The "five lines" position is shown in fig. 2, oo line represents the machine center line, aa line represents the operating-side base plate center line, bb line represents the drive-side base plate center line, cc line represents the longitudinal auxiliary line, and dd line represents the transverse reference line. The plurality of rectangular blocks on the bb line in fig. 2 represent the transmission-side base board to be mounted subsequently, and the plurality of rectangular blocks on the aa line represent the operation-side base board to be mounted subsequently. By "one point" is meant a permanent mark of the paper machine installation elevation.
For convenient installation, parallel lines 8-10 m outside the central line of the operation side base plate are taken as installation reference lines, permanent marking points are buried, and the connecting lines of the permanent marking points are longitudinal auxiliary lines which are parallel to the central line of the paper machine.
Optionally, the longitudinal reference line and the transverse reference line are defined according to a center line or an edge line of the building shown in the construction drawing, and the elevation reference line is defined according to a building water level point.
Optionally, a plurality of stainless steel plates with the diameter of 150 × 150mm are installed at the center of the concrete column corresponding to the operation side, the elevation is determined to be 1.5m higher than that of the foundation plate, and a leveling line is marked on the stainless steel plates by a level gauge, namely a permanent marking point for centering the paper machine installation.
S23, embedding bolts: installing two rows of foundation plate templates along the central line of the operation side foundation plate and the central line of the transmission side foundation plate, checking the height of embedded bolts on the foundation plate templates, pouring a concrete structure below the foundation plate templates to form a foundation girder, and embedding the embedded bolts on the foundation girder; and after the foundation girder is poured, dismantling the foundation plate template.
Specifically, the top end of a reinforcement cage of the foundation girder is slightly lower than a second floor of the paper machine, I-steel is arranged on the second floor, and the I-steel extends to the upper part of the reinforcement cage. And after the I-shaped steel is fixed on the second floor, the horizontal position and elevation of the foundation slab template are fixed through the I-shaped steel. The position requirement of the installation of the basic edition template in the horizontal direction is the same as the installation requirement of the basic plate.
Optionally, the elevation of the foundation plate template needs to be about 30mm lower than the top elevation of the embedded bolts.
After the horizontal position of the foundation plate template is determined, welding the foundation plate template with the I-shaped steel; and finally, determining the elevation of the bolt again by using the level gauge, and locking the bolt. And then erecting a template, and pouring a reinforcement cage to form the reinforcement cage into a foundation girder, so that the embedded bolt is connected to the foundation girder. After the foundation girder is well maintained, the I-steel can be disassembled, and after the I-steel is disassembled together with the foundation plate template, the exposed end of the embedded bolt is left at the top of the foundation girder.
A third step of paper machine installation: s3, installing a foundation plate, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
laying a foundation plate on the foundation girder;
erecting a total station to align the foundation plate and correct the position of the foundation plate;
connecting the foundation plate to the embedded bolt;
erecting a template at the foundation plate, and pouring the foundation plate on the foundation girder;
fastening the embedded bolt;
and respectively engraving transverse datum lines on the foundation plates on two sides, engraving positioning datum lines of all the subsections of the paper machine on the basis of the transverse datum lines, engraving datum hole positions required for installing all the subsections on the foundation plates on the basis of the positioning datum lines, punching holes at the datum holes, and cutting off the embedded bolts protruding from the foundation plates.
From the third step, it can be seen that the foundation plate and the foundation girder are cast in a stepwise manner, rather than casting the foundation plate onto the foundation girder at one time during the casting of the foundation girder. Therefore, the secondary grouting on the foundation plate can ensure the adjustment precision.
In some embodiments, timing the base board in step S3 includes the steps of:
s31: manufacturing two wire racks, wherein the two wire racks are positioned at two ends of the paper machine corresponding to the drawing;
the wire frame is made of channel steel and is fixed on the ground by expansion bolts; the longitudinal center line of the channel steel is vertical to the longitudinal center line of the paper machine, the upper surface of the channel steel is kept horizontal, the 1 secondary line frame is positioned at two ends of a base plate on the transmission side of the paper machine, and the other 1 secondary line frame is positioned at two ends of the operation side of the paper machine;
and determining the two-layer coordinates of the paper machine according to the anchor points on the auxiliary lines, determining the marking points on two sides of the paper machine line frame by using a total station according to the positions of the transmission side and the operation side of the paper machine, sawing a gap of 1mm by using a hacksaw, and drawing steel wires on the gap. The steel wires on the two wire racks are the central lines of the operation side basic plate and the transmission side basic plate and are used as the basis for the initial timing of the basic plates;
optionally, the wire frames at both ends of the paper machine are made of channel steel and fixed on the ground by expansion bolts. The channel steel has a length spanning the center line of the foundation plate and a height of about 400 mm. The upper surface of the channel steel is kept horizontal, and the longitudinal center line of the channel steel is basically vertical to the center line of the paper machine foundation plate.
S32: and adjusting the horizontal position of the base plate by using a jackscrew to ensure that the longitudinal center line of the base plate is superposed with the center line of the corresponding operation side base plate or the center line of the transmission side base plate.
Specifically, the total station is erected, the center lines of two ends of the paper machine are measured, and the horizontal position of the foundation plate is adjusted by a jackscrew so that the longitudinal center marking line of the foundation plate coincides with the preset center line. As shown in FIG. 3, two jackscrews are respectively arranged on two horizontal sides of the foundation plate, and the horizontal position of the foundation plate can be adjusted by jacking the foundation plate through the jackscrews.
Specifically, the step S32 further includes the following steps: and a level gauge is arranged between the foundation girders on the two sides, and the elevation of the foundation plate is measured and determined to be within the tolerance range.
Then leveling the foundation plate: as shown in fig. 3, bar gradienters are respectively arranged at the two ends and the middle of the foundation plate, and the three bar gradienters are used for measuring the transverse levelness of the upper surface of the foundation plate; and respectively measuring the elevation positions of the three positions by using a level gauge, and adjusting the embedded bolts to enable the elevations of the three positions to meet the requirements.
Optionally, in step S32, leveling the base plate, using a bar-shaped level to align, and when setting bar-shaped levels at two ends and the middle of the base plate, setting the bar-shaped levels at the three positions to be perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the base plate; then, the two sides of the foundation plate are provided with bar-shaped gradienters which are arranged to be parallel to the longitudinal central line of the foundation plate so as to ensure the transverse levelness of the foundation plate.
In a particular embodiment, a high-precision level can be used on the cross beam connected between the machine-operating side member and the drive-side member. The level of the base plate is measured to within tolerance (as shown in fig. 4) and then leveled. Because the foundation plate is installed without the bearing of a sizing block, the horizontal level and the longitudinal level of the foundation plate are measured by using a bar-shaped level gauge only at two ends and the middle of the foundation plate (as shown in figure 3), and meanwhile, the elevations of the three places are measured by using a high-precision level gauge (as shown in figure 4), and the screws and the bolts are adjusted to meet the requirements. The levelness of the foundation plate is particularly important for the integral installation of the paper machine, is a work key point in the fine alignment process, and is aligned horizontally by using a strip shape, three points are transversely measured, and one point is arranged at each of two ends of the middle point (the measuring point is arranged in the middle of the foundation bolt); and measuring two points longitudinally, and marking the measuring points. The plate joint is detected horizontally by a bar, and the elevation is measured by a level gauge.
In the scheme, the steel tape is used for pulling the spring scale, the center of the base plate on the transmission side is taken as a standard for marking, the longitudinal center of the first base plate on the operation side is adjusted to be parallel to the longitudinal center of the transmission side, and no error is observed visually. And aligning and leveling the foundation plates to the two ends in sequence, slightly screwing bolts, measuring the elevation by using a level gauge, fastening to 200-300N, and obtaining the foundation plates with qualified elevation and levelness.
In some embodiments, step S3 includes step S33, pouring the base board. Specifically, after securing the foundation plate, the foundation plate is secondarily grouted using non-shrink cement. In order to ensure no cavity in grouting, an inverted F-shaped stirring tool can be manufactured by self, and maintenance work is required to be done at the same time.
In some embodiments, step S3 includes step S34, base plate score line punch and tap. Specifically, the scoring of the base plate is performed after final fastening of the base plate, as follows:
a) by taking a transverse datum line and a longitudinal auxiliary datum line of the paper machine as references, firstly, engraving a transverse datum line on the foundation plates on the two sides by using a total station;
b) according to the drawing size, taking a transverse datum line as a reference, taking the longitudinal positioning size of each part of the paper machine, and using a high-precision disc ruler and a spring balance to make positioning reference scribed lines of each part of the rack or roller on the operation side and the transmission side base plate, wherein the tension force of the spring balance is required to be consistent; and (3) according to the drawing size, engraving the position of the basic hole on the basic plate by using compasses, marking by using a blunderpunch, and marking by using a white paint pen, wherein the mark needs to be clear. At the same time, the protruding part of the horizontal adjusting bolt must be cut off.
c) After the scribing is finished, the magnetic drill can be used for starting the punching and tapping work. The small drill is used for drilling at first, and then the large drill is used for reaming, so that the speed of drilling and tapping can be accelerated on the premise of ensuring the precision.
In the solution of the application, step S4, the wire section equipment of the paper machine is installed. The structure of the wire section apparatus is generally as shown in figure 5.
According to the workload of the paper machine and the service condition of a travelling crane, the paper machine body is divided into a group (comprising a net part and a press part) and a group (a dry part and a paper rolling part) to coordinate and organize construction.
When the net part equipment is installed, firstly, a bottom net part vacuum couch roll and a support are assembled at a scribing position on a base plate, and the vacuum couch roll determines whether core-pulling inspection is carried out or not according to the technical file requirements of the equipment. During assembly, the sealing device in the suction box is required to be correct, the lubrication part is smooth, the angle and the water absorption width of the suction box can be flexibly adjusted, and holes on the surface of the roller are smooth and free from blockage.
In some embodiments, step S4 includes the steps of:
s41: and assembling the vacuum couch rolls and the supports of the net part equipment according to the positioning datum lines carved on the foundation plate, and leveling and aligning each vacuum couch roll by using a total station.
Specifically, the center line of the couch roll is a transverse datum line for installing the whole paper machine, the couch roll is mostly clamped by key grooves at present (some large rolls including a pressing part and a drying part are in key groove type design), and the elevation of the couch roll is also a base point for adjusting devices such as a suction box, a breast roll and the like.
And after the later-stage adjustment stage, arranging the prism on the side surface of the roller and perpendicular to the axis of the roller, and erecting a total station. And (3) slightly rotating the couch roll, measuring the reading when the horizontal position of the scale is measured, and measuring the reading of the corresponding position of the scale on the transmission side, wherein the numerical difference between the two sides is required to meet the standard requirement. If not, the support is moved slightly by the jack until the requirement is met. As shown in fig. 6, reference numeral 1 in fig. 6 represents a vacuum couch roll, reference numeral 2 represents a prism, reference numeral 3 represents a longitudinal reference line, and reference numeral 4 represents a total station.
The levelness of the couch roll is measured by matching the leveling instrument with the ruler rod.
When the levelness is adjusted, if the levelness is not met, the bearing can be adjusted by using a copper foil or a stainless steel gasket, and meanwhile, the bearing is required to be correct in position and flexible to rotate, and a base bolt is fastened.
The parallelism of the other rolls was also adjusted by the parallelism adjusting method of the vacuum couch roll.
S42: and installing each rack and longitudinal beams of the net part equipment, installing a breast roll, a net driving roll and a net guiding roll, and leveling and aligning the breast roll, the net driving roll and the net guiding roll.
Specifically, all frames and longitudinal beams of the net part equipment are assembled according to the drawing, and a breast roll, a net driving roll, a net guiding roll and the like are installed, wherein the breast roll is required to be parallel to the vacuum couch roll, the allowable deviation is 0.25mm, and the breast roll can be detected by a total station and is required to be parallel to the vacuum couch roll.
For other web driving rollers, guide rollers and the like which are inconvenient to measure by a total station instrument, the measurement is carried out by a steel coil circumference measuring method, no error is required to be observed visually, and the levelness is the same as that of a vacuum couch roll. When the parallelism is checked by a steel tape circumference measuring method, the connecting line of the measured roller and the reference roller is not required to have an overlarge included angle with the horizontal line. And after the rollers are qualified, filling an alignment and leveling record and signing a certificate.
S43: and installing a forming plate, a water scraping plate and a suction box of the net part equipment.
Specifically, the forming plate, the water scraping plate, the suction box and the like are installed in the step, the top surface of the forming plate and the generatrix on the surface of the breast roll are in the same plane, and the transverse center line of the forming plate and the generatrix are parallel to the axial center line of the breast roll, and the plumb bob measurement is free from errors by visual inspection. During installation, the ceramic thin plates on the dewatering elements such as the water suction box and the water scraping plate need to be paid attention to, and the ceramic thin plates are well protected to prevent damage after inspection.
S44: and a pulp flow box and a pulp stabilizing tank of the net part equipment are installed, and a lip plate of the pulp flow box is parallel to the breast roll.
Specifically, a head box and a stock stabilizing tank are installed, a lip plate of the head box and the stock stabilizing tank is protected, the lip plate must be parallel to a breast roll during assembly, the elevation and the position of the lip plate must be aligned according to the drawing requirements, a clearance between the lower lip plate and the surface of the breast roll is checked by a feeler gauge, the tolerance is 0.05mm, and the parallelism is checked by a hanging wire method without errors through visual inspection. And (3) grouting after the foundation plate of the high-pressure head box is assembled and aligned on the body, and filling the head box alignment and leveling record and visa after the head box is qualified. And (3) installing a slurry stabilizing tank, wherein gaps among flanges are required to be uniform, and no leakage exists after bolts are screwed down.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
1. the headbox base board installation details may be referred to previous paper machine base board installation methods. The difference is that. The position and elevation of the base plate are determined with reference to the breast roll.
2. The headbox (itself adjustable) installation also operates on breast roll as a reference. The transverse centerline (axis) of the breast roll determines the transverse centerline of the headbox. Where the gap between the lip and breast roll of the headbox determines the height of the headbox.
S45: a tensioner for installing the net part equipment, a corrector, a walking platform, a railing, a fixed edge device, a spray pipe, a white water tray, a scraper and a water needle.
Specifically, random accessories such as a tensioner, a corrector, a walking board, a railing, a fixed edge device, a water spraying pipe, a white water disc, a scraper, a water needle and the like are installed to meet the requirements of drawings. The operating mechanism is required to be flexible, the stroke is in place, and the lubrication is good.
In step S4, the cantilever beam also needs to be adjusted. The specific adjustment process is shown in fig. 7.
The cantilever beam adjustment is required to be completed before the breast roll and the suction box of the net part are adjusted, and the specific adjustment method comprises the following steps:
1) jacking the cantilever beam at the slide block by using a jack, removing the slide block, and fastening the pull rod as the yellow mark of the right picture;
2) the jack is removed by fastening the pull rod to a certain degree, and the sagging degree of the slide block is observed (generally, at least 24 hours of observation is required), namely the sagging degree meets the requirement shown in the upper graph;
3) "top-down" means to adjust from the second layer to the first layer by layer; the term "same layer and standard" means that the cantilever beam sag of the same layer needs to be the same.
In step S4, special attention should be paid to the integrity of the packaging of the various roll surfaces during installation to avoid damage.
In the solution of the present application, step S5, the press section equipment is installed.
In some embodiments, the press section apparatus is a three pass press apparatus including a one nip vacuum large roll diameter, a two nip large roll diameter, a three shoe press. The structure is shown in detail in figure 8,
specifically, the paper machine press part is three presses, namely a first-press vacuum large-roll diameter press, a second-press large-roll diameter press and a third-press shoe type press.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a pressing part, a water receiving disc is arranged in a support, a circle in the support represents a roller, and the principle of installation of the pressing part can be summarized as follows that the pressing part is installed firstly from bottom to top and then from inside to outside.
Step S5 includes the steps of:
s51: determining the longitudinal and transverse positions of a lower coarse cotton cloth correcting roller, a tensioning roller and a vacuum coarse cotton cloth suction box of a first-pressure vacuum large roller diameter, a second-pressure large roller diameter and a third-pressure shoe type press by adopting a wire hanging method; after alignment, fixing a bracket for a first-pressure vacuum large roller diameter, a second-pressure large roller diameter and a third-pressure shoe type press, and then hoisting a correcting roller, a tensioning roller and a vacuum felt water suction box in place; installing a press roll of the press part equipment, aligning the parallelism of each roll by a wire hanging method by taking the press roll as a reference, aligning the levelness of each roll by a level gauge, and hanging and aligning a scraper and a spray pipe in place.
Specifically, position scribed lines on a two-layer base plate are taken as a reference, a transverse steel wire reference line and a longitudinal reference center line of a paper machine are hung on a two-layer base plate, and the longitudinal and transverse positions of a one-layer one-pressing, two-pressing and three-pressing coarse cotton cloth correcting roller, a tensioning roller and a vacuum coarse cotton cloth suction box frame in a workshop are determined by using a wire hanging method with the steel wire as the reference. After alignment, welding a foundation bolt fixing support, then hoisting a correcting roller, a tensioning roller, a vacuum felt suction box and the like in place, after a press roller is installed, aligning the parallelism of each roller by using a wire hanging method by taking the press roller as a reference, aligning the levelness of each roller by using a level gauge, and finally, hoisting a scraper and a spray pipe in place and aligning.
S52: assembling a rack on the operation side and the transmission side of the one-pressure vacuum large roll diameter, the two-pressure large roll diameter and the three-pressure shoe type press according to the positioning datum line carved on the foundation plate, and hoisting a lower roll base of the one-pressure vacuum large roll diameter, the two-pressure large roll diameter and the three-pressure shoe type press onto the foundation plate.
Specifically, according to the scribed lines on the foundation plate, a first-pressure, a second-pressure, a third-pressure operation and transmission two-side machine frame and a first-pressure, a second-pressure and a third-pressure lower roller machine frame are hoisted on the foundation plate, attention is paid to the fact that a net cushion block is additionally arranged below the operation side machine frame, the rough alignment is carried out according to the scribed lines, bolts are slightly fastened, then a cantilever distance beam is hoisted on the machine frame, then a total station is used for taking an external auxiliary datum line as a reference, the longitudinal position of the machine frame is aligned according to a positioning key on the machine frame (the positioning key needs to be properly repaired before installation), the longitudinal position of the machine frame is perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the paper machine, the longitudinal center line of the paper machine is transversely symmetrical to the longitudinal center line of the paper machine, and the leveling instrument is used for aligning the elevation difference of the machine frame. While tightly controlling the span of the rack.
S53: and installing and aligning a pressing roller with a first pressing vacuum large roller diameter, a second pressing large roller diameter and a third pressing shoe type pressing and a water receiving disc of a vacuum suction shifting roller.
Then hoisting the first-pressure, second-pressure and third-pressure shoe type pressing lower press rolls and the vacuum suction roll in place, and performing alignment by using a drying cylinder alignment method.
S54: and installing and aligning the guide rollers and the scrapers of the lower coarse cotton cloth. Wherein, after the alignment is confirmed to be correct, the accessories such as guide rollers, scrapers and the like of the lower coarse cotton cloth can be installed and aligned.
S55: installing and aligning a rack and a base on an operation side and a transmission side of a first-pressure vacuum large roller diameter, a second-pressure large roller diameter and a three-pressure shoe type press, and installing a cantilever distance beam of the upper rack.
Specifically, a first pressing operation, a second pressing operation and a third pressing operation are installed and aligned, the upper racks on two sides and the first, second and third upper press roll stands are transmitted, meanwhile, cantilever distance beams of the upper racks are installed, and the screen changing cushion blocks below the racks on the operation side are installed.
S56: and hoisting the upper pressing roll with the first pressing vacuum large roll diameter, the upper pressing roll with the second pressing vacuum large roll diameter and the upper pressing roll with the third pressing shoe type pressing and the vacuum suction transferring roll with the first pressing vacuum large roll diameter in place, and leveling and aligning.
S57: installing a water receiving disc of a squeezing roller, a scraper and a spray pipe, and aligning by taking the squeezing roller as a reference;
s58: and installing and aligning a top layer rack, an upper coarse cotton cloth tensioning roller, a correcting roller, a vacuum coarse cotton cloth suction box, a guide roller and a scraper thereof.
Specifically, the top layer frame, an upper coarse cotton cloth tensioning roller, a correcting roller, a vacuum coarse cotton cloth suction box, a guide roller, a scraper thereof and other parts are arranged and aligned. In the installation process of the squeezing part, when equipment with a water pan, such as a squeezing roller, a vacuum suction shifting roller and the like, is installed, the water pan is required to be installed in a crossed mode at proper time, and particularly the water pan under the roller needs to be located in place before the roller is installed.
In step S5, the cantilever end anchor points of the cantilever distance beams are aligned and positioned with reference to the mounted cantilever distance beams and then fixed.
In the solution of the present application, step S6: and installing a drying part device.
The drying part is complex in structure and installation and needs to be strictly carried out according to a certain sequence. The operation flow is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of first-floor tensioning roller installation, second-floor bottom cylinder installation, second-layer support installation (bottom cylinder scraper, upper cylinder scraper and the like are installed), upper drying cylinder installation, beam installation, distance beam installation and leveling and aligning.
In some embodiments, step S6 includes the steps of:
s61: and (3) taking the foundation plate as a reference, installing a layer of tensioning roller and canvas roller, determining the position by a wire hanging and dropping method, and determining the elevation by a level gauge.
Specifically, a foundation plate is taken as a reference, a layer of tensioning roller and a canvas roller are installed, the position is determined by a wire hanging and dropping method, and the elevation is determined by a level gauge; before the second floor drying cylinder is installed, the installation and leveling and alignment work of the part needs to be finished.
S62: and (4) installing a bottom-layer drying cylinder, installing a support of a second-layer drying cylinder, and aligning the support by using a total station.
Specifically, after the second floor drying cylinder is installed, the support of the second floor drying cylinder can be installed, and the support is aligned by using the total station so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal datum line of the paper machine. And leveling by using a level gauge to transfer the equal heights of the frames on the two sides, and simultaneously ensuring that the span dimension is correct, so that the span dimension is transversely symmetrical to the longitudinal central line of the paper machine.
S63: and installing an upper drying cylinder.
In the installation of the upper drying cylinder, because the two layers of brackets are of a Y-shaped structure, a support is required to be manufactured for supporting the Y-shaped bracket, and then a guide roller 1, a scraper 2 and a guide roller 2 are sequentially installed.
S64: the hoisting drying cylinder is in place on the frame.
Specifically, a hoisting drying cylinder is in place on a rack; and taking an external longitudinal auxiliary datum line of the operation side machine as a reference, aligning the verticality of the drying cylinder and the central line of the paper machine by using a high-precision total station, aligning the levelness of the drying cylinder by using a level gauge, and ensuring the position precision of the transmission side gear box and the operation side rack.
Special attention is needed here to ensure the perpendicularity between the frames on both sides of the drying cylinder and the drying cylinder (i.e. ensuring the consistent clearance between the shaft heads on the transmission side and the operation side of the drying cylinder and the bearings). Meanwhile, the transverse central symmetry of the drying cylinder and the central line of the paper machine are ensured.
Attention is paid to the following points: 1) if the levelness of the drying cylinder or the guide roller does not meet the requirement, the adjustment can be carried out by adding the gasket, but the number of the gaskets is preferably not more than three.
2) To avoid missing the bolt fastening, the bolt to be fastened must be marked.
The step S6 further includes the steps of: the transmission part is installed.
After finishing the leveling and aligning work of the driving roller, the driving operation can be carried out, and the flow is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of civil foundation detection, transmission in-place, transmission initial finding, primary grouting, transmission fine finding, secondary grouting, transmission shaft protection cover installation and the like.
A. And checking a transmission foundation, particularly the relative elevation of the gear box and the motor and the relative position of the bolt hole according to drawing paying-off. And (4) rechecking the basic size according to the actual sizes of the transmission shaft, the gear box and the motor.
B. And carrying out initial finding and fine finding work of transmission by using a laser centering instrument, and starting secondary grouting after the fine finding work is finished and confirmed by an owner or an equipment manufacturer.
In the solution of the present application, step S7: and (5) installing a rewinding machine.
In some embodiments, step S7 includes the steps of:
s71: the paper-ejecting frame, the paper web corrector, the longitudinal cutting device, the unfolding port, the rewinding device, the coil-unloading device and the transmission device of the rewinding machine are arranged on the foundation plate.
S72: and (4) aligning by using a total station, positioning the longitudinal center line of the rewinder on the extension line of the center line of the paper machine, and positioning the transverse center of the rewinder on the transverse reference line.

s11, setting up plane coordinates: determining a center line of the paper machine according to construction engineering, and setting anchor points at two ends of the center line as datum lines for paper machine installation; translating the reference line to an operation side by 8-10 meters to serve as a reference line for installing and aligning the paper machine, setting a plurality of anchor points on the reference line to serve as reference positions for installing all parts of the paper machine, and setting at least one anchor point at the reference position of each part; measuring and recording the specific positions of all the anchor points, wherein the position coordinates of the anchor points form a plane coordinate system for installing and aligning the paper machine;
s12, setting elevation coordinates: installing elevation datum plates on the elevation column at set intervals according to the elevation datum line of the building engineering, and establishing the elevation datum for installing the paper machine;
s13, the above plane coordinate system and the elevation reference form a three-dimensional coordinate system for paper machine installation;
s2, installing the embedded bolt, which comprises the following steps:
s21, prefabricating a foundation plate template: drawing a foundation plate template drawing, prefabricating a foundation plate template in the operation field, determining the position of a pre-buried bolt hole on the prefabricated foundation plate template, punching, and installing a pre-buried bolt at the pre-buried bolt hole;
s22, determining an installation reference line: setting the center line of the operation side base plate, the center line of the transmission side base plate and the transverse datum line of each paper machine subsection based on the set coordinate system;

erecting a template at the foundation plate, and pouring the foundation plate on the foundation girder by adopting grouting material;
fastening the embedded bolt to a preset torque;
carving a positioning reference line of each subsection of the paper machine according to the transverse reference line, carving a reference hole position required by installation of each subsection on the foundation plate by taking the positioning reference line as a reference, punching holes at the reference holes, and cutting off the embedded bolts protruding from the foundation plate;
s4, installing the net part equipment of the paper machine;
s5, installing a press part device;
s6: installing a drying part device;
s7: and (5) installing a rewinding machine.
2. The total station measurement-based paper machine installation method according to claim 1, characterized in that, when finding the timing for said foundation board in step S3, comprising the steps of:
s31: manufacturing two pairs of wire frames, wherein the two pairs of wire frames are positioned at two ends of the paper machine operation side and the transmission side corresponding to the drawing;
the wire frame is made of channel steel and is fixed on the ground by expansion bolts; the longitudinal center line of the channel steel is vertical to the longitudinal center line of the paper machine, the upper surface of the channel steel is kept horizontal, the 1 secondary line frame is positioned at two ends of a base plate on the transmission side of the paper machine, and the other 1 secondary line frame is positioned at two ends of the operation side of the paper machine;
and determining the two-layer coordinates of the paper machine according to the anchor points on the auxiliary lines, determining the marking points on two sides of the paper machine line frame by using a total station according to the positions of the transmission side and the operation side of the paper machine, sawing a gap of 1mm by using a hacksaw, and drawing steel wires on the gap. The steel wires on the two wire racks are the central lines of the operation side basic plate and the transmission side basic plate and are used as the basis for the initial timing of the basic plates;
s32: adjusting the horizontal position of the foundation plate by using a jackscrew, so that the longitudinal center line of the foundation plate is coincided with the center line of the operation side foundation plate or the center line of the transmission side foundation plate.

The total station measurement based paper machine installation method according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising, at step S32, the steps of: erecting a level gauge at a corresponding position of a second floor of the paper machine, and measuring and determining that the elevation of the foundation plate is within an allowance range;
then leveling the foundation plate: respectively arranging bar-shaped gradienters at two ends and in the middle of the foundation plate, and measuring the transverse levelness of the upper surface of the foundation plate by using the three bar-shaped gradienters; and respectively measuring the elevation positions of the three positions by using the level gauge, and adjusting the embedded bolts to enable the elevations of the three positions to meet the requirements.

The total station measurement-based paper machine installation method according to claim 3, characterized in that, in step S32, leveling the base board, leveling with bar levels, setting the bar levels at three locations perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the base board when setting the bar levels at both ends and in the middle of the base board; then the bar gradienters are arranged on the two sides of the foundation plate, and the bar gradienters on the two sides are arranged to be parallel to the longitudinal central line of the foundation plate so as to ensure the transverse levelness of the foundation plate.

s44: installing a head box and a stock stabilizing tank of the net part equipment, wherein a lip plate of the head box is parallel to the breast roll;
s45: the tensioner, the corrector, the walking platform, the railing, the edge fixing device, the water spraying pipe, the white water tray, the scraper and the water needle are installed on the net part equipment.

The total station measurement-based paper machine installation method according to claim 1, wherein said press section equipment is a three-pass press equipment, said press section equipment comprises a one-press vacuum large roll diameter press roll, a two-press large roll diameter press roll, a three-press shoe press roll, and step S5 comprises the steps of:
s51: assembling a rack on the operation side and the transmission side of the first-pressure vacuum large roller diameter and the second-pressure large roller diameter according to the positioning datum line carved on the foundation plate, hoisting a lower roller base of the first-pressure vacuum large roller diameter and the second-pressure large roller diameter onto the foundation plate, installing bolts and screwing to a specified torque;

s53: a water receiving tray for installing and aligning the pressing roller with the first pressing vacuum large roller diameter, the pressing roller with the second pressing vacuum large roller diameter and the vacuum suction and moving roller;
s54: installing and aligning guide rollers and scrapers of the lower coarse cotton cloth;
s55: installing and aligning the first-pressure vacuum large roll diameter, the operating side and the frame and the base on the transmission side of the second-pressure large roll diameter, and installing a cantilever distance beam of the upper frame;
s56: hoisting the first-pressing vacuum large roll diameter, the upper press roll with the second-pressing vacuum large roll diameter and the vacuum suction roll with the first-pressing vacuum large roll diameter in place, and leveling and aligning;
s57: installing a water receiving disc of a squeezing roller, a scraper and a spray pipe, and aligning by taking the squeezing roller as a reference;
s58: and installing and aligning a top layer rack, an upper coarse cotton cloth tensioning roller, a correcting roller, a vacuum coarse cotton cloth suction box, a guide roller and a scraper thereof.
7. The total station measurement-based paper machine installation method according to claim 1, characterized in that step S6 comprises the steps of:
s61: determining the positions of a tension roller and a canvas roller on one layer by using a total station measuring method by taking the second-layer coordinates of the workshop as a reference, and determining the elevation by using the level gauge;
s62: installing a bottom layer drying cylinder, installing a bracket of a second layer drying cylinder, and aligning the bracket by using a total station;
s63: installing an upper drying cylinder;
s64: hoisting the drying cylinder in place on the rack;
s65: all drying cylinders adopt a total station to perform horizontal position alignment, and a level gauge is adopted to perform horizontal alignment.
8. The total station measurement-based paper machine installation method according to claim 1, characterized in that step S7 comprises the steps of:
