Abstract
The invention discloses a front seat rear cross beam assembly structure, which comprises two front seat rear cross beams which are symmetrical and are arranged separately; a center tunnel rear cross member welded to one end of each of the two front seat rear cross members adjacent to each other; the front seat rear mounting plate is welded at the other end of the front seat rear cross beam; one end of the front seat rear mounting plate is welded and fixed with the front seat rear cross beam, and the other end of the front seat rear mounting plate is formed as a door frame inner plate connecting end; a space between the center tunnel rear cross member and the front seat rear cross member is configured as a center tunnel cover installation space. The front seat rear cross beam assembly structure and the threshold inner plate form a closed cross section in the Y direction, and the front seat rear cross beam is taken as a whole, so that the structure is uniform in stress, strong in stability, simple in welding and high in matching precision, and has a great effect on local structural strength and vehicle body side collision improvement.

a front seat rear mounting plate (2) welded to the other end of the front seat rear cross beam (1);
one end of the front seat rear mounting plate (2) is welded and fixed with the front seat rear cross beam (1), and the other end of the front seat rear mounting plate (2) is formed into a door frame inner plate connecting end;
the space between the center tunnel rear cross member (3) and the front seat rear cross member (1) is configured as a center tunnel cover installation space (302).

the middle channel rear cross beam connecting part (301) is welded and fixed with the front seat rear cross beam (1);
the middle position of the middle channel rear cross beam (3) forms a middle channel cover plate mounting space (302).
5. A front seat rear cross member assembly structure according to claim 4, wherein a center tunnel cover plate (6) is connected between the two front floor panels (5);
