The following is a specific embodiment of a key mechanism of the apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of the machining container.
The key mechanism of the device for cleaning the inner wall of the container for machining in the embodiment is a driving mechanism 4, and comprises a motor 402 for driving the cleaning mechanism 1 to rotate circumferentially and a telescopic cylinder 403 for driving the cleaning mechanism 1 to move vertically; the device is characterized by further comprising a fixing plate 401, wherein a motor 402 is mounted on the fixing plate 401, an output shaft of the motor 402 is in transmission connection with a connecting plate, the containing box 201 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate, two groups of telescopic cylinders 403 are arranged and are mounted at the bottom of the connecting plate, the containing box 201 is arranged between the two groups of telescopic cylinders 403, and the bottom ends of the two groups of telescopic cylinders 403 are fixedly connected with the top shell 101, as shown in fig. 1-3;
in this embodiment, the circular rotation of the cleaning mechanism 1 is realized by controlling the driving of the motor 402, and the vertical downward movement of the cleaning mechanism 1 is realized by controlling the telescopic cylinder 403, as shown in fig. 3, so that the driving mechanism 4 controls the cleaning mechanism 1 to circulate from top to bottom along the inner wall of the container, and then the cleaning treatment without dead angles is realized once from bottom to top, the container after cleaning can be directly put into use, and the treatment efficiency of the cleaning device is greatly improved.

The following is a specific embodiment of a key mechanism of the apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of the machining container.
The key mechanism of the device for cleaning the inner wall of the container for machining in the embodiment is a supporting component 3 which is used for supporting and limiting a driving mechanism 4; the telescopic rods 301 are horizontally and symmetrically arranged on two sides of a fixing plate 401, two ends of each group of telescopic rods 301 are rotatably connected with a supporting rod 302 through a rotating shaft, an extending end of each supporting rod 302 is fixedly connected with a clamping plate 303 in a U-shaped structure, and a locking bolt is screwed on the clamping plate 303 through threads, as shown in fig. 1 and 2;
in the embodiment, when the cleaning device is used, the clamping plates 303 are clamped at two sides of the top of the caliber of the container, and the positions of the clamping plates 303 are fixed through the locking bolts, so that the stability of the cleaning device in use is ensured; after the use, the cleaning support rod 302 is accommodated between the fixing plate 401 and the cleaning mechanism 1 after rotating, so that the whole cleaning device occupies a small space, and the cleaning device is more convenient to accommodate and portable.

The feeding mechanism of the cleaning device for the inner wall of the container for machining is characterized by comprising a first storage barrel (202) and a second storage barrel (203) which are used for supplying liquid to a first centralized box (104), and the feeding mechanism (2) further comprises a hot air blower (207) which is used for conveying materials to a second centralized box (1011) and a recovery box (205) which is used for recovering waste liquid; the cleaning device is characterized by further comprising a storage box (201), wherein the first storage barrel (202) and the second storage barrel (203) are both arranged in the storage box (201), a first water pump (204) is further arranged in the storage box (201), the input end of the first water pump (204) is respectively communicated with the first storage barrel (202) and the second storage barrel (203) through electromagnetic valves, the output end of the first water pump (204) is communicated with the first centralized box (104) through a liquid conveying pipe (106) provided with the electromagnetic valves, and the first centralized box (104) is communicated with the wiping cloth (108) through a penetration hole; the recycling box (205) and the hot air blower (207) are both arranged in the storage box (201), a second water pump (206) is further arranged in the storage box (201), the output end of the second water pump (206) is communicated with the recycling box (205) through a recycling pipe (109), the input end of the second water pump (206) is communicated with a second concentration box (1011) through an electromagnetic valve, the output end of the hot air blower (207) is communicated with the second concentration box (1011) through an air conveying pipe (1010), and circulation cavities respectively communicated with the recycling port (1012) and the drying port (1013) are correspondingly formed in the second concentration box (1011);
the cleaning device for the inner wall of the container for machining comprises a cleaning mechanism (1), a supply mechanism (2), a driving mechanism (4) and a supporting assembly (3);
clean mechanism (1) is including axle center post (102), the bilateral symmetry of axle center post (102) is provided with first concentrated case (104) and second concentrated case (1011), hot plate (107) that the cladding has wiping cloth (108) are installed to first concentrated case (104) outside, second concentrated case (1011) outside communicates respectively to have and retrieves mouth (1012) and stoving mouth (1013).
