The PE pipe crushing machine is characterized by comprising a grinding chamber and a crushing chamber which are arranged up and down, wherein a grinding mechanism for grinding pipes and a cutting mechanism for cutting the pipes are arranged up and down in the grinding chamber, a first feeding hole is formed in the top of the grinding chamber, and a bottom plate and a side plate of the grinding chamber are rotatably connected; a crushing mechanism and a pushing mechanism are arranged in the crushing chamber, a first discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the crushing chamber, one side of the pushing mechanism is fixed to the side wall of the crushing chamber, and the other side of the pushing mechanism is fixed to a bottom plate of the grinding chamber, so that the bottom plate of the grinding chamber is opened or closed relative to the side plate; the crushing mechanism is arranged below the bottom plate to crush the pipe.

The PE pipe crushing machine according to claim 1, wherein the rolling mechanism comprises a rolling driving mechanism, a first rolling wheel and a second rolling wheel, the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel are oppositely arranged, a gap between the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel is located right below the first feeding hole, and the rolling driving mechanism is connected with the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel to drive the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel to roll in the direction of the gap.

The PE pipe crushing machine according to claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a first cutting unit and a second cutting unit which are arranged oppositely, each of the first cutting unit and the second cutting unit comprises a cutting driving mechanism, a plurality of electric push rods and a plurality of cutters, the electric push rods are arranged side by side at intervals, one end of each electric push rod is connected with the cutting driving mechanism, the other end of each electric push rod is connected with one of the cutters, and the cutting driving mechanism drives the electric push rods to drive the cutters to reciprocate.

The PE pipe crushing machine according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing driving mechanism and a pushing rod, the pushing driving mechanism is installed on a side wall of the crushing chamber, one end of the pushing rod is fixed to the bottom plate, the other end of the pushing rod is connected with the pushing driving mechanism, and the pushing driving mechanism drives the pushing rod to stretch and retract.

The PE tube crushing machine according to claim 1, wherein the crushing mechanism comprises a crushing driving mechanism, a first crushing unit and a first transmission unit, the first crushing unit comprises a plurality of first rollers arranged side by side, each first roller is circumferentially provided with a plurality of first roller cutters, the first roller cutters of adjacent first rollers are meshed with each other, wheel-axle belts of adjacent first rollers are connected, a wheel axle of one first roller is connected with the first transmission unit, the first transmission unit is connected with the crushing driving mechanism, and the crushing driving mechanism drives the first transmission unit to drive the first rollers to rotate.

The PE tube crushing machine according to claim 5, wherein the crushing mechanism further comprises a second crushing unit and a second transmission unit, the second crushing unit is disposed below the first crushing unit, the second crushing unit comprises a plurality of second rollers which are disposed side by side, each second roller is circumferentially provided with a plurality of second roller cutters, the second roller cutters of adjacent second rollers are mutually meshed, wheel shafts and belts of adjacent second rollers are connected, a wheel shaft of one second roller is connected with the second transmission unit, the second transmission unit is connected with the crushing driving mechanism, and the crushing driving mechanism drives the second transmission unit to drive the plurality of second rollers to rotate.
7. The PE pipe crusher of claim 6, wherein the number of first rollers is less than the number of second rollers, and wherein the spacing between the first knives on the first rollers is greater than the spacing between the second knives on the second rollers.
8. The PE pipe crusher of claim 1, further comprising a conveying mechanism connected to the first discharge outlet.
9. The PE pipe crushing machine of claim 8, wherein the conveying mechanism is a screw conveyor.
10. The PE pipe crusher of claim 1 wherein a second feed opening is provided in a side plate of the crushing chamber, the second feed opening being located below the cutting mechanism.
