A portable cryogenic blood cooler comprising two sets of end blood cooler modules (1), characterized in that: a middle box expansion air bag assembly (4) is arranged between the two groups of end blood refrigerator assemblies (1), a plurality of groups of blood bag placement telescopic arm stand (2) are arranged between the interiors of the two groups of end blood refrigerator assemblies (1), the plurality of groups of blood bag placement telescopic arm stand (2) are arranged in the interiors of the two groups of end blood refrigerator assemblies (1) and the middle box expansion air bag assembly (4) in a multi-layer structure, a plurality of groups of water cooling circulation auxiliary refrigeration assemblies (3) are rotatably arranged on two sides of the interiors of the two groups of end blood refrigerator assemblies (1) and the middle box expansion air bag assembly (4), and a plurality of groups of water cooling circulation auxiliary refrigeration assemblies (3) are rotatably connected to form a folding structure;
the end part blood refrigerator assembly (1) comprises a top blood refrigerator (101), a sealing door (102) is arranged on the outer side of the top blood refrigerator (101), a water curtain water supply tank (110) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inside of the top blood refrigerator (101), water supply tank water pipes (111) are respectively arranged at two ends of the water curtain water supply tank (110), water curtain storage boxes (106) are respectively arranged at two sides of the top blood refrigerator (101), water curtain rotating main shafts (107) are respectively fixedly arranged at two sides of the inside of the top blood refrigerator (101), a plurality of square guide sliding rods (103) are fixedly arranged in the inside of the top blood refrigerator (101), a plurality of square guide sliding rods (103) are distributed, two square fixed sleeves (105) are fixedly arranged in the middle of the square guide sliding rods (103), square inner hole sliding sleeves (104) are respectively and slidably arranged at two ends of the square guide sliding rods (103), a plurality of square inner hole sliding sleeves (108) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the square guide sliding sleeves, and a plurality of refrigerating wheels (108) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the top blood refrigerator (101) and a plurality of refrigerating wheels (109) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inside of the top blood refrigerator (101);
the water cooling circulation auxiliary refrigeration assembly (3) comprises a water cooling circulation hollow curtain (301), a water cooling curtain top water inlet pipe (303) and a water cooling curtain bottom water outlet pipe (304) are respectively and fixedly arranged at the top and the bottom of the water cooling circulation hollow curtain (301), a waveform cold water guide plate (302) is fixedly arranged in the water cooling circulation hollow curtain (301), a rotating shaft sleeve (305) is fixedly arranged at the top and the bottom of one side of the water cooling circulation hollow curtain (301), and a rotating inner shaft rod (307) is fixedly arranged at the other side of the water cooling circulation hollow curtain (301) through a supporting vertical plate (306);
the middle box expansion airbag assembly (4) comprises an inert gas expansion airbag (401), an inert gas inflation tube (404) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of one side of the inert gas expansion airbag (401), a plurality of layers of centrifugal stripping heat insulation fiber cotton (402) and a nano-base heat insulation soft felt (403) are arranged on the inner side surface of the inert gas expansion airbag (401), and an inflation valve (405) is arranged on the inert gas inflation tube (404).

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: the blood bag placing telescopic arm support comprises a blood bag placing telescopic arm support table (2), square inner hole sliding sleeves (104) at the ends of square guide sliding rods (103) and square fixing sleeves (105) in the middle of the square guide sliding rods (103) are respectively connected in a rotating mode through shaft pins, and when two groups of boxes between the end blood refrigerator assemblies (1) are expanded to be used, the square inner hole sliding sleeves (104) slide on the square guide sliding rods (103) and are close to the square fixing sleeves (105).

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: the square inner hole sliding sleeve (104) slides on the square guide sliding rod (103) and closes to the square fixing sleeve (105), so that the synchronous expansion of the blood bag placing telescopic arm stand (2) in the two groups of end blood refrigerator components (1) and the middle box expansion air bag component (4) is realized.

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: the two groups of end blood refrigerator components (1) are expanded outwards, inert gas with poor heat conductivity is filled into the middle box expansion air bag component (4) through the inert gas filling pipe (404), and the inert gas serves as a first outer shielding layer of the middle expansion box.

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: the water cooling circulation auxiliary refrigeration components (3) are rotatably connected with each other through rotating the inner shaft rod (307) and the rotating shaft sleeve (305), the water cooling circulation auxiliary refrigeration components (3) are rotatably connected in series to form a group of folding water curtain units, and the four corners of the end blood refrigeration box components (1) are respectively provided with a group of folding water curtain units.

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: and when the two groups of folding water curtain units opposite to the same side are completely spread, a water-cooling auxiliary refrigeration water curtain unit with a middle magnetic attraction closure is formed by the iron-absorbing stones.

A portable cryogenic blood cooler according to claim 1, wherein: the inside of the water-cooling circulation hollow curtain (301) is fixedly provided with a plurality of waveform cold water guide plates (302), and cold water auxiliary refrigeration circulation slits are formed between two adjacent waveform cold water guide plates (302).
