Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of suspended ceiling installation, and particularly relates to a quick-mounting suspended ceiling modeling plate and an installation method. The quick-mounting ceiling modeling plate comprises a modeling plate for edge folding and a fixing piece for fixing the modeling plate; the fixing piece is of an L-shaped card inserting structure; the fixing piece is of an L-shaped card inserting structure; the modeling plate comprises a vertical plate, a transverse plate and a trimming line, wherein the transverse plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the vertical plate, one end of the trimming line is fixedly connected with the transverse plate, and the other end of the trimming line is connected with the vertical plate; the vertical plate is provided with a clamping groove for inserting the fixing piece. The fixing piece adopting the L-shaped card inserting structure is matched and connected with the moulding plate with the clamping groove in a clamping mode, so that the wall surface closing-up line effect is achieved, the mounting procedures are reduced, the rapid mounting is realized, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the mounting cost is saved.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the molded plate of the quick-assembly suspended ceiling provided in this embodiment includes a molded plate 2 for edge folding and a fixing member 1 for fixing the molded plate 2;
wherein, the fixing part 1 is in an L-shaped card inserting structure; the modeling plate 2 is provided with a clamping groove for inserting the fixing piece.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the fixing member 1 having an "L" shape is integrally formed by a first panel 11 and a second panel 12. The molding plate 2 is inserted into and connected with the second panel 12. The second panel 12 is elastic, and may be made of any elastic material known to those skilled in the art, so that it is convenient to bend and the clamping with the modeling plate 2 is more tightly achieved when the second panel is inserted into the clamping groove. The first panel 11 is provided with bolt through holes (not shown) at intervals, and the bolt through holes extend along the length direction of the first panel 11. The fixing piece 1 is fixedly connected with the wall body through a connecting screw penetrating through the bolt through hole.
As shown in fig. 3, the modeling plate 2 includes a vertical plate 21, a horizontal plate 22 vertically fixed to the vertical plate 21, and a trimming strip 23 having one end fixed to the horizontal plate 22 and the other end connected to the vertical plate 21. The vertical plate 21, the transverse plate 22 and the edge-closing line 23 are integrally formed to form a whole with a space structure, and wires can be installed in the space structure, so that the line is prevented from being exposed on the surface of the wall to affect the appearance; or the lamp strip is arranged, so that the space is fully utilized and the lighting effect can be provided.
The edge strip 23 may be made of light aluminum alloy or transparent material when the light strip is installed, or any material known in the art. In addition, the edge folding line 23 is linear or arc, and is preferably an arc edge folding line for improving the overall appearance of the device.
One end of the modeling plate 2 far away from the fixing piece is provided with a clamping and sewing structure for installing a veneer, and preferably, the veneer and the modeling plate 2 are spliced and assembled through caulking strips.
Firstly, fixing an integrated fixing piece 1 with a wall top by using nails to realize positioning; and then directly clamping and connecting the molding plate 2 with the clamping groove and the fixing piece 1 to finish installation. The fixing piece 1 and the modeling plate 2 are installed in a clamping and matching mode, so that the installation efficiency is improved; in addition, the two are integrated into one piece, and the required material is simple, convenient later stage dismantlement maintenance.

the fixing piece is of an L-shaped card inserting structure; the modeling plate comprises a vertical plate, a transverse plate and a trimming line, wherein the transverse plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the vertical plate, one end of the trimming line is fixedly connected with the transverse plate, and the other end of the trimming line is connected with the vertical plate;
the vertical plate is provided with a clamping groove for inserting the fixing piece.
2. The package ceiling molding board of claim 1 wherein the edge strip is arcuate.
3. The quick-assembling ceiling molding plate as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vertical plate, the horizontal plate and the edge trimming strip are integrally formed to form a whole body with a space structure.
4. The package ceiling molding board of claim 1 wherein the L-shaped securing member is integrally formed from the first and second panels.
5. The package ceiling molding board of claim 4 wherein the molding board is snap-fit to the second panel.
6. The package ceiling styling plate of claim 4 wherein the second panel is resilient.
7. The package ceiling molding plate as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first panel is spaced apart by bolt through holes extending along a length of the first panel.
8. The package ceiling molding board of claim 7, wherein the fixing member is fixedly connected to the wall by a connecting screw passing through the bolt through hole.
9. The quick-fit ceiling molding board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the molding board remote from the fixing members are provided with snap-fit structures for mounting a veneer.
10. A method of installing the package ceiling tile of any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
s1: fixing the integrated fixing piece with the wall top by using nails to realize positioning;
s2: and directly inserting and connecting the molding plate with the clamping groove and the fixing piece to finish installation.
