Abstract
The present invention relates to a finger vein detection system, and in another aspect, to a system for determining whether driving is appropriate. A method for judging whether drinking or not by finger vein information includes collecting and storing public finger vein information in advance, collecting and comparing the finger vein information with stored information to obtain an evaluation value during detection, weighting the evaluation value to obtain a final value P, and judging that drinking is not performed if the final value exceeds a certain threshold value, wherein the finger vein information includes finger vein blood vessel diameter, finger vein blood instantaneous flow rate and finger vein blood reflection infrared spectrum. The invention can be applied to drunk driving limitation. The existing finger vein detector can be used for quick judgment only by properly modifying, and the system can prohibit the starting of the vehicle, so that the safety is guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a finger vein detection system, and in another aspect, to a system for determining whether driving is appropriate.
Background
A breathing type alcohol detector is usually adopted by a traffic police to judge whether a person drinks, but some food and some drug users can also misjudge that the expired gas drinks due to chemical reaction, and reports of the type are often found at the alarm end. To make an accurate determination, a blood or urine test is required at a medical institution, which is very time-consuming.
On the other hand, drunk driving as an extremely dangerous driving behavior, random inspection by traffic police and the driver's consciousness are not completely prohibited. It is necessary to check the driver before driving and to prohibit the vehicle from starting immediately if drunk driving is found.
