections far away from the vertical section are respectively folded and extended towards the direction of the correspondingly connected vertical section to form flanges.

A plug-in mounting assembly for a decorative panel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a rib is formed on the edge of the plug-in section away from the fixing section in a direction parallel to the fixing section and the plug-in section, and the rib and the fixing section are both located on the same side of the plug-in section.

A decorative plate structure, characterized in that, the plug-in mounting assembly comprises a decorative plate and at least two decorative plates according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the decorative plate is fixedly connected with at least two plug-in components, and the decorative plate is fixedly connected with two adjacent fixing components through the plug-in components in a plug-in mode.

The structure of the decorative plate according to claim 8, wherein two adjacent insertion members of two adjacent decorative plates are inserted and fixed with the same fixing member, and the opposite side walls of two adjacent decorative plates are flush with the end surfaces, close to the insertion section, of the correspondingly attached fixing sections respectively.
10. The trim panel structure of claim 8 or 9, wherein the side wall of the outermost trim panel remote from the adjacent trim panel is flush with the outer side wall of the outermost insertion groove remote from the adjacent insertion groove.
11. A method of manufacturing a plug-in mounting assembly for a trim panel according to claim 4, comprising:
providing a rectangular sheet;
stamping and cutting preset positions of the edges of the two sides of the rectangular sheet to form the stamping hole and the elastic section;
and putting the rectangular sheet into a preset die, and processing the fixing member comprising the mounting section and the two vertical sections by a cold-pressing right-angle bending process.
