本发明公开了一种复合火山岩填料,包括以下重量份组成的原料:玄武岩10~15份、粘土20~30份、活性炭5~8份、沸石7~12份、硅藻土10~15份、钢料废渣5~8份以及贝壳粉5~8份,本发明涉及填料制备技术领域,本发明通过使用气孔状玄武岩,其上具备较多的微孔,从而有效增大比表面积,且使填料具备一定的吸附性,利于污水中有机污染物的吸附,填料内部添加沸石,可有效吸附污水中的腐殖酸,通过混入钢料废渣以及贝壳等废料使填料具备一定的钙、铁等元素,不仅实现了废物回收利用,同时使填料具备一定的净水功能,活性炭的设置提高了填料的吸附性,给人们的使用带来了方便。

背景技术
随着社会的发展与进步,大量工厂的兴建导致工业废水排放变多,水资源的污染与缺失也渐渐引起了世界各国对水资源保护的重视,填料作为污水处理中常见的微生物附着的载体,是污水处理系统中必不可少的一环,现有填料组成成分较为简单,本身不具备足够的除磷、除氨的功能,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合火山岩填料及其制备方法,本发明主要是为了解决现有填料仅可附着微生物,本身不具备较好的净水功能的问题。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种复合火山岩填料,包括以下重量份组成的原料:玄武岩10~15份、粘土20~30份、活性炭5~8份、沸石7~12份、硅藻土10~15份、钢料废渣5~8份以及贝壳粉5~8份。
优选的,所述玄武岩采用气孔状玄武岩。
优选的,所述粘土为高岭土。
优选的,所述贝壳粉由贝壳高温煅烧下破碎制成。
一种复合火山岩填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量配比取各原料分别进行破碎处理,破碎研磨后过400~600目筛,得到粉末备用;
S2:将步骤S1得到的原料粉末在搅拌釜中加水机械均匀混合,得到混合料;
S3:将步骤S2得到的混合料通入挤压设备中制粒,得到颗粒料;
S4、将步骤S3得到的颗粒料在室温下静置冷却;
S5、将步骤S4冷却完毕的颗粒料送入窑炉中煅烧,冷却后即得颗粒状填料。
优选的,步骤S2中搅拌时间为15~30min。
优选的,步骤S2中,加水后的物料含水量为12~16%。
优选的,步骤S4冷却时间为6~8h。
优选的,步骤S5中煅烧温度为1000~1200℃,煅烧时间为12~18min。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过使用气孔状玄武岩,其上具备较多的微孔,从而有效增大比表面积,且使填料具备一定的吸附性,利于污水中有机污染物的吸附,填料内部添加沸石,可有效吸附污水中的腐殖酸,通过混入钢料废渣以及贝壳等废料使填料具备一定的钙、铁等元素,不仅实现了废物回收利用,同时使填料具备一定的净水功能,活性炭的设置提高了填料的吸附性,给人们的使用带来了方便。

实施例1:一种复合火山岩填料,包括以下重量份组成的原料:玄武岩10份、粘土20份、活性炭5份、沸石7份、硅藻土10份、钢料废渣5份以及贝壳粉5份。
玄武岩采用气孔状玄武岩;粘土为高岭土;贝壳粉由贝壳高温煅烧下破碎制成。

S5、将步骤S4冷却完毕的颗粒料送入窑炉中煅烧,煅烧温度为1100℃,煅烧时间为15min,冷却后即得颗粒状填料,颗粒状填料的直径为10mm。
实施例3:一种复合火山岩填料,包括以下重量份组成的原料:玄武岩15份、粘土30份、活性炭8份、沸石12份、硅藻土15份、钢料废渣8份以及贝壳粉8份。
