A submerged arc welding wire oil removing device is characterized by comprising a cleaning box (1), an oil discharging mechanism, two groups of first guide rollers (2), two groups of second guide rollers (3), a third guide roller (4), a supporting table (5), a plurality of groups of first guide columns (6), a first push plate (7), a plurality of groups of tension springs (8), two groups of steel wire brushes (9), a first air blower (10), a check valve (12), an aeration pipe (13) and a water removing mechanism, wherein a cavity is arranged in the cleaning box (1), an opening is formed in the top end of the cavity, an oil discharging port is formed in the outer side wall of the cavity, the opening and the oil discharging port are communicated with the cavity, the oil discharging port of the cavity is communicated with the oil discharging mechanism, the two groups of first guide rollers (2) are respectively arranged at the left part and the right part of the top end of the cleaning box (1), the two groups of second guide rollers (3) are rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the cleaning box (1) and are arranged in the cavity, the third guide roller (4) is arranged on the right side wall of the cleaning box (1), the bottom end of the support table (5) is connected with the inner side wall of the cleaning box (1), the bottom ends of multiple groups of first guide columns (6) are all connected with the top end of the support table (5), a first push plate (7) can be sleeved on the outer side wall of the multiple groups of first guide columns (6) in a vertically sliding manner, multiple groups of tension springs (8) are respectively sleeved on the outer side wall of the multiple groups of first guide columns (6) in a matching manner, the bottom ends of the multiple groups of tension springs (8) are all connected with the top end of the support table (5), the top ends of the multiple groups of tension springs (8) are all connected with the bottom end of the first push plate (7), two groups of steel wire brushes (9) are respectively arranged at the top ends of the tension springs (8) and the bottom end of the first push plate (7) and are arranged inside the chamber, a first air blower (10) is arranged on the outer side wall of the cleaning box (1), the output end of the first air blower (10) is communicated with a conveying pipe (11), check valve (12) intercommunication sets up on conveyer pipe (11), and aeration pipe (13) are installed in washing case (1) inside wall bottom, and aeration pipe (13) input and conveyer pipe (11) output intercommunication, and aeration pipe (13) output communicates with each other in with the cavity, and dewatering mechanism sets up the side in washing case (1).

The oil removing device for the submerged arc welding wires according to claim 1, characterized in that the water removing mechanism comprises a water tank (14), a plurality of groups of second guide posts (15), a connecting plate (16), an electric telescopic rod (17), a second push plate (18) and two groups of water absorbing sponges (19), a water outlet is arranged below the side part of the water tank (14), a plurality of groups of through holes are arranged at the top end of the water tank (14), the water outlet and the through holes are communicated with the inside of the water tank (14), the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of second guide posts (15) are connected with the top end of the water tank (14), the top ends of the plurality of groups of second guide posts (15) are connected with the bottom end of the connecting plate (16), the electric telescopic rod (17) is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting plate (16), the output end of the electric telescopic rod (17) is connected with the top end of the second guide post (15), the second push plate (18) can be sleeved on the outer side wall of the plurality of the groups of second guide posts (15) in a vertically sliding manner, the bottom end of the first group of water absorption sponge (19) is connected with the top end of the water tank (14), and the top end of the second group of water absorption sponge (19) is connected with the bottom end of the second push plate (18).

A submerged arc welding wire degreasing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the oil discharging mechanism comprises a second blower (20), a jet head (21) and a collection box (22), the second blower (20) is installed on the outer side wall of the cleaning box (1), the jet head (21) is installed on the inner side wall of the cleaning box (1), the input end of the jet head (21) is communicated with the output end of the second blower (20), and the output end of the jet head (21) is arranged on the upper part of the liquid surface of the chamber, the collection box (22) is installed on the outer side wall of the cleaning box (1), and the collection box (22) is communicated with the oil discharging port of the chamber.
4. A submerged arc welding degreasing device as set forth in claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a baffle (23), the baffle (23) being mounted on top of the water tank (14).
5. A submerged arc welding wire degreasing device as set forth in claim 1, characterized by further comprising a detergent tank (24), wherein the detergent tank (24) is installed at the top end of the cleaning tank (1) and communicates with the opening of the cleaning tank (1).
6. A submerged arc welding oil removing device according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a heater (25), wherein the heater (25) is installed on the outer side wall of the cleaning tank (1) and is communicated with the chamber.
7. The submerged arc welding wire deoiling device of claim 1, characterized by further comprising a liquid level sensor (26), wherein the liquid level sensor (26) is installed on the outer side wall of the cleaning tank (1) and is communicated with the chamber.
