At present, conventional hydraulic hatch board is generally for foldable, hinge formula or adopt the ordinary hatch board of manual formula of hanging off, in marine pipelaying class boats and ships, when the pipelaying operation line goes wrong, the seamless steel pipe that the operation line has welded need place the main deck through hydraulic pressure hatch board from the operation line layer on, because welded steel pipe length is 40 ~ 100 meters, so the whole length of hatch board need be greater than 50 meters.
In this case, the hatch covers in the related art have corresponding drawbacks that, first, the general hatch cover of the manual lift-off type is opened or closed entirely for a long time; secondly, because the cover is too large in size and has no place to place around, if a folding hydraulic hatch cover is adopted, the cover plate with the whole length of more than 50 meters also occupies more space when being folded; finally, although the hinged hydraulic hatch cover solves the spatial problem, the steel pipes of the pipe laying operation line need to be transported to the main deck by a lifter on the bulkhead above the operation line, the lifting structure interferes with the hatch cover structure, and the four oil cylinders for opening the hatch cover influence the clear space size, so the above conventional schemes can not meet the requirements.

In another example, the latch mechanisms 405 are in three groups, which provides a significant increase in sustainable weight. Alternatively, the number of latch mechanisms 405 may be flexibly arranged according to the specific operating conditions, i.e., the weight of the lifting rod 401 and the hatch cover 2.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the deck 1 further has a stainless steel pressing strip 6 at the edge of the opening where the hatch cover is fitted, and optionally, the connection manner between the edge of the opening of the deck 1 and the stainless steel pressing strip 6 includes, but is not limited to, one of welding, riveting, gluing and bolting; the bottom edge of the hatch 2 is provided with a rubber sealing strip 5, and optionally, the bottom edge of the hatch 2 is connected with the rubber sealing strip 5 by one of but not limited to welding, riveting, gluing and bolt fixing; the rubber sealing strip 5 is tightly attached to the stainless steel pressing strip 6.

Under the condition that the locking mechanism 8 ensures that the two groups of hatch covers are respectively fixed with the deck 1, a structure for sealing is arranged between the two groups of hatch covers 2, so that the combination of the deck 1 and the hatch covers can completely seal the space in the cabin body when the hatch covers are in a closed state. In one example, two hatches 2 are connected by a sealing strip and are correspondingly provided with a stepped structure so as to be sealed against each other when in contact with each other.
In this embodiment, when the hatch cover is in a closed state, the locking mechanism 8 is activated, the second bolt extends into the second bolt hole, and the arrangement of the locking mechanism 8 enables the rubber sealing strip 5 on the hatch cover 2 to be attached to the stainless steel pressing strip 6 on the deck 1, so that the sealing performance of the matching position of the hatch cover 2 and the deck 1 is ensured. In another example, the number of the jacking mechanisms 4 is six, and each group of the hatch cover 2 corresponds to three groups of the jacking mechanisms 4, so that the weight of the hatch cover 2 can be borne, and the lifting is greatly improved. Alternatively, the number of the jacking mechanisms 4 can be flexibly arranged according to specific working conditions, namely the weight of the hatch cover 2.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the guide pulleys 4041 is three, and the guide pulleys 4041 are uniformly spaced along the central axis of the lifting rod 401; the jacking rod 401, the guide protection column 403 and the piston rod 4022 are coaxial. In another example, the number of the guide pulleys 4041 is six, and the friction between the lifting rod 401 and the guide pulleys 4041 is reduced, which is smoother when the lifting rod 401 moves up and down, and which is more precise in guiding and positioning the lifting rod 401. Optionally, the number of guide pulleys 4041 may be flexibly arranged according to specific working conditions.
For a better understanding of the present invention, reference is made to the following description of the invention taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and a specific embodiment. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, in order to solve the problems that the time for opening and closing the whole hatch cover is long, the hatch cover occupies a large space when being opened, and the hatch cover interferes with other mechanisms when being opened under the condition that the whole length of the hatch cover is greater than 50 meters, the large vertical jacking hydraulic hatch cover for the marine pipelaying ship, which is described in any one of the above embodiments, is used, and the control principle of the hatch cover is as follows:
when the number of the hatches is two, the two hatches are the first hatches and the second hatches, at this time, the jacking mechanism corresponding to the first hatches is the first jacking mechanism, and the jacking mechanism corresponding to the second hatches is the second jacking mechanism.
The hatch cover is controlled by one of, but not limited to, electric control manual operation, operation box manual operation and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control operation, which are respectively as follows:
1. electric control manual operation (local operation of an operation box, no PLC interlocking):
a. selecting the operation box 'operation selection' as 'local';
b. selecting "operating mode" as "manual" mode;
c. selecting "manual mode" as "no interlock manual";
d. the 'main switch' is selected to be in an 'opening' position, a 'starting motor' button is pressed, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is driven to drive the first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism to operate;
e. and observing the position state of each bolt and the relative position of the first hatch cover and the second hatch cover, when each bolt is in a release position, respectively rotating the first hatch cover or the second hatch cover to an opening position or a closing position, wherein the opening position corresponds to the hatch cover to perform opening action, and an opening indicating lamp red light is normally on after the bolt is opened in place. The closing position is to close the corresponding hatch, and the green light of the closing indicating lamp is normally on after the closing indicating lamp is closed in place;
f. observing the position state of the hatch cover, and when the hatch cover is in a closed or opened in-place state, operating a knob for closing a first bolt or opening the first bolt of the first hatch cover or the second hatch cover respectively, wherein the red light of the indicator light is normally on when the first bolt is in a relaxed in-place state, and the green light of the indicator light is normally on when the first bolt is in a locked in-place state;
g. when the two hatches are obviously asynchronous and inclined in the opening or closing process, the hatches can be adjusted to a certain extent through the corresponding unloading knobs (for example, when the hatches are inclined to the right due to the fact that the oil cylinder on the left side of the first hatches runs at an excessively high speed in the opening process, the first hatches can be adjusted by selecting the ' left ' unloading ' knob);
h. the two cover plates can be respectively selected to be opened or closed at a slow speed in the lifting process.
In the operation mode, PLC interlocking protection is not provided, all the first bolts must be confirmed to be in the release positions before the cabin cover is operated, and bolt actions can be carried out after the cabin cover is in place. The first hatch cover is always above the second hatch cover, and the first hatch cover should be opened and closed first during operation, and the relative position between the two hatch covers is noticed, so as to prevent collision.
2. Manual operation of the operation box (local operation of the operation box, PLC interlocking):
a. selecting the operation box 'operation selection' as 'local';
b. selecting "operating mode" as "manual" mode;
c. selecting "manual mode" as "interlocked manual";
d. the 'main switch' is selected to be in an 'opening' position, a 'starting motor' button is pressed, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is driven to drive the first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism to operate;
