Abstract
The invention discloses a supporting knife with edge protection devices, wherein the edge protection devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a supporting knife body and comprise a group of piano key pieces, cam sliding blocks, detection shifting forks, micro switches, upper transmission screw rods, lower transmission screw rods and sliding blocks; a group of key sheets are clamped in clamping grooves which are matched with the cutter supporting frame, and grooves which are matched with the cam sliding blocks are formed in the key sheets; the upper transmission screw and the lower transmission screw are in gear engagement transmission, the sliding block moves transversely through the lower transmission screw, the upper transmission screw is driven by the synchronous belt to move the cam sliding block transversely, and a section of arc-shaped notch is formed in a group of key sheets to protect the cloth edge. The invention can realize that the fabric with thick edges can keep the integrity of the selvedge in the shearing process, and the edge protection device has simple structure, reliable use, low power consumption and wide application range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cutter support of a shearing machine, in particular to a cutter support with an edge protection device.
Background
At present, pile fabrics are weaved, untwisted or fluffed, and the pile fibers on the surfaces are different in length, namely the pile fibers need to be cut to be flush by a shearing machine, and the shearing machine is textile after-finishing equipment and is one of main equipment for after-finishing of pile products. The shearing process can be generally divided into pre (initial) shearing, final (fine) shearing and fancy shearing, and is mainly determined by the type of the supporting knife. The supporting knife enables the sheared fabric to run to reach the folding angle at the tip end of the supporting knife and to generate sharp bending and turning, and the tension of the inner layer and the outer layer changes to enable the fluff fiber to vertically enter the knife edge, so that the fixed-length shearing is facilitated. The supporting knife is a base station supported during the shearing operation of the fabric, and the distance between the supporting knife tip and the shearing knife is the thickness of the sheared fabric. Generally, the supporting knife is a rigid body and has no extension scope, when a shearing machine in the conventional domestic textile after-finishing equipment shears a fabric with a raised thick edge, the edge is often easily sheared to be damaged, and no proper and effective structure is provided in the domestic equipment for solving the problem.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a supporting knife with an edge protection device, which can realize that the integrity of a cloth edge can be kept during the shearing process of a fabric with a thick edge, and the edge protection device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable use, low power consumption and wide application range.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: a supporting cutter with edge protection devices is arranged on a supporting cutter seat at two ends of a shearing machine and comprises a supporting cutter body and a supporting cutter frame, wherein the edge protection devices are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the supporting cutter body and comprise a group of piano key sheets, a cam sliding block, a detection shifting fork, a microswitch, an upper transmission screw rod, a lower transmission screw rod and a sliding block;
the key sheets are clamped in clamping grooves which are arranged in a matched mode in the knife rest, grooves matched with the cam sliding blocks are formed in the key sheets, the cam sliding blocks are arranged in the knife rest and clamped in the grooves of the key sheets, and reset springs are arranged below the key sheets;
the improved piano keyboard comprises a cam slider, a lower transmission screw, a transmission motor, a sliding block, a lower transmission screw, a gear mesh and a gear motor, wherein the cam slider is connected with the upper transmission screw, the sliding block is connected with the lower transmission screw, the lower transmission screw is connected with the transmission motor, the upper transmission screw and the lower transmission screw are in transmission through the gear mesh, the sliding block moves transversely through the lower transmission screw, the upper transmission screw is driven synchronously to enable the cam slider to move transversely, and a section of arc-shaped notch is formed in a group of piano key pieces.
The detection shifting fork and the microswitch are fixedly connected with the sliding block through a connecting piece.
Preferably, the group of piano key pieces are a group of thin sheet piano key pieces which are uniformly arranged, and the thickness of each single piano key piece is 0.7-1.3 mm.
As a further improvement, a protective plate is arranged on the outer side of the key sheet group and is fixed with the cutter supporting frame through bolts.
As a further improvement, limit stops are arranged on two sides of the key sheet group respectively.

The upper and lower transmission screw rods are driven by gears, arc-shaped notches are formed on the key sheets timely and accurately, the structure is simple, and the synchronization is reliable. The size of the arc-shaped notch formed by the cutter supporting top completely depends on the shape of the cam, and can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs.
The invention has the advantages that the edge protection devices are additionally arranged on the two sides of the supporting knife, so that the fabric with thick edges can be kept complete in the shearing process, a group of thin-sheet key sheets are arranged on the supporting knife frames on the two sides, the grooves of the key sheets are clamped in the cam sliding blocks, and the cam sliding blocks can move transversely under the drive of the screw rods; when the selvedge contacts the detection shifting fork, the microswitch is triggered to drive the transmission motor to act, and the motor transmission screw rod enables the cam and the detection shifting fork to move synchronously, so that the arc-shaped notch formed by the piano key sheet moves synchronously with the selvedge, and the effect of protecting the selvedge is realized. The edge protection device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable use, low power consumption and wide application range. The device can be used for shearing thick-edge protruding fabrics and is also suitable for shearing other fabrics with uniform thickness.

Detailed Description

The supporting knife with the edge protection device comprises a supporting knife body 9 and a supporting knife rest 7, wherein the supporting knife rest 7 is divided into a left part and a right part, and the structures are completely symmetrical. The edge protection devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cutter supporting body 9, the cutter supporting body 9 and the edge protection devices form a complete cutter supporting, and the cutter supporting body and the edge protection devices are fixed on the cutter supporting seat 10 together through bolts. The edge protection device comprises a group of uniformly arranged thin-sheet piano key pieces 1, a cam slider 2, a detection shifting fork 3, a microswitch 4, an upper transmission screw 5, a lower transmission screw 6 and a slider 8; wherein the thickness of the single piano key sheet is 1 mm.
The piano key pieces 1 are clamped in clamping grooves which are formed in the tool rest 7 in a matching mode, grooves which are matched with the cam sliding blocks 2 are formed in the piano key pieces 1, the cam sliding blocks 2 are arranged in the tool rest 7 and clamped in the grooves of the piano key pieces 1, and the reset springs 11 are arranged below the piano key pieces 1; and a guard plate 13 is arranged on the outer side of the group of piano key pieces 1, and the guard plate 13 is fixed with the knife rest 7 through a bolt 14. And two sides of the group of piano key pieces 1 are respectively provided with a limit stop I16 and a limit stop II 17. The soft elastic gasket is arranged at the bottom of the piano key sheet 1, so that the contact surface of the reset spring 11 can be enlarged, and the working efficiency is ensured.

When the shearing machine works, the shearing knife roller 19 is arranged above the fabric 21, the distance is adjusted according to the thickness of the fabric 21, the fabric 21 moves forwards through the top of the supporting knife, and the fabric 21 has certain tension, so that the fabric surface is always tightly attached to the top of the supporting knife. When the left cloth edge 20 contacts the detection shift fork 3, the detection shift fork 3 can swing to the left, so that the microswitch 4 at the left side of the bottom is triggered, and the transmission air (oil) motor acts. The pneumatic (oil) motor is connected with the lower transmission screw 6 through the flexible shaft 18, and the upper transmission screw 5 and the lower transmission screw 6 are in meshing transmission through gears, so that the rotation of the upper transmission screw and the lower transmission screw is synchronous. The detection shifting fork 3 can be driven by the lower transmission screw rod 6 to move transversely, the gear meshing transmission enables the cam sliding block 2 and the detection shifting fork 3 to move synchronously, so that the arc-shaped notch 15 formed on the group of piano key pieces 1 moves synchronously with the cloth edge 20, namely no matter where the cloth edge 20 moves, the arc-shaped notch 15 formed on the top of the supporting knife can move where, the thicker cloth edge 20 is ensured to be always positioned in the arc-shaped notch 15, the cloth edge cannot be cut to be damaged, and the effect of protecting the cloth edge 20 is realized. When the left cloth edge is separated from the detection shifting fork 3, the detection shifting fork 3 swings to the right for resetting, and the motor stops acting. And a limit stop I16 and a limit stop II 17 are arranged at the limit positions, so that the cam slider 2 is ensured to run within an allowable range. The working principle of the right side of the selvedge is the same, and the structure is completely symmetrical.
